Trump supports Crypto; Freeing Silk Road's Ross Ulbricht.

Crypto News: Industry support and the Silk Road founder release: what Trump promises to the crypto community.

[Trump] promised to release the founder of the darknet marketplace Silk Road, Ross Ulbricht. If he wins the election, Trump promised to cancel the sentence on the first day.
[.]
He also pledged to support self-custody rights for the nation’s 50 million digital assets holders.

The story mentions Trump has solid and large support from the digital currency community while they view Biden and Handlers as anti-crypto, which they are. The article states Trump saying he'd never allow the launch a CBDC.

Great; yeah! 👍👍

Trump should've pardoned Ulbricht, along with Julian Assange and Edward Snowden, his first time around.

Meghan McCain's HYSTERICAL reaction to Fake News. The universe revolves around her, you know.

Meghan McCain

McCain was responding to reports that the White House Military Office asked lower-level US Navy officials about keeping the USS John McCain, named for the late senator's father and grandfather, out of view during Trump's trip to Japan last weekend.

Nice one, Pudges. Too bad you sucked up the Fake News like a Dyson:

Pudges reads the Fake News about the name of the USS McCain being obscured, doesn't bother to verify the story, goes straight to her Twatter account and bemoans, again, that it's all about her and her late dad. Pudges was Triggered by Fake News. I could be wrong, but I think most people would kind of be embarrassed and humbled by such triggering. Not Pudges. Give her a day, or less, and she'll back on her soap box.

Some guy who said one humorous anecdote several decades ago desperately seeks media attention, hopping on a momentary, topical Fake News story:

He was funnier as a cokehead.

None of us has experienced the death of a loved one and suffered the degree of grief as has Pudges McCain. None of us. We can't imagine her grief; we just can't. Pudges is the Standard-Bearer of Grief and we must all accept the universe revolves around her.

It's all about you, Pudges. And your dad who spent the latter years of his Senate career, and presidential campaign, promising Americans one of his top priorities is to repeal Obama Care. And when the time came to belly up to the bar, he betrayed his promise to the people and voted to keep Obamacare. Why? It was John McCain's only way to give a "fuck you" to Trump. Wow, what character. What a display of statesmanship. What a two-faced tiny, little, bitter, selfish man.

I'll remind everyone that Pudges, this past April, said that she, "hopes Julian Assange rots in hell." Lots of compassion and forgiveness in the McCain family, huh?

I'm REALLY HAPPY to know the McCain family supports Creepy, Pervy, Hair-Sniffin DEM Joe Biden for president. If the McCain's had stated they support President Donald Trump, I'd be questioning the state of my mental health.

Julian Assange can barely talk, moved to prison hospital, says WikiLeaks.

This is not good. Julian Assange moved to prison hospital.

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has been moved to the hospital wing of the Belmarsh prison in the UK, prompting concerns about his health pending the hearing on his extradition to the US.

Assange’s health had already “significantly deteriorated” during the nearly seven years he spent inside the Ecuadorian embassy in London, and has continued to get worse over the seven weeks he has spent in Belmarsh, WikiLeaks said in a statement on Wednesday.
Digital JournalSwedish court rejects delay in hearing due to Assange's illness.
No one from the court had any comment on the issue to Reuters nor did the Prosecutor's office. Sweden just reopened the rape investigation in early May.
You've probably heard all about this story from the MSM Talking Heads because they believe so adamantly in sticking up for their fellow journalists and truth-seekers. Like the frequent time and coverage they've devoted to Jamal Khashoggi.

Assange has the dirt on Hillary Clinton and the Obama Deep State. Otherwise she wouldn't have asked, "can't we just drone this guy?"

We probably won't hear much from the MSM on Julian Assange. He's more of a threat to them and they are the water-carries for The Left who view Assange as an enemy. Pray for Julian Assange.

John Brennan's cryptic tweet decoded?

An interesting thread at Reddit:

Thread comment header:  "John Brennan's tweet decoded! He ordered the assassination of Trump. John 3:13 = JFK Zapruder film frame 313. The frame the bullet hits JFKs head."
Frame 313 of the Zapruder film does appear to be the correct frame number. Time:
...LIFE withheld the gruesome frame No. 313—a picture that became influential by its absence. That one, where the bullet exploded the side of Kennedy’s head, is still shocking when seen today[.]
What Brennan wrote is exactly James 3:13. Bible Gateway:
13 Who is wise and understanding among you? Let them show it by their good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom.
What grudge does Brennan have with President Donald Trump? Well, there are a lot of details in that answer, and see Intel Today for the full background.

