Trump supports Crypto; Freeing Silk Road's Ross Ulbricht.

Crypto News: Industry support and the Silk Road founder release: what Trump promises to the crypto community.

[Trump] promised to release the founder of the darknet marketplace Silk Road, Ross Ulbricht. If he wins the election, Trump promised to cancel the sentence on the first day.
[.]
He also pledged to support self-custody rights for the nation’s 50 million digital assets holders.

The story mentions Trump has solid and large support from the digital currency community while they view Biden and Handlers as anti-crypto, which they are. The article states Trump saying he'd never allow the launch a CBDC.

Great; yeah! 👍👍

Trump should've pardoned Ulbricht, along with Julian Assange and Edward Snowden, his first time around.

Internet in Real Time.

How many posts, searches and uploads occur every second to FB, X, IG, You Tube, Pinterest, Google, Yandex and other social media sites or online Big Media? How many people are calling an Uber or using Skype every second?

This site Tracks that data it in real time: The Internet in Real Time. Check it out. It doesn't include Blooger or WP. Awwwwww...😭  It should, I'd like to see real-time data tracking for posting on both Bloog and WP.

It's kind of like the USA Debt Clock but for Social Media and other online commercial sites.

Largest solar storm in decades!

NPR: The largest solar storm in decades is slamming into the Earth.

The source of the solar storm is a cluster of sunspots on the sun's surface that is 17 times the diameter of the earth. The spots are filled with tangled magnetic fields that can act as slingshots, throwing huge quantities of charged particles [known as Coronal Mass Ejections] towards our planet.

If Comms are compromised, if Al Gore's SuperDuper Information Highway goes glitchy, if things go south, we'll know it was planned to coincide and that the solar storm is the false narrative. What better timing?

A Spectacular Technical Achievement is Upon Us!

Oh Boy! A more modern look and feel! Don't worry, Beta-Testing a resounding success. Passed with flying colors. No glitches. No redesigns that impact the current simplicity of it.

If you dislike the changes, will they allow you to revert to the legacy mode?

FBI paying attention to online slang; it "might be Extremism."

Other slang that may draw FBI scrutiny includes "Looksmaxxing" and "LARPing". Read more at:

NY Post: FBI documents associate internet slang like "based" and "red pill" with "extremism".

New documents released Monday warned that common internet lingo is being associated with “Violent Extremism” by the FBI.
[.]
Many of the terms mentioned in the FBI’s list of incel terminology are either widely used across the internet or innocuous in nature.

"Lingo"? 🤣 Groovy Baybee. Very Hip.

"It was just like those incels Chad and Stacey, who are based and red pilled, to say, 'Hey, it's over. Just be first.' They both are Looksmaxxing. Their LARPing is tedious."

^ This is how the FBI, under AG Merrick Garland's DOJ and, Biden and his Handlers, spends its time...¯\_(ツ)_/¯...

How will you determine and decide when to end your Site?

Just curious. Some blogs/sites havent been updated "X" months or years ago. They end and that's it. I keep a few on the Blog Roll because they're great people and there's one I wish would do at least an annual update...but...(sigh)...

Some take time to publish a final post. At least knowing is nice, I guess.

Some have left and returned. Others, I presume, Left Planet Keyboard and are in a much better place and wouldn't return if they could.

Will you assign your site to someone you know who will run it as you did?

I know We all mourn the loss of our like-minded Brethren, no matter what the reason is for wrapping up a site.

What are your plans for exiting the Blogosphere...ya know - IF that day ever comes?

Still toying with the Blog Roll.

I attempted to remove the blogs and sites listed HERE.

They are the sites that aren't bumping up the link list when they update.

The links to them work, they just don't bump up. I know the four sites I attempted to delete, your site will be added back after "a cycle", please don't think I deleted your site for anything other than this tech gremlin.

I'm not sure they are deleted as they still show up, at least for me. Maybe it takes a "cycle" for them to be removed.

After a +/-24 hour cycle, I will add them back to the blogroll (if they do delete) and we'll see if their feed is detected.

I've TEMPORARILY removed the following sites from my Blog Roll.

Five minutes later ... Well that's interesting. I deleted the below sites, clicked "SAVE." Reloaded the page and they're still at the bottom of the Blog Roll. Did it again, same thing, not "removed." So - another glitch to play with. UFReal.

* The Daley Gator (New Home),

 * JPFO

* GunBlogger

* The Religion of Peace.

The links to the sites work. The problem is, Blogger isn't detected their feed when they're updated and bumping them up as "most recently updated".

