A Florida Keys couple was arrested this weekend after allegedly attacking and beating a snorkeler following a dispute over how close he was to their home.

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office said deputies were called to the couple's Marathon home around 1:30 p.m. regarding the incident. The victim, a 36-year-old man from St. Petersburg, told deputies he was snorkeling close to the dock of the couple home when an argument began.

He said the couple beat him with a pole and fishing rod, causing him to bleed profusely from his head. The victim was taken to Fisherman's Hospital, where his condition and identity were not released.

At first Williams denied downloading child pornography, but later said he first viewed child porn in 2014 on a messaging app before moving to cloud-based storage apps — like Dropbox, where at least nine of the photos were found, the affidavit said.

Denied the downloading. "Uh, this account is registered to your Comcast subscription and your home address." BOOM!

Williams did make a big impact for folks in his community. Hopefully, some of the tolerant-of-everyhing-crowd can begin to grasp the reasons there are those who oppose these inappropriate venues for children.

If anyone has ever doubted me about the incurable Mental Illness of Liberalism in The Twin Cities, let me introduce a Letter to The Editor to the Minneapolis Red Star Tribune (Archived).

Steve, there is no Separation of Church and State. It was mentioned in A LETTER from Thomas Jefferson, it isn't mentioned anywhere in the Constitution.

Searched Pew for “one in three no religious affiliation” resulted in one hit, Religion Among the Millennials, which doesn't state, anywhere, that, "one in three have no religious affiliation." That result, or study, is ELEVEN years old, btw, and focuses on Millennials. Of course, Steve doesn't mention either of facts in his letter.

His "statistic" from the Public Religion Research Institute yield NO results that backs his claim.

Shoreview is a suburb north of St. Paul, a ten minute drive. Shoreview used to be a nice city ten or fifteen years ago. It's been ruined by the mayor, a little piglet named Sandy Martin who's ruled the cit for far too long. Shoreview's state representative, is the Liberal Native American chubby Squaw Jaime Becker-Finn. It's sad, creeping liberalism is overtaking the suburbs because of people like this; people who lie and thrive off perpetuating political division and promoting racism.

Finn's dad, Harold "Skip" Finn was a filthy liberal who served in the Minnesota State Senate and was convicted of stealing $1 Million dollars from the Leech Lake Band, theft and mail fraud charges. Nice guy, huh? Does graft run in the Finn family?

The Supreme Court in a statement said: “At approximately 1:50 a.m. today, a man was arrested near Justice Kavanaugh’s residence. The man was armed and made threats against Justice Kavanaugh.”

“He was transported to Montgomery County Police 2nd District,” according to the Supreme Court.”

The museum circulated a photo of the salad as it invited the public to its Juneteenth celebration.

“This is ridiculous and a mockery of Juneteenth,” Twitter user @WishYaHadAlexis wrote. “I’ve never had a watermelon salad or even heard of it. SMH.”

Another Twitter user, @MajorFactor2, said, “There can’t possibly be any Black folks in these boardrooms when decisions like this are being made.” ("Black folks" ????? - DD)

Initially, museum officials attempted to justify the offensive gaffe by noting that the watermelon salad has remained a staple in their food court’s manager’s family’s Juneteenth celebration.

Later, they released a statement apologizing.

“As a museum, we apologize and acknowledge the negative impact that stereotypes have on communities of color,” officials wrote. “The salad has been removed from the menu.

ZANESVILLE  — A Chandlersville man faces prison for holding an infant down and putting the fluid from a herpes lesion into her mouth.

On Monday, 22-year-old Alanzo Palmer Jr. pleaded guilty to one second-degree felony count kidnapping in the matter.

Palmer responded by saying he wanted the baby to have “something that she’ll be stuck with for the rest of her life.” Palmer explained that he popped an infected herpes wound and spread the discharge in the baby’s mouth.

Originally, Palmer was indicted with felonious assault by serious physical harm, child endangering by torture with serious physical harm, child endangering by abuse with serious physical harm, child endangering by neglect with serious physical harm, kidnapping for the purpose of causing serious physical harm and kidnapping to facilitate a felony. After a series of later tests, the baby did not test positive for the disease.

Since the child did not contract herpes as Palmer intended, the serious physical harm (infecting the child) which formed the basis for many of his charges did not ultimately occur.

Kidnapping is one of the crimes under Ohio law that applies to a much broader set of circumstances than its name implies. While there may not have been serious physical harm, the facts still demonstrated that Palmer restrained the liberty of the baby while he was squirting the herpes fluids into her mouth. In doing so, he attempted to terrorize her and created a risk of serious physical harm. Those facts establish the crime of kidnapping under Ohio law. Furthermore, when kidnapping occurs and the person kidnapped is ultimately unharmed, the crime is a felony of the second degree.