A very worried John Brennan

Recall WikiLeaks publishing some of Brennan's hacked emails
Today, 21 October 2015 and over the coming days WikiLeaks is releasing documents from one of CIA chief John Brennan's non-government email accounts. Brennan used the account occasionally for several intelligence related projects.
RT: Brennan's hacked emails include his thoughts on toture, Iran and Afghanistan. And yeah...his hacked email was an...AOL account. Who dey?
Completely hilarious that CIA Director Brennan still uses an AOL account for personal email. Probably has a Prodigy mailer CD too[.]
Brennan, a Deep-Stater and loyal Clintonite, is busy pointing fingers at others, including James Comey and James Clapper.

Conservative Review: Brennan worried about jail.
On Monday, former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino appeared on “Fox & Friends” and blasted Obama administration CIA Director John Brennan, saying he “has disgraced the country.”

Bongino was responding to a tweet from Brennan over the weekend claiming Republican leaders  in Congress would do “a great disservice” to the country if they allow Trump to order an investigation into potential interference in the 2016 election by the Obama administration’s intelligence agencies.
[.]
Bongino slammed Brennan as a disgrace and said he was “worried about staying out of jail” because there were criminal leaks to the media Bongino asserts Brennan was involved in.
Brennan was a main architect in then-president Barrack Hussein Obama's "kill list", and Brennan was instrumental in weaponizing the CIA, especially with drones, for the Obama Admin.

James 3:13 and the Zapruder frame 313? An ambiguous, openly veiled threat from Brennan to Trump? A big plate of nothing? A wildly-stretched conspiracy theory from someone on Reddit?

Maybe yes, maybe no - right? Maybe.

One interesting comment at the Reddit thread is why would someone like Brennan use any biblical verse of "3:13" - but especially James 3:13 - knowing that any good conspiracy theory would hop on that reference, tying it to frame 313 of the Zapruder film?

That's a good observation. As good as a follow-up comment noting that if linking the James 3:13 verse to the Zapruder frame 313 is intentional, what better way for Brennan to operate in plain sight?

Now I understand how Twitter works: Ban James Woods for paraphrasing a quote from The Wire and Emerson but crosshairs on Julian Assange is fine.

Bounding Into Comics: James Woods responds to Twitter ban.
Actor James Woods has responded to his ban on Twitter.

The conservative actor was banned from the platform after quoting the television show The Wire. Woods wrote, “”If you try to kill the King, you better not miss.” #HangThemAll” The quote from The Wire paraphrases Ralph Waldo Emerson.

Woods’ girlfriend Sara Miller revealed Twitter claims the tweet violated their “rules against abusive behavior.”

Of course Twitter doesn’t inform his followers. @RealJamesWoods has received the following email: pic.twitter.com/2nnnVBVktQ

    — Sara Miller (@Millerita) April 20, 2019

Woods spoke to The Daily Wire where he indicated he will not be returning to Twitter, “Twitter demanded that I rescind my tweet paraphrasing Emerson.” He added, “It now seems they have chosen to delete that tweet from my account without my permission. Until free speech is allowed on Twitter, I will not be permitted to participate in our democracy with my voice. As long as Jack Dorsey remains the coward he seems to be, my Twitter days are in the past.”
And then there's the below, Julian Assange in unmistakable crosshairs. Not linking directly to the account, you can find it on your own if you really want:

49,000 Hillary Emails Found

The Epoch Times: Former FBI Official: Clinton Emails Found in Obama White House.
E.W. “Bill” Priestap, the FBI’s former assistant director for counterintelligence, admitted that messages to and from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on her private email system were found in the Obama White House, government watchdog Judicial Watch announced April 23.

Priestap also admitted that the FBI found nearly 49,000 emails from the private Clinton email system on the laptop computer owned by former Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.), the husband of Huma Abedin, Clinton’s deputy chief of staff and a longtime close personal aide.

“This astonishing confirmation, made under oath by the FBI, shows that the Obama FBI had to go to President Obama’s White House office to find emails that Hillary Clinton tried to destroy or hide from the American people,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement announcing Priestap’s admission.
[.]
In addition to the Executive Office of the President in the Obama White House, Priestap said such emails were found from the State Department, the Secret Service, and the Williams & Connolly LLP law firm, as well as Clinton aides Bryan Pagliano, Cheryl Mills, Heather Samuelson, Jacob Sullivan, and Justin Cooper.
Oh...those missing Hillary emails. They were nothing but unofficial, personal family stuff like the dates of her next Illuminati meeting and whose turn it is to bring the human blood sacrifices yoga classes and daughter Chelsea's wedding. Uh - we've all seen images of Hillary over the past ten years. Is there anyone who believes she partakes in yoga?

