Reuters (Archived): U.S. Supreme Court launches probe into leak of draft abortion opinion.
U.S. Chief Justice John Roberts on Tuesday said the Supreme Court will investigate the leak of a draft decision indicating that a majority of the nine justices are set to overturn the constitutional right to abortion, a breach of the court's trust that he called a "betrayal."

The leak can be considered a major break from the longstanding tradition of confidentiality and trust surrounding deliberations among the justices.
Amid speculation about the source of the leak, [Chief Justice John] Roberts sought to defend the institution's structure.

This "leak" is an abomination, an unprecedented attack, on what is supposed to be the most non-politicized branch of our government.

Similar to Senator Bob Dole's 1996 presidential campaign, one of the more widely leveled charges against McCain was the issue of his age—he turned 72 in August and there was widespread concern about the idea of electing a man who would be 80 years old if he completed two full terms in office[.]With three 2020 DEM presidential candidates, there is no "widespread concern" over the their age. The DEMS are unconcerned over three of theirs on the doorstep of being 80. The media rarely mentions it either.
Leaders of the Democratic tech firm that was behind the Iowa caucus app debacle openly expressed their hostility toward Bernie Sanders supporters on a regular basis, according to a new report.Well, that doesn't sound like Democrats, does it? Giving up on a brand new, shiny tech App? Usually, we can count on DEMS to keep doing what they've done in the past, even when they know whatever it is doesn't work. Often, DEMS throw more money at whatever "it" is, hoping that will fix the problem. Rare that they abandon something just because it fails, epically, the first time.

Three different sources say a firm called "Shadow" developed the Iowa Dem caucus app. They haven't responded to comment, neither has Iowa Dem Party. The firm was paid by both Nevada & Iowa Democratic Party, disclosures show. Also by Mayor Pete's campaign.

Nevada Dem federal account paid Shadow $58k in August, Iowa Dems state account paid Shadow $63,183 in two payments over Nov & Dec, suggesting app wasn't developed until just months ago? Both caucus states. Shadow is a spin-off from PACRONYM, a new Dem dark money/superPAC hybrid.

There's no evidence Robby Mook was involved in the development of this app. David Plouffe, however, is on the board of PACRONYM and has been on cable news talking about the Iowa caucus all evening. Worth a question for him.

It's clear the DNC doesn't want Bernie and will do everything possible to pull the rug out from under him - again. With the Buttigieg complaint of his name not listed, maybe the DNC doesn't want him either?A highly respected Iowa poll that was canceled from being released amid integrity issues had Joe Biden in fourth place, which could have drastically altered the news cycle and voter considerations in the days before Monday's Democratic caucuses.
According to leaked results verified by FiveThirtyEight, the final Des Moines Register/CNN/Mediacom poll of likely Democratic caucus-goers before Monday's first-in-the-nation caucuses had Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders leading with 22%, Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren in second at 18%, former South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg with 16%, and the former vice president in fourth with 13%.
The poll, often called the "gold standard" measure of Iowa, was scheduled to be released Sunday, but after an Iowa City man contacted for the poll reportedly complained that Buttigieg was not listed as an option when asked about his preferred candidate, officials did not release the results out of an abundance of caution.
"Today, a respondent raised an issue with the way the survey was administered, which could have compromised the results of the poll. It appears a candidate’s name was omitted in at least one interview in which the respondent was asked to name their preferred candidate," Des Moines Register executive editor Carol Hunter said in a statement Saturday. "While this appears to be isolated to one surveyor, we cannot confirm that with certainty. Therefore, the partners made the difficult decision to not to move forward with releasing the Iowa Poll."

Donna is likely hurting from losing her job at CNN, but it is her own fault. If you cheat, and feed debate questions to your favorite candidate, you should not continue employment as a journalist. Again, why would this long-time Democrat distance herself from the Democrat Nominee for President of the United States.
Michelle Obama, First Lady of the United States and Hillary’s recent Campaign partner, deleted all Tweets relating to Hillary, and deleted every Tweet on her feed going back to 2013. Just five days ago, Michelle shared the stage in Winston-Salem with Hillary. They held hands and bashed Donald Trump together. Now Michelle is taking a leap backwards.

She received her Ph.D. in Rabbinics from the Jewish Theological Seminary and has taught at various universities in the U.S., including the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and the University of Florida. Kessler has taught many different courses, some of which are on Jewish History, Judaism and Gender, Judaism and Ecology, Feminist Theology, and Religion and Gender. In her university bio, it says that her work fits the categories of “postmodern, feminist, and queer theoretical approaches.”
Campus Reform reached out to Kessler for comments regarding her course but received no response in time for publication.

Explosions rocked three luxury hotels in the nation’s largest city, Colombo, and three packed Catholic churches across the country on Sunday morning. This was followed by two additional explosions at different sites. The tragedy occurred as Christians were gathering for Easter Sunday Masses.

One of the suicide bombers checked into the Cinnamon Grand hotel in Colombo under the name Mohamed Azzam Mohamed, Indian media wrote. He reportedly set off an explosive at the hotel’s busy restaurant while standing in line for the Easter Sunday breakfast buffet.
Two more suicide bombers, who were behind the attacks on the Shangri La hotel and a church in Batticaloa, have also been reportedly identified as Zahran Hashim and Abu Mohammed, according to a report by an Indian News 18 TV Channel.
