Alien Bernie Sanders, himself a charity-case who doesn't believe in charities.

Bernie Sanders, big on charitable giving - not so much. Prefers spending other people's money.

Washington Examiner (the above link):
[Sanders] was even kicked off a hippy commune for refusing to work.
...in 2016, his first million-dollar earning year, he donated less than 1% of his income to charity.

It’s only fair to point out also that Sanders increased his giving to above 3% in 2017 and 2018 — perhaps because by then he had some inkling of a presidential contender.
[.]
Sanders really meant what he said in 1981 when he told attendees at a local United Way fundraiser in Vermont, “I don't believe in charities.
[.]
Sanders, like other socialists, isn’t opposed to helping people. Rather, he wants the state to do something he's unwilling to do himself on a personal basis: help the needy with his own wealth and the wealth of millionaires.

I often wonder if this deranged, loco, aberrant, just-shy-of-age-80, rambling, feeble, advanced senility-inclined spittle producer will write a sequel to his 1972 "women enjoy rape" essay? Sequels are always popular.

Source (above and below): SNOPES - so Liberals know it's true!

Clearly, Sanders is unfamiliar with the terms, "dark satire," and "gender stereotypes of the '70s."

How much of a lazy-assed sponge do you have to be to get kicked out of a hippy commune? Answer: Bernie Sanders.

The Liberal Reaction we expect from AG William Barr's Release on The Mueller Investigation

AG William Barr's release of the Mueller Investigation is scheduled for release on Thursday morning. Barr said there will be redactions and color-coded references explaining the redactions. I'd guess both Barr's report and Mueller's investigation will contain copious amounts of footnotes or other addendum and a list of references that spans the distance from the sun to Pluto.  Maybe there will be artist sketches, clip art, cartoon figures, charts or diagrams for the Liberals. Maybe there will be an audio version of the report narrated by the dulcet and coherent tones of Bernie Sanders. If I had to listen to the audio version, I'd prefer hearing it read by Otis Campbell, but that's just me.

Whatever doesn't fit the Liberal Narrative from Barr's report will be regarded and labeled a cover-up, a scheme to "protect" President Donald Trump or the Libs will blame William Barr, Robert Mueller, James Comey - or someone else (the Mossad? Gilligan? Fearless Leader? No, no, no. Moose AND Squirrel!) - instead of accepting the report for what it is.

ABC News: Barr and Mueller "old friends" for 30 years and Muller worked with Barr on the report's release

The Libs will focus on what is not in the report. They will tell us that what's not in the report is "very deeply concerning" to them (key word, "deeply")  and that Barr didn't attain the "level of transparency they established."

What's not in the report, evidence supporting of -- take your pick;  Trump-Russia/Russia-Wikileaks/Russia-Russia/Russia-Other/Russia-The Pod People -- collusion, will be where the Libs steer their narrative. A compliant media will happily be the galactic echo chamber.

Redacted information in Barr's report will be for the usual, acceptable legal standards and reasons -  national security, international security/foreign relations, protecting and preventing the publication of the names of private citizens and anonymous sources - will be met by Libs with great skepticism. Deep, deep skepticism. And concern. A lot of Liberal "concern" will occur. Oh, how Libs normally love anonymous sources, except when those sources fail to uphold the Liberal Narrative.

Jump with me here. Why does Julian Assange continue steadfastly denying Russia being part of Wikileaks and the emails of Hillary Clinton and John Podesta? Could it be because it's true? Assange has nothing to lose, and so much to gain, if he stated, "yes, it was Russia." Yet he's never said that. Wikileaks doesn't have a high failure rate.

Assange has hinted that his source was Seth Rich, whose murder remains unsolved. Rich worked for the DNC and he supported the 2016 Dem presidential candidate Bernie Sanders. You can do your own searches on Seth Rich-Julian Assange. Don't forget to include Guccifer 2.0 and Fancy Bear in your searching. The number of actors in this production are many, yet, there is no indication of one distinct person whose name doesn't appear in The Cast of Characters of Russian Collusion; Donald Trump.

