Remington leaving New York for Georgia.

Newsmax: Nation's Oldest Gun Maker Exits New York After 200 Years.

Remington, the nation's oldest gun manufacturer, which has been located for more than 200 years in Ilion, New York, will move to LaGrange, Georgia, on March 4.

"Two hundred and eight years of history. Gone, gone," Ilion Mayor John P. Stephens told the New York Times. "Ilion is Remington. Remington is Ilion."

"The history and the nostalgic loss that we're going to suffer is almost, if not bigger, than the financial loss," Stevens added, whose father was an employee at Remington for 37 years.

Remington said it no longer feels welcomed in left-leaning New York. In a Facebook post, the company's chief executive, Ken D'Arcy, referred to Georgia as "a state that supports and welcomes the firearms industry."
[.]
Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-NY., whose district includes Ilion, released a statement on the  relocation and aimed her critique directly at the Democrat Gov. Kathy Hochul.

"It is because of New York Democrats' unconstitutional gun grab policies that the oldest gun manufacturer in the country has been run out of the state," Stefanik said.
[.]
Remington said it will invest $100 million in the operation in LaGrange, located near Atlanta, and will hire more than 800 people over five years.

Good for Remington. Why stay where you're unwelcome, over-taxed and over-regulated?

This Arrowhead...and The Main Stage...

This Arrowhead needs to be sold. Or donated.

To Canada, Wisconsin, or Michigan. It's an area that needs to be excised like a malignant tumor.

Small square bottom: Carlton County, population 36,370
Above Carlton is St. Louis County which includes Duluth, total population 200,226
To the right of SLC is Lake County, population just shy of 11,000.
The tip is Cook County, population 5,600.

Carlton County. Very middle class, hard-working, nice area but likely suffers from multi-generational "my parents and grandparents voted democrat so I vote democrat." Scenic, rivers, forests, lakes.

St. Louis County demographics emulates Carlton County, only larger. A beautiful part of the state, great people who work hard and play hard. But deeply Blue. The City of Duluth is a Blue Shithole.

Lake County has some really high-end summer homes sitting on sprawling estates owned by generational big money democrats. They head South during the winters, the middle-income, hard-working families who by far outnumber the rich libs, stay put.

Cook County: Grand Marais is epically scenic. Eagle Mountain and other areas of great wilderness abound. Similar to Lake County, but on a smaller scale with some wealthy, liberal estates who head South during winters.

Total pop those counties: roughly 253,200. Not enough, maybe, to overcome the deeply entrenched blue vote in major MN cities - but...put that land on the auction block!

I get it that the rich libs in these counties vote the way they do. They're a bunch of Thurston Howells. Why the others stay stuck in Blue is a mystery to me.

And Clay County in western MN, no clue why they Blue.

MN's Gov. the /Liberal and Morbidly Obese Timmy Walz was reelected and both Houses are Blue unless someone finds some boxes in the trunk of a car full of ballots for Republicans.

The Main Stage Federal Election
: Appears a Republican majority in the House. Nancy Pelosi loses her role as Speaker. We can all give a "Blessed Amen" to that. The Senate, last I checked, still holding at D 48 - R 49.

And how about Maricopa County, AZ?

France, population 64,634,083 can count their election ballots in 24 hours.

Maricopa County, Arizona, population 4,541,258, can't. FFS.

Not the Blue Tears Wave I'd hoped for, but, lower expectations, hope for the best and find the good outcomes. Be happy the House turned Red and Pelosi is out! That's a victory!

Phil wrapped up the entire election quite nicely. 👍

And Zack? I wonder what kind of Blue Pill he may have taken?

Please comment, curious what happened in your area and state.

Has Bret Baier declared the winning candidates yet?

If you haven't voted - GO VOTE ! RED ! ALL RED ! If you're not voting RED, stay home, it's really cold out, crime is at an all time high, you could slip and fall. Stay Safe at Home Blues. It's dangerous out there.

I stay under expectations to avoid being disappointed and allow for unexpected joy.

I really want to see Blue Tears tonight. Cascading waterfalls of Blue Tears pooling into newly formed oceans on the Earf. We'll see.

Lincoln Project suggests Congressional IQ Minimums because of MTG and Lauren Boebert.

You remember the Lincoln Project, right? All those old Neo-Con Never Trumper white men who seek physical relationships with young boys? Yeah, them.

They're calling for IQ Minimums because of Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauren Boebert.

The old men at TLP - AND Vanity Fair - are way late, and wrong, in their observation.

No one, and I mean absolutely no one, can top the Congressional low IQ of Georgia Democrat House Rep. Hank Johnson who, during a Congressional hearing in 2010, feared that too many people on Guam might cause the island to capsize.

Is It is a mystery, and will forever be one, how Admiral Robert Willard kept a straight face and his composure in replying to Johnson.

ALL the Georgia Guidestones are demolished! GREAT!