The Liberal Reaction we expect from AG William Barr's Release on The Mueller Investigation

AG William Barr's release of the Mueller Investigation is scheduled for release on Thursday morning. Barr said there will be redactions and color-coded references explaining the redactions. I'd guess both Barr's report and Mueller's investigation will contain copious amounts of footnotes or other addendum and a list of references that spans the distance from the sun to Pluto.  Maybe there will be artist sketches, clip art, cartoon figures, charts or diagrams for the Liberals. Maybe there will be an audio version of the report narrated by the dulcet and coherent tones of Bernie Sanders. If I had to listen to the audio version, I'd prefer hearing it read by Otis Campbell, but that's just me.

Whatever doesn't fit the Liberal Narrative from Barr's report will be regarded and labeled a cover-up, a scheme to "protect" President Donald Trump or the Libs will blame William Barr, Robert Mueller, James Comey - or someone else (the Mossad? Gilligan? Fearless Leader? No, no, no. Moose AND Squirrel!) - instead of accepting the report for what it is.

ABC News: Barr and Mueller "old friends" for 30 years and Muller worked with Barr on the report's release

The Libs will focus on what is not in the report. They will tell us that what's not in the report is "very deeply concerning" to them (key word, "deeply")  and that Barr didn't attain the "level of transparency they established."

What's not in the report, evidence supporting of -- take your pick;  Trump-Russia/Russia-Wikileaks/Russia-Russia/Russia-Other/Russia-The Pod People -- collusion, will be where the Libs steer their narrative. A compliant media will happily be the galactic echo chamber.

Redacted information in Barr's report will be for the usual, acceptable legal standards and reasons -  national security, international security/foreign relations, protecting and preventing the publication of the names of private citizens and anonymous sources - will be met by Libs with great skepticism. Deep, deep skepticism. And concern. A lot of Liberal "concern" will occur. Oh, how Libs normally love anonymous sources, except when those sources fail to uphold the Liberal Narrative.

Jump with me here. Why does Julian Assange continue steadfastly denying Russia being part of Wikileaks and the emails of Hillary Clinton and John Podesta? Could it be because it's true? Assange has nothing to lose, and so much to gain, if he stated, "yes, it was Russia." Yet he's never said that. Wikileaks doesn't have a high failure rate.

Assange has hinted that his source was Seth Rich, whose murder remains unsolved. Rich worked for the DNC and he supported the 2016 Dem presidential candidate Bernie Sanders. You can do your own searches on Seth Rich-Julian Assange. Don't forget to include Guccifer 2.0 and Fancy Bear in your searching. The number of actors in this production are many, yet, there is no indication of one distinct person whose name doesn't appear in The Cast of Characters of Russian Collusion; Donald Trump.

The varying degrees of accuracy, skepticism and opinion of the Rich-Assange relationship, if any, is as contentious as it is conspiracy. But we do know this: Rich supported Sanders. Rich was murdered. Shortly after his murder, Wikileaks dumped a lot of intel. The timing...coincidental? Assange is not the only one linking Seth Rich to Wikileaks. Where's a good Liberal Conspiracy Theorist when you really need one?

We'll also be treated to just how quickly these literate, "luminary", hellbent Liberal Collusion "Truthers" will read the Barr Report. Remember, Barr rightly allocated enough time to review the Mueller investigation in order to provide an accurate, unbiased, factual analysis with its foundation a legal interpretation. Start the stopwatch the moment the Libs are handed the Barr Report and track how much time they take to issue...well, I was going to write...a coherent and rational response. But that, I think, is setting our expectations of the Libs far too high. Deeply, concerningly too high.

It will take some time for anyone and everyone to read the Barr-Mueller Report. Any immediate, knee-jerk reaction from The Left fixating on what's not in the report - evidence of Trump/Russia/Election/Collusion - will be recognized for the the partisan ploy it is.

Remember the original allegation that Donald Trump would claim the election is rigged if Hillary Clinton won? Remember the allegation was that not respecting the results of the election is a direct threat to our democracy? Remember when we were told we accepted the results of presidential elections even though we may not have liked them? Remember when candidates who lose sometimes start complaining that they got cheated? Remember...?

What do you think the Liberal reaction to the Barr Report will be like? Please chime in and leave a comment.

The Libs hypocrisy with Wikileaks, no different than their love-hate-love-hate behavior directed towards James Comey and Robert Mueller.