The varying degrees of accuracy, skepticism and opinion of the Rich-Assange relationship, if any, is as contentious as it is conspiracy. But we do know this: Rich supported Sanders. Rich was murdered. Shortly after his murder, Wikileaks dumped a lot of intel. The timing...coincidental? Assange is not the only one linking Seth Rich to Wikileaks. Where's a good Liberal Conspiracy Theorist when you really need one?

We'll also be treated to just how quickly these literate, "luminary", hellbent Liberal Collusion "Truthers" will read the Barr Report. Remember, Barr rightly allocated enough time to review the Mueller investigation in order to provide an accurate, unbiased, factual analysis with its foundation a legal interpretation. Start the stopwatch the moment the Libs are handed the Barr Report and track how much time they take to issue...well, I was going to write...a coherent and rational response. But that, I think, is setting our expectations of the Libs far too high. Deeply, concerningly too high.

It will take some time for anyone and everyone to read the Barr-Mueller Report. Any immediate, knee-jerk reaction from The Left fixating on what's not in the report - evidence of Trump/Russia/Election/Collusion - will be recognized for the the partisan ploy it is.

Remember the original allegation that Donald Trump would claim the election is rigged if Hillary Clinton won? Remember the allegation was that not respecting the results of the election is a direct threat to our democracy? Remember when we were told we accepted the results of presidential elections even though we may not have liked them? Remember when candidates who lose sometimes start complaining that they got cheated? Remember...?

What do you think the Liberal reaction to the Barr Report will be like? Please chime in and leave a comment.

Pelosi's Gift-giving takeback, Section 230 - Communications Decency Act

Digital Music News: [DEM Nancy] Pelosi threatens to take back "gift" of free speech online.
In a new interview, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi has issued a stern warning to major tech firms.

Pelosi has prepared to do away with Section 230.

Section 230 of the 1996 Communications Decency Act, [CDA] the most important law protecting freedom of expression and innovation on the internet, states:

“No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider.

In short, this law protects online intermediaries – i.e., Facebook, Google, Twitter, Amazon, etc. – from being held legally responsible for what users say and do.  Section 230 also protects ISPs and online services that publish third-party content, including bloggers that host comments on their sites.

Calling the law “a gift” to tech firms, Pelosi hinted that House Democrats will likely remove the immunity provided by Section 230.

“It’s a gift to them and I don’t think that they’re treating it with the respect that they should, and so I think that that could be a question mark and in jeopardy…

“I do think that for the privilege of 230, there has to be a bigger sense of responsibility on it.  And, it’s not out of the question that that could be removed," [said Pelosi].

Pelosi critical of Trump tweet of Ilhan Omar's, "some people did something."

AP via Yahoo "news": Nancy Pelosi calls for President Trump to delete Omar tweet.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Sunday she has taken steps to ensure the safety of Rep. Ilhan Omar after President Donald Trump's retweet of a video that purports to show the Minnesota Democrat being dismissive of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

The California Democrat also called on Trump to take down the video. Soon after her public request, the video was no longer pinned atop Trump's Twitter feed, but it was not deleted.
"Purports..." ?

"CAIR was founded after 9/11."

An interesting comment for Omar to make as The North American Muslim Resource Guide itself states CAIR was founded in 1994:

"Some guy did something in New Zealand" a few weeks ago, too.

California considers ban on complimentary hotel shampoo.

...And then, only outlaws will have small bottles of shampoo.

Daily Mail: California plan to ban free hotel shampoo.
A bill passed in California on Monday could ban hotels in the state from supplying guests with small complimentary bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and other care products.

The move comes as part of an effort to stem plastic consumption and also limit plastic waste thrown out by guests and hotel operators.
[.]
If the bill becomes a law, lodging establishments would be inspected regularly and any owners or operators found to in breach of the statute would face hefty fines.
Maybe this bill simply seeks a method to prevent Joe Biden from inhaling their hair.