Child endangering without serious physical harm is a misdemeanor offense, which cannot add any time to a felony sentence.

The Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office will be arguing for the maximum sentence, which is eight years.

I can't begin to fathom the depravity of the mind of someone who would do this.

Post Bulletin (via Archive): Minnesota restaurants, bars and salons get June 1 date to reopen, churches to hold services against state orders.

Senate Majority Leader Paul Gazelka, R-East Gull Lake, said he was "dumbfounded" at the governor's move to allow restaurants, bars and salons to reopen, but not letting churches reopen.

"I see no reason why churches are any more dangerous a place for coronavirus transmission than Walmart or a mall," Gazelka said. "If you can get a haircut, shop at a mall, or eat at a restaurant, you should be able to go to church.”

But faith leaders on Wednesday said that wasn't good enough. In a statement, leaders of the Minnesota Catholic Conference and the Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod in Minnesota said they would hold services beginning next week despite state orders restricting gatherings to 10 people or fewer.

“Darkness and despair have taken hold of so many of our fellow Americans in the face of the economic and social hardship of the COVID-19 pandemic,” Archbishop Bernard Hebda said. “Faith has always been a source of comfort and strength and now more than ever it is of the utmost importance that we are able to meet the spiritual needs of our community.”

If businesses and restaurants can reopen at limited capacity, churches ought to be able to as well, faith leaders said.

Walz is really enjoying his newfound tyranny. Any why wouldn't he? He's still getting paid.

Homeowners are upset after their homeowners association in their Mission Viejo, California neighborhood removed graduation signs from the front yards of students.

"We put it up and we're so excited. You walk around your neighborhood and get excited to see which school each of the seniors are from. There's 5th graders that are graduating from elementary school and the 8th graders," said graduating senior Sofia Muratalla.

But, she says, disappointment set in when families saw all the signs had been taken.

"They either walked around and took them down or had the security company do it," said one neighbor, who later learned the HOA confirmed the signs were taken down because they violated association rules. His 11-year-old's son was also removed. "It's just ridiculous. Cold and cruel and we should be coming together as a community right now not finding ways to pick fights," he said.

The HOA told California media outlet KCAL that the signs would be returned to homeowners at their request.

"Cold and Cruel"...the number one tactic and principle of all HOAs.

Maybe the California HOA took their cue from Tiny Fascist David Stewart.

Kenny Obyran Whitehead, 55, was taken into custody on a necrophilia charge at about 4 a.m. Sunday outside of the Daybreak Day Resource Center in Macon, where deputies responded to a report of two people having sex on the building’s front steps, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.

“When deputies arrived they found the two having intercourse,” department officials said in a statement. “After the male was asked to get dressed, it was discovered that the female was unresponsive.”

Paramedics later determined that the woman – who was not immediately identified – had been deceased for “some time,” sheriff officials said.

Kenny Obyran Whitehead, 55, faces murder and rape charges in addition to a necrophilia charge, the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release. Due to the nature of the incident, the sheriff’s office said it will not be releasing the victim’s name.

I'd rather there be empty space, without any artificial props, surrounding me rather than mannequins in a restaurant. Not that I have a mannequin phobia, I don't. I just find this whole idea odd. David Stewart, an HOA president, demanded to know how Miller got inside.
Miller refused to say and demanded Stewart move his car out of the way.
Miller then called police, but it took an hour for Stewart to finally let him leave.
Stewart, 66, is the owner of a gas and oil company based in Oklahoma City.

A black man who works as an appliance and furniture delivery driver uploaded video to social media showing white residents of an upscale, gated community of Oklahoma City block his truck from the exit while demanding to know what he was doing there.

Travis Miller said he had finished making a delivery to a customer who lives in the swanky Ashford Hills area of Edmond, just northeast of Oklahoma City, on Monday when he noticed that he was being prevented from leaving the gated community.

‘I’m trying to leave and I got “super neighbor” over here blocking me in,’ Miller said in cell phone video that he livestreamed on Facebook.

Miller than pointed the camera to show the back of his truck which was obstructed by a white sedan that had been standing just a few feet away on a driveway.

‘This is what I’m dealing with right now,’ Miller says in the video.

He then pans the camera to show a white man in a brownish-red sweater and white baseball cap standing a few feet away.

The man, later identified as David Stewart, has a cell phone pressed against his ear.

‘This is who I’m dealing with,’ Miller says in the video.

Miller then tells Stewart: ‘Napoleon, move out the way.’

When Stewart tells Miller his name, Miller replies: ‘I don’t care what your name is. Get out the way.’

