Why was the crime scene not cordoned off?

Many commentators and social media users are wondering why the scene of the shooting wasn’t immediately cordoned off and the perimeter secured.

Not just was the site not cordoned off, but a man was filmed taking down the camera that had been mounted right behind Kirk, even moving the chair that Kirk had been sitting on in order to reach the camera above. He is subsequently seen placing the camera on a table, looking around furtively, and then removing the SD card.

George Zinn, Old "Distraction Man", who confessed to Kirk death, arrested.

Newsweek: Man Who Allegedly Faked Kirk Killing Confession Gets Child P*rn Charge. 

George Zinn, who allegedly fabricated a confession in the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, has been arrested on charges of obstruction of justice and possession of child sexual abuse material, Utah authorities said.

Zinn, 71, was arrested at the scene of the September 10 shooting at Utah Valley University in Orem after shouting, "I shot him, now shoot me." He later told investigators he faked the confession to help the real suspect—later identified as Tyler Robinson—escape, according to a probable cause statement.

Authorities said an investigation into Zinn led to the discovery of explicit material on his phone, including more than 20 images of children between the ages of 5 and 12. Court records also cite graphic messages in which Zinn admitted to being aroused by the material.

Better keep him jailed otherwise he might hop a flight to the Nation that gives safe harbor to ped0s.

Why law enforcement spent time detaining this guy is so questionable. Why would he confess to something he didn't do? To allow time for the real shooter to avoid arrest, he says. What's the connection here? What's in it for Zinn? Whose payroll is he on? Designated patsy?  

C'mon law enforcement...your first clue is obvious. No way could this old fart jump several feet from the roof location of the shooter to the sidewalk, effortlessly stand up and casually walk away from the crime scene. This whole Kirk "official narrative" reeks of failed PsyOps.

How many events like this have to happen in Kirk's death before people start questioning The Narrative?

I've gathered a lot on the Charlie Kirk story. I can only digest, format and publish so much at a time. The amount of coverage is massive. 

You may have noticed that whenever something is about to happen with The Epstein List, this "new" Epstein Birthday Book or whenever some nation bombs several residential areas killing civilians - because "that's where Hamas hides!" - some news grabbing "headline" appears, overwhelming the MSM re-shifting the Focus: A building explodes, a plane craft has something go wrong, a disaster (flood, tornado, fire, earthquake), a Hellfire missile nicks or hits a UFO and the UFO just keeps going as if nothing happened (the timing of these UFO habbenings is AMAAAAAZZING) or some other "event" pops up is created.