EU Thumbs Down on Copyright Reform

So far, so good, on news with the EU Copyright Reform (EU CR).

The Globe Post - Parliament rejected the bill in a 318 to 278 vote. 31 lawmakers abstained.
The European Parliament voted against a proposed controversial legislation that would require internet companies and users to take more extensive measures to prevent copyright infringement, a bill that was denounced as a threat to internet freedom.
As is "the devil is in the details", the EU copyright reform is overflowing with the devil, especially with Article 11 and Article 13.

Why is this legislation important? Had it been approved, I don't think it would have crushed news aggregators, blogs, social media and others that reproduce copyrighted material. It would have made what now is a relatively simple and fair concept into a deeply tangled mess.

While there is the component of this being a U.S./EU copyright issue, the much bigger elephant to tackle - and really, it can't be - are electronic file formats.

Had the proposed EU Copyright Reform passed, it would have created a mountain of problems, the least severe being reproducing copyrighted text. Text is text. Far more unmanageable is regulating a myriad of electronic file formats.

One example from the failed EU CR is its lack of definition in licensing copyrighted material. ArsTechnia:
...the [EU CR] proposed law does not explain how [licensing] could be done for fragmented markets where there is no single licensing body. Alternatively, online services must "prevent the availability on their services of works or other subject-matter identified by rightsholders."

Image: CDev

This is nothing new, though. Ask the music industry about their track record regarding licensing and copyright. They've been trying to define and figure it out for decades.

Th EU CR is not a dead issue. The EU Parliament will revive this copyright reform in a few months. CDRinfo
Parliament's position will now be up for debate, amendment, and a vote during the next plenary session, in September.
Technology consistently out-paces attempts of its regulation and law. This will never change.

The EU cannot define what it wants to define. I'm not sure any type of government, coalition or organization can do what the EU is attempting. At least it isn't the UN sticking its finger in this pie. The EU CR was thankfully voted down. I don't think they're going to figure it out come September either.

Julian Assange rape investigation dropped by Sweden

Good news for Julian Assange. I think these charges against him are completely bogus and have been all along.

From The Sydney Morning Herald
Swedish prosecutors on Friday dropped their investigation into a rape allegation against Julian Assange, closing a nearly seven-year legal saga that led the WikiLeaks founder to seek sanctuary at the Ecuadoran Embassy in London.

But British police said that Assange still faces arrest on charges of jumping bail if he walks out of diplomatic protection[.]
The UK needs to drop their charges and forget about extradition to the U.S.

Vault 7: Wikileaks shows Comrades at CIA can Access Macs and iPhones

Image located at www.monomakhos.com

The CIA has tools for hacking Macs and iPhones.
What's particularly interesting about the documents is that they appear to show that the CIA had the ability to exploit Apple hardware and software a full decade ago.

Not all of the hacks revealed in Dark Matter are quite so old, however. The user guide for Sonic Screwdriver, for instance, was updated as recently as November 2012. It shows how a Thunderbolt or USB port can be used to infect and access a MacBook Pro or MacBook Air, right up to mid-2012 models.
Of course, this doesn't surprise you, does it? Every country seems to be ridiculously more paranoid about their own population than those of other countries, including their enemies.

Screwdriver and Screwdriver

Ars Technia has a wonderful article on the Sonic Screwdriver. (And no, we're not talking about the adult beverage containing Swarovski Alizé Vodka).

The following juicy bit from Tech News World, is simply diabolically clever:
The CIA's Embedded Development Branch developed malware that could persist even if the targeted computer were reformatted and its OS were reinstalled, according to data WikiLeaks exposed.
Recall the brouhaha over the so-called unlocked San Bernardino shooters' iPhone between Apple and the government?

Let me state this: that iPhone of the San Bernardino shooter was cracked so fast and so efficiently it would have made your head spin.

The fight between Apple CEO Tim "The Pinhead" Cook and the government was a dog and pony show. Apple didn't want their customers knowing their phones weren't secure and do you really think the government is going to let any company have such a degree of encryption that it can't be hacked? I have a nice shiny bridge in San Fran to sell you if you believe the above.

(The "Pinhead" reference to Cook is exactly that, btw - I think he's a pinhead who is a spot-light whore. And a poor CEO, but that's another story.)

"1984"  is taking it's sweet time in arriving. But with as quickly as technology is progressing  - ("...modem...modem..." anyone even remember them?) - we're nearing a generation of people who have no idea what a modem is/was.  "1984" is catching up to us, so quickly, that both the legality issues and privacy issues lag behind technological growth and advancement.

The Singularity is here. Welcome to 1984. Welcome to Big Brother.