Athens Banner-Herald (Yahoo Archived): Georgia Guidestones site in Elbert County demolished after bombing damaged the monument.

The Georgia Guidestones were targeted for destruction early Wednesday by someone who apparently set off a bomb at the site in a rural area north of Elberton.

Later in the day, a backhoe toppled what remained of the Guidestones as Georgia Bureau of Investigation agents looked on. One agent said the explosion left the stones that remained standing too unstable.

Hit The Twitter thread.

Washington Examiner: Guidestones down.

This is, apparently, the early morning, initial destruction:

Part of Georgia Guidestones destroyed! YAY!

WXIA-TV Atlanta (Archived): Georgia Guidestones possibly damaged by explosion, reports say.

Authorities have multiple roads closed surrounding the area where the Georgia Guidestones are in Elbert County.

According to multiple people on social media, an explosion of sorts was heard in the area around 4 a.m. on Wednesday. Some shared images showing debris near the stones.

11Alive has reached out to police in Elberton, the Elbert County Sheriff's Office and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

The GBI did not confirm or deny our question about the explosion, but said they don't have any "releasable details yet."

95.5 WSB Atlanta: GBI investigating after parts of mysterious Georgia monument destroyed.

The people who funded the statue have never been publicly identified. The messages inscribed on the stones seem to advocate for population control, harmony with nature and internationalism, which has made them the object of conspiracy theories.

It’s unclear if the monument was targeted in an attack or if it was somehow damaged by natural causes.

"MUH GUIDESTONES! REEEEE!"

Good. Topple those fucking guidestones. Dissent IS Patriotic!

Oh, I bet I know how this happened. CERN was fired up on July 5. It's CERN's fault!🤣

OR...a very gassy Stacey Abrams was nearby and broke wind.

Georgia man allegedly had sex with woman’s corpse outside homeless shelter.

Kenny Obyran Whitehead, 55, was taken into custody on a necrophilia charge at about 4 a.m. Sunday outside of the Daybreak Day Resource Center in Macon, where deputies responded to a report of two people having sex on the building’s front steps, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.

“When deputies arrived they found the two having intercourse,” department officials said in a statement. “After the male was asked to get dressed, it was discovered that the female was unresponsive.”

Paramedics later determined that the woman – who was not immediately identified – had been deceased for “some time,” sheriff officials said.
[.]
Whitehead, of Macon, has been ordered held without bond. He remained in custody Monday on the necrophilia charge, as well as a probation violation, online records show.
UPDATE: AJC -  Necrophilia suspect now faces rape, murder charges, Middle Georgia cops say.
Days after a man was charged with defiling a woman’s corpse in Middle Georgia, authorities said he murdered and raped the woman.

Kenny Obyran Whitehead, 55, faces murder and rape charges in addition to a necrophilia charge, the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release. Due to the nature of the incident, the sheriff’s office said it will not be releasing the victim’s name.

Crime must be at an all-time low in Augusta, Georgia.

WRDW: Deputy cites mom for disorderly conduct for 3-year old son's pee emergency.
Potty training can be a stressful time for any parent, but what happened to a Beech Island woman with her 3-year-old son is next level stress.
[.]
[Brooke Johns, who is eight months pregnant] was driving down Sandbar Ferry Road when the little voice in the backseat said he had a big problem.

“He's like, 'Mom, I've got to pee. I've got to pee!' I was like, 'Well, hold on,' and he's like, 'No! I've GOT to pee! I've got to REALLY pee.' And I'm like, 'Baby, there's nowhere for me to go, and he says, 'Momma, I'm about to pee in my pants!" Brooke said.
[.]
Brooke said they barely made it to a gas station parking lot before she realized they wouldn’t be able to make it inside.

“I can’t pick him up,” Brooke said. “You know, I’m not supposed to lift him.”

So, Brooke said she tried to cover Cohen up as best as she could as he relieved himself right there in the parking lot.

“He was peeing before his pants were even all the way down, so obviously he had to go,” Brooke said.

Apparently, this caught the attention of a Richmond County deputy.

"Accidents happen. And he was like, ‘Take him in the bathroom.’ What if I would have ran in the bathroom and someone had been in there? What I was going to let him do? Pee on the floor of the gas station?" Brooke said.

Instead, the deputy decided to cite Brooke with a disorderly conduct charge. Her ticket says, “She allowed her male child to urinate in the parking lot. I observed the male’s genitals and the urination. Public restrooms are offered at the location.”

“I’m going to court April 30,” Brooke said. “Several days before I am due. Yeah, I could extend it, but I would rather deal with it when I’m pregnant. Not when I have a newborn.”

Our Facebook post about the traffic ticket has also lit up social media, with hundreds of parents asking the one question we all have: Why?

Officer "T. Beasley"...to "Protect and Serve"!

Golf clap? Golf clap!

All of Augusta can sleep better knowing no 3-year olds are peeing in their city.