Next up, hotel guests will be required to bring their own TP.

Trivago guy DWI, passed out in car at 3:15PM.

Daily Mail: Trivago's TV spokesman, 52, is charged with a DWI after he was found passed out behind the wheel of his car in the middle of moving traffic.
An actor well known in American households as the TV commercial spokesperson for Trivago has been charged with a DWI.

Houston police say they found Tim Williams, 52, passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle with his foot on the brake in a moving lane of traffic at around 3.15pm on Wednesday.

TMZ reported that Williams failed a field sobriety test and was booked into Harris County Jail, where he agreed to do a blood test.
[.]
Williams is best known as the face of Trivago, having appeared in numerous commercials advertising the travel price-comparison company since 2014.

The actor urges viewers to 'find the ideal hotel for the best price.'

It's unclear if he will remain the face of the travel site following his arrest.

Ilhan Omar sheds crocodile tears.

Daily Mail: Omar wipes away tears as she fronts Democratic bid to end Trump's travel ban.
Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar wiped away a tear on Wednesday as she issued a call to end President Donald Trump's travel ban, calling it an 'invisible wall' against Muslims.
[.]
'When I ran for office I ran on the promise to end the president's hateful effort to ban a single religion from entering this country,' she said.

'I have said this before and I will say it again: I believe this ban will go down as a moral stain on this country's history,' Omar, one of the first Muslim American women in Congress, added.

Omar's plea to end the ban comes as she faces fire from Republicans over comments she made last month in which she described the September 11th terror attacks as 'some people did something'.

The ban is not an effort against a single religion and Omar knows this. As if her home country of Somalia is some sort of Utopian Kumbaya.

Irwin Jacobs, MN Millionaire and businessman dead in murder-suicide.

Daily Mail: Irwin Jacobs and wife dead in murder-suicide.
Family friend says businessman Irwin Jacobs shot dead his ailing, wheelchair-bound wife of 57 years, Alexandra, and then himself Wednesday.

Jacobs' friend said he was distraught over his wife's health but sounded upbeat last time they spoke three days ago.

Irwin made his fortune in the 1970s and 80s buying and selling failing companies for profit, earning him the nickname 'Irv the Liquidator'.

He sold his minority share of Minnesota Vikings in 1991.

Dennis Mathisen, a close friend of the family, confirmed to the Minneapolis Star Tribune that the deceased were the Jacobs.

According to Mathisen, Irwin fatally shot his wife before turning the gun on himself. He was 77 years old.

Harmful killer electrons in space now accurately predictable.

Phys.org: New model accurately predicts harmful space weather.
A new, first-of-its-kind space weather model reliably predicts space storms of high-energy particles that are harmful to many satellites and spacecraft orbiting in the Earth's outer radiation belt.
[.]
...the model can accurately give a one-day warning prior to a space storm of ultra-high-speed electrons, often referred to as "killer" electrons because of the damage they can do to spacecraft such as navigation, communications, and weather monitoring satellites.
[.]
"...being able to accurately predict space weather has been a goal for a long time. This model is a firm step towards being able to do that," [said Yue Chen, a space scientist at Los Alamos National Laboratory and lead author of the study].
[.]
"The more research and refinements we do, the increased potential for us to have more reliable forecasts with longer warning time before the arrival of new killer electrons," [said Chen].

Democrats in the U.S. Senate and House quickly condemned the Los Alamos study calling the identification and profiling of "killer electrons" as killer-electron-phophia and declaring it a humanitarian crisis.

3-year old locks dad's iPad until 2067.

Yeah...but since Global Warming Climate Change Global Warming should have killed us by now will have us all dead in three, eight, nine, ten, twelve years - does it really matter?

CNNWrong password locks iPad until year 2067.
That's what happened over the weekend to Evan Osnos, a staff writer at The New Yorker and a fellow at the Brookings Institution.