I'll add them back after +/- 24 hours. Maybe that will get Blogger to recognize the feed and return them to the "bump up" when updated.

I don't know what the deal is and why this is happening. Maybe by removing them, waiting a day and adding them back will fix the problem.

Thank you for your patience.

Blog Roll "most recently updated" seems restored!

Working pretty much. Irish has a post that is so helpful. THANK YOU, IRISH!

There are a couple sites whose feeds aren't yet in the "recently updated" flow and I'm working on that.

Everyone that's been on my BRoll is still there. I had changed it to list alphabetically for a little over a day and then I read Irish's post, fiddled around and flipped back to "show most recently updated atop." I'm workin' on it. 👍

"So, here we are, because we are here. And we are here because we are not there. There is not here. There is there, not here. Here is here, and here is where we are."

- Vice President Kamala Harris, September 20, 2022 commenting on the current Blog Roll technical difficulties experienced by some blogs and sites.

Blog Roll Feed still SNAFU.

But I can comment again on my own blog!

Some of the other blogs and sites still aren't rolling up as showing the most recently updated, while others are. I don't know if I need to eliminate the "/feeds/posts/default" suffix on the URLs or not. Still going to let it sit a couple days and see if it resolves itself.

If not, then maybe I'll have to go through my Blog & Site Roll and eliminate the "/feeds/posts/default". That involves work and motivation. ICK!!

Another option would be to deselect the option of those most recently updated roll up as such and instead select the method of listing the blogs and sites alphabetically, which is a preference I don't like. So...bear with it all. We'll see if the gremlins go away.

Saturday, September 17, 2022

FYI The Blog Roll issue isn't me.

As Irish mentioned on August  September 10, there's some gremlins around. I just noticed  while I have the settings "on", that all blogs and sites should update with the most recently updated at the top of the list, that's not happening. Not just Blogger platform either. The Daley Gator (New site) is listed near the bottom. So it's [dot] other domains, including WP. Go figure.

I can't comment on my blog either. 🤣🤣🤣 I don't know why this is happening.

Just going to give it a couple days and see what happens. Maybe it's Teh Habbening or Climate Change?

Major internet outage hits Canada with 75% national connectivity loss.

Euro Weekly: Major internet outage hits Canada with 75% national connectivity loss.

Canada has suffered a major internet outage across the nation as reported on Friday, July 8.

Canada’s major internet outage is reportedly due to the telecommunications giant “Rogers” suffering technical difficulties that have caused clients across the nation to lose their cable, wireless and internet connections.

IE is DEAD! GOOD!

PC World: Internet Explorer dies today, but its spirit lives on in Microsoft Edge.

The day has finally arrived:

Microsoft has killed off Internet Explorer. Or has it? The answer to that is: well, sort of.

Microsoft has said for years that it plans to replace the venerable Internet Explorer browser in favor of a more secure option: Microsoft Edge. Today, IE11 ends support for most users, which means that IE won’t receive any additional support or patches going forward.

If you're still using Internet Explorer, don't panic. Here's what you need to do.

CNN labels 4Chan the, "Internet's Wild West."

CNN: Buffalo massacre puts spotlight on hate-filled website.

4chan is part of the internet’s Wild West. While Big Tech platforms like Facebook and Twitter at least try to police their sites, almost anything goes on 4Chan.

"Facebook and Twitter at least try to police their sites."  🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

Perps have livestreamed their own crimes, killings, smash and grabs and worse on FB. Antifa, blm, pro-baby killers all have organized violent protests on both FB an Twitter.

Yes, there are some crazy and ranting posts on 4Chan. But I'm unaware of any unlawful behavior organized and instigated that can be blamed on a 4Chan poster. 4Chan jannies are far more arduous and strict about deleting a post or file than FB, Twitter or the unhinged blue-red hair Redditors.

CNN is the 4Chan of the MSM. How unironic.

"This is CNN...and FB...and Twitter"

Fucking Bloooooger. If it wasn't free they should pay users who use their platform.

But how does it know I am a robot?

"Something's not right."

Thanks for that notification, Bloooooger. I wouldn't have concluded that without the message.

Friday the 13th? Since Biden's has F'ed Up everything he touches, I suppose it's a matter of time until he shats on the web. I've seen other blogs and sites (Blooooger, WP and other independently hosted sites), all having problems today. Pages won't load or if they do it's a half-assed load. Tried to leave a few comments at Blooooger and WP sites, all of which failed.

Oh...wait, I know what's causing this. It's climate change.

Joe Rogan moving to Spotify, had enough of You Tube.