Stewart identifies himself in the video as a homeowners association president. An HOA is an organization whose members comprise a community of people who own residential properties in a specific area.

Stewart demanded to know how Miller managed to get into the gated community.

‘I don’t have to tell you s***!’ Miller said.

After it became apparent that Stewart was refusing to allow Miller to leave, another homeowner joined Stewart.

‘All we want to know is why you’re in here and who gave you the gate code,’ the man said.

‘That’s all we need to know.’ (It's none of your business, so GFY. - Drake)

Miller told KFOR-TV that he refused to share his customer’s personal information with Stewart and the other man.

Miller told Stewart that he was calling the police while he waited for him to move his car so that he could leave.

The police did not arrive. Finally, Stewart moved his car an hour later.

‘They must have contacted the customer because the customer came around and he moved out the way,’ Miller said.

On the Facebook livestream, Miller is seen with tears streaming down his face as he is calling police.

‘He said that he called the cops back and let them know that everything was clear but I didn’t want to leave and have it seem like I was fleeing the scene or anything like that,’ Miller said to dispatch.

Miller said that the incident was made worse by the fact that he was in mourning over the passing of two relatives.

'I just know that emotionally, it was hard to maintain restraint, especially when I’m dealing with death in the family, two family members within two days of each other,' Miller said.

'I just did the best I could to not make a bad situation worse.'

One comment making its way around social media is that HOA President David Stewart opened up himself and the rest of the HOA to a lawsuit, one they would likely lose. I can't think of a better outcome for Mr. Miller. I hope he is awarded a sizeable amount of money for being unlawfully detained by two individuals who have zero law enforcement authority and their harassment and abusive behavior directed at Mr. Miller.

Another fun fact being reported is David Stewart is - or was - busy contacting Facebook to have Mr. Miller's video removed from its platform. HA! Good luck with that Little Nazi - Miller's video is all over social media.

Huh, funny that as of this publishing nothing has been updated since March 16. Other functions and access to the state fairgrounds and its facilities are restricted. But not a word yet on the state fair being canceled.

Who wants to make a friendly wager with me that the state fair will be held? It will be. The DEMS have too much invested in it for it to be canceled. It's a cash cow for the DEMS and all their little goose-stepping Eichmanns.

A decision to cancel the fair won’t be made until it must be, he said. But he added the call would be made well before Aug. 1, though he couldn’t say whether a decision would come in May, June or July.

Hammer was firm, however, in saying that there will either be a full-on State Fair or none at all. No one is going to be scanning temperatures along with tickets at the gates, he said.

“We’re a big celebration,” Hammer said. “If the health of the people is where you need to take these extraordinary precautions, then maybe you shouldn’t be doing the event.”

Gov. Tim Walz called holding the Minnesota State Fair during the coronavirus pandemic a “tough lift,” heightening concerns that the end-of-summer tradition will be canceled for only the sixth time in history.

“I wouldn’t make a definitive call, but I also don’t want to give any false hope on this. I think it will be difficult to see a State Fair operating,” Walz said in response to a question at his daily briefing Thursday.

The governor, who acknowledges he loves the fair, added that one of the greatest parts of the Great Minnesota Get-Together is being “elbow to elbow” in the crowds.

“I don’t know how you social distance in there,” he said.

Places of worship are closed, any public gathering is limited to ten people...and in a little over three months the state fair will be held as usual?

If the state fair is held, it will be all the evidence anyone needs in knowing that these lockdowns and "shelter in place" measures were nothing but a hoax; an attempt to kill businesses, kill the economy, stoke fear and panic, and promote the Liberal narrative of Big and Intrusive government.

Close small businesses. Close places of worship. Make people suffer and feel pain. Oh - - - but let the state fair proceed. It's all politics and greed...for those with political clout and the deranged Liberals that run this state.

San Francisco delivers alcohol, tobacco and teh pot to quarantined addicts.

Omaha.com (AP): San Francisco gets alcohol, tobacco for addicts in hotels.

San Francisco is using private donations to deliver alcohol, tobacco and medical marijuana to a few dozen people dealing with addiction as they isolate or quarantine in city-leased hotel rooms during the pandemic, officials confirmed Wednesday.

There are about 270 people, mostly homeless, staying in hotel rooms to recover from COVID-19 or to wait out possible exposure to the virus. Nearly a dozen people have received alcohol and more than two dozen have received tobacco, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

City officials said that private donations pay for the items, and that helping manage nicotine, opioid and alcohol cravings ensures that recovering people don't go out and possibly infect others.

Dr. Grant Colfax, San Francisco's public health director, said the harm-reduction approach is widespread and based on decades of sound public health policy.

"...decades of sound public health policy." Okay, then.