He put out a tweet -- or a cry for help -- letting the world know of the little situation his toddler put him in.

"Uh, this looks fake but, alas, it's our iPad today after 3-year-old tried (repeatedly) to unlock. Ideas?" Osnos tweeted. A photo of the iPad's screen noted the device was disabled. It also had this mind-blowing message: "Try again in 25,536,442 minutes."
[.]
Several others said no worries --- just wait out the 48 years. Because you know folks on social media are known for their patience.

So what does Apple suggest? Apple says you would need to perform a restore to use the device again (but you would lose the data on the device if you've never backed it up).

The real shocker is that The New Yorker is still being published? Whaaaat...?

Temperatures could drop more than 30 degrees Fahrenheit across the northern Plains starting Tuesday, setting the stage for lots of snow.
[.]
Some computer models indicate snowfall could reach more then 30 inches in some areas from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, through Minneapolis and east to Eau Claire, Wisconsin, although it's more likely that the snow would max out at about 24 inches.
[.]
It's believed that winds as strong as 90mph could even be seen across the Front Range and High Plains from southeastern Wyoming through eastern New Mexico and the Texas and Oklahoma panhandles.

Ilhan Omar calls Stephen Miller a "white nationalist."

From the Twitter account of The Hajiberess

“When people see typos right now, they don’t think it’s a security issue. But in the near future, it might be something we will have to contend with,” Stephen Merity, AI researcher and expert on machine learning–based language models, told me in a call last week.

And there’s ample reason to take his warnings seriously. In recent findings, scientists at IBM Research, Amazon and the University of Texas have proven that small modifications to text content can alter the behavior of AI algorithms while remaining unnoticeable to human readers.

Keen Security researchers reverse-engineered the software Tesla uses to see how easy it would be to fool those sensors. I'd imagine covering exterior sensors on the car with duct tape would also put a big dent into Tesla's "autonomy".

UN Floating Cities Will Save Us!

IFL Science: UN Reveals Concept For Floating City That Can Hold 10,000 Amid Climate Change Concerns.
In a special gathering of UN-Habitat, the United Nations program for human settlements, a multidisciplinary team of innovators unveiled a concept for the world’s first sustainable floating city made fit for up to 10,000 residents.

If you’re envisioning The Jetsons meets Water World then you are completely right.
[.]
...the conceptual city is made up of a series of moored floating platforms that are linked to one another to provide both housing for residents and business-oriented structures, such as those meant for farming or local gatherings. Plus, the creators say futuristic pod-like electric vehicles will be provided to “conveniently” transport people from the nearest coast to the city.
[.]
Three dozen 2-hectare (5-acre) floating communities and dozens of productive outposts can expand and contract over time.
The nice thing about this idea is we can always count on proposals from the UN being cost-efficient, well-planned, successful and effortlessly completed.

Because futuristic urban development ideas never fail. Never Ever fail.

Lawyer of The Year Election.

USA MacPaper: Michael Avenatti facing decades in prison.

Daily Mail: Michael Cohen begs for better deal; claims has "14 million files" on hard drive.

Cohen, the guy who resembles that Plexaderm guy with the saggy eye bags, withholds evidence and now wants to use it as a bargaining chip? Ha! Good luck with that.

Rebecca Parker Mankey fears for her life.
Oh. That's. So. Sad.

Palo Alto onlineLiberal activist-hater Rebecca Parker Mankey fails to incite an angry mob to harm and shame old guy wearing MAGA hat.
Palo Alto resident Rebecca Parker Mankey attempted to shame an elderly white man wearing a red Make America Great Again hat as he sat in [Starbucks].
[.]
Calling him a "hater of brown people," Mankey said she yelled at him and addressed Starbucks customers and employees to join her in her effort. She said she left the store but soon returned and continued to yell at him. Mankey said she was "heartbroken" that other white people didn't stand up against the man sporting a slogan that was popularized by Donald Trump during his 2016 presidential campaign. She followed him out of the store to the parking lot, where she continued to berate and swear at him.