RT: Stop censoring us, Big Tech! Joe Rogan’s $100 million move to Spotify sends stark message to YouTube.
The comedian’s landmark shift away from the Google-owned streaming service could signal the start of a wave of creators moving away from the site – as it bafflingly attempts to pander to legacy media.
[.]
... it is perhaps not surprising that Spotify have just wooed the former Fear Factor presenter away from YouTube after writing him a cheque for a rumoured $100 million.
[.]
...the Joe Rogan Experience’s home has been YouTube. His channel, “PowerfulJRE”, has more than eight million subscribers and he pulls in around 400 million views a month. But despite these outrageous numbers and his ludicrous success on the medium, Rogan has decided to leave the platform.
You Tube, where your films will last forever. Or, until the Tube Gestapo deletes them.

Awwww, "most charming and magnificent." How quaint!

Adam Schiff wants Big Tech to snitch on you and censor you.

Washington Times: Schiff suggests Google, YouTube and Twitter notify users who engaged with coronavirus misinformation.
Rep. Adam B. Schiff has asked Google, YouTube and Twitter to consider following Facebook protocol in alerting users who interacted on their platforms with misinformation involving the coronavirus pandemic.

The congressman’s office released letters Thursday that Mr. Schiff, the chair of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, wrote to the heads of the companies this week.

Citing the presence of coronavirus-related misinformation on their platforms, Mr. Schiff suggested the companies adopt a practice similar to Facebook and proactively notify users who engaged on their platforms with harmful medical content involving the continuing outbreak.
[.]
Though the best protection is removing or downgrading harmful content before users engage with it, that is not always possible,” Mr. Schiff wrote in the letters.
[.]
“I recognize the complex challenges that misinformation presents to online platforms,” Mr. Schiff added. “As we all grapple with this unprecedented health situation, I hope you will consider this suggestion for keeping users better informed.”

The letters were dated Wednesday and sent to Sundar Pichai, the chief executive officer of Google’s parent company Alphabet, as well as YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki and Twitter CEO Jason Dorsey.
When I read the LARGE lettered sentence from Schiff, am I the only one who pictures a WWII High-Ranking, Overachieving German Officer puffing away at a cigarette he is tightly holding between his thumb and forefinger, saying:
"I hope you vill conzider theez suggestion for keeping uz better invormed !"
Social Media has been censoring users for years. Soon, Social Media will experience the very same from the likes of Adam Schiff.

Big Tech...still think Liberals are your best friend? You silly soy-boy-girl-ettes.

"WE" (aka the Media, but it won't) should be demanding answers from Adam Schiff, and his relationship with DEM donor-alleged meth injector Ed Buck.

Maybe we should demand answers from Schiff and his knowledge about Jeffrey Epstein. They look comfortable, don't they?

Time for Schiff to answer questions instead of asking them.

Jim Watkins, 8 Chan owner, says El Paso shooter didn't post manifesto. Watkins called to testify before congress.

The statement comes after Jim Watkins, the owner of the 8chan message board, suggested in a YouTube video that the document had been loaded to his site by a different user. Watkins, who appeared in front of an image of Benjamin Franklin, said the site had made law enforcement "aware" of the manifesto when it appeared.

He also suggested -- but didn't state -- that the gunman, who killed 22 in the attack at a Walmart store, had posted the document to Instagram.

"First of all, the El Paso shooter posted on Instagram, not 8chan," Watkins said in the video. "Later, someone uploaded the manifesto. However, that manifesto was not uploaded by the Walmart shooter. I don't know if he wrote it or not, but it was not uploaded by the murderer; that is clear."

8chan, an anonymous forum, is a magnet for trolls, who delight in racist, sexist and politically incorrect humor. Watkins' video was titled "Sorry for the inconvenience, common sense will prevail" an apparent reference to the title of the 2,300-word manifesto, which was called "The Inconvenient Truth."

Reclaim The Net8chan owner Jim Watkins called to testify before congress
Homeland Security Chairman Bennie G. Thompson and Ranking Member Mike Rogers have sent a letter to Jim Watkins, the owner of the online imageboard 8chan, requesting that he appear before Congress to answer questions about how the site investigates and mitigates “extremist content”.
[.]
The letter from Thompson and Rogers cites various reports alleging that in total three mass shooters have posted racist letters or manifestos to 8chan before mass shootings – the El Paso shooter, the Poway synagogue shooter, and the Christchurch shooter.

“Regrettably, this is at least the third act of white supremacist extremist violence linked to your website this year,” the letter reads.
