How was your summer?

Hello, Hooray! 

Back later than planned, but Present. 

Five months flew by. Still planning to Close and will. I want to stick around until November's election. Kek!  

How was your summer? Too hold; cold? Too wet; dry? Ours was the usual MN summer. 80s-90's days, some humid, some not, little rain. Can't complain as many others experienced the loss of some or all in so many weather extremes. Give thanks, be grateful. The big storm could hit any of us at any time.

How 'bout them gas and diesel prices?