She called the man "Nazi scum" and threatened to post pictures of him on social media, which she then did, along with her version of the incident on her Facebook page and on Twitter. She asked the public for help finding him — "I want him to have nowhere to hide," she wrote -- a practice called "doxing," or posting personal contact information to encourage threats and harassment.

The incident has had repercussions not only for Mankey, who said on Tuesday she's received death threats and was fired from her job as an accountant, but also for her former employer, Gryphon Stringed Instruments.
[.]
Mankey said in an email that she and her family are receiving death threats and other threats of harm. She declined to comment further.

Margaret Okuzumi, who co-chairs the Bayshore Progressive Democrats with Mankey, expressed concern for Mankey and her family, saying they were doxed Tuesday on right-wing social media and internet channels.
[.]
Update: On April 3, Mankey resigned as co-chair, officer and a member of the Bayshore Progressive Democrats.

Steven Lee, who serves on the Palo Alto Human Relations Commission, knows Mankey, calling her "beloved by many in our community for her progressive activism, myself included."

I'd be shocked if this man wasn't wearing his [MAGA hat] to trigger exactly the reaction he received.
Mauricio's logic is the same, then, as saying, "an attractive woman dressed in skimpy clothing deserves it if she's raped." Only a true, Steeped-In-LiberTardness Lib could be "triggered" by an inanimate hat.
Posted by YP:  Liberals preach tolerance of people with different ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation etc. but when it comes to tolerance of different political views I've found they do not practice what they preach.

> And I hope the man in the hat will consider accepting her apology when she offers it.

What apology...and after all of the vitriol previously expressed on social media?

A restraining order might be more appropriate.
Mankey..."beloved by many."  Uh - not so much maybe? She (IT?) brought all the "death threats" and her newfound "fear" she (IT?) now has on her (IT?) self. Enjoy it. She/IT owns it.

Crime must be at an all-time low in Augusta, Georgia.

WRDW: Deputy cites mom for disorderly conduct for 3-year old son's pee emergency.
Potty training can be a stressful time for any parent, but what happened to a Beech Island woman with her 3-year-old son is next level stress.
[.]
[Brooke Johns, who is eight months pregnant] was driving down Sandbar Ferry Road when the little voice in the backseat said he had a big problem.

“He's like, 'Mom, I've got to pee. I've got to pee!' I was like, 'Well, hold on,' and he's like, 'No! I've GOT to pee! I've got to REALLY pee.' And I'm like, 'Baby, there's nowhere for me to go, and he says, 'Momma, I'm about to pee in my pants!" Brooke said.
[.]
Brooke said they barely made it to a gas station parking lot before she realized they wouldn’t be able to make it inside.

“I can’t pick him up,” Brooke said. “You know, I’m not supposed to lift him.”

So, Brooke said she tried to cover Cohen up as best as she could as he relieved himself right there in the parking lot.

“He was peeing before his pants were even all the way down, so obviously he had to go,” Brooke said.

Apparently, this caught the attention of a Richmond County deputy.

"Accidents happen. And he was like, ‘Take him in the bathroom.’ What if I would have ran in the bathroom and someone had been in there? What I was going to let him do? Pee on the floor of the gas station?" Brooke said.

Instead, the deputy decided to cite Brooke with a disorderly conduct charge. Her ticket says, “She allowed her male child to urinate in the parking lot. I observed the male’s genitals and the urination. Public restrooms are offered at the location.”

“I’m going to court April 30,” Brooke said. “Several days before I am due. Yeah, I could extend it, but I would rather deal with it when I’m pregnant. Not when I have a newborn.”

Our Facebook post about the traffic ticket has also lit up social media, with hundreds of parents asking the one question we all have: Why?

Officer "T. Beasley"...to "Protect and Serve"!

Golf clap? Golf clap!

All of Augusta can sleep better knowing no 3-year olds are peeing in their city.
