George Zinn, Old "Distraction Man", who confessed to Kirk death, arrested.

Newsweek: Man Who Allegedly Faked Kirk Killing Confession Gets Child P*rn Charge

George Zinn, who allegedly fabricated a confession in the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, has been arrested on charges of obstruction of justice and possession of child sexual abuse material, Utah authorities said.

Zinn, 71, was arrested at the scene of the September 10 shooting at Utah Valley University in Orem after shouting, "I shot him, now shoot me." He later told investigators he faked the confession to help the real suspect—later identified as Tyler Robinson—escape, according to a probable cause statement.

Authorities said an investigation into Zinn led to the discovery of explicit material on his phone, including more than 20 images of children between the ages of 5 and 12. Court records also cite graphic messages in which Zinn admitted to being aroused by the material.

Better keep him jailed otherwise he might hop a flight to the Nation that gives safe harbor to ped0s.

Why law enforcement spent time detaining this guy is so questionable. Why would he confess to something he didn't do? To allow time for the real shooter to avoid arrest, he says. What's the connection here? What's in it for Zinn? Whose payroll is he on? Designated patsy?

C'mon law enforcement...your first clue is obvious. No way could this old fart jump several feet from the roof location of the shooter to the sidewalk, effortlessly stand up and casually walk away from the crime scene. This whole Kirk "official narrative" reeks of failed PsyOps.

How many events like this have to happen in Kirk's death before people start questioning The Narrative

Narrative REKT!

Destroyed.

The Mirror: Minneapolis church shooter's mom hires lawyer as she refuses to talk to police

The mother of the Minneapolis church shooter has hired a high-profile attorney known for representing the George Floyd protesters as police say they haven't been able to contact her for questioning.

Mary Grace Westman has retained criminal defense attorney Ryan Garry after her child, Robin Westman, opened fire at the Annunciation Catholic Church on Wednesday, killing two children and injuring 18 people.

LifeZette: School Shooter’s Mom Uncooperative, Hires High-Profile Defense Attorney

Police Chief Brian O’Hara confirmed Thursday that investigators have been unable to speak with Westman’s mother, Mary Grace Westman, despite repeated efforts to reach her.

“We have not been successful in talking to the shooter’s mother,” O’Hara told reporters during a press conference.

Mom hires a criminal attorney. Is this common now or unusual?

The original narrative is so fabricated.

Dad is (was) a contractor for the CIA/DOD? What twist.

Oh, Alex Jones says so, it must be true. Other social media denies James Westman's connection to CIA/DOD. The government, obviously, won't confirm it. Many news sites do confirm he contracted to CIA/DOD.

WLRT: School Sh**ter’s Father Was CIA Contractor

The WLRT story has several links to other sources supporting James Westman did contract to CIA/DOD.

We Demand Better Psyops!

One of the quickest releases of a shooter's "manifesto", ever! No, "is it legit?" YES! Shut the fuck up,  stop asking questions and believe everything.

Unlike other shootings, ALL the details were known immediately and broadcast as fact.

None of the usual, "this is a fluid situation," or, "we're withholding [such and such] information until it's confirmed." Nope, reported verbatim in real time just as scripted.

"Have you confirmed the writing on the weapons is that of the shooter?"  STFU!

The one mysterious unknown thing: Robin Westman's parents and familyThe Westman family’s ethnicity has not been disclosed in any of the available reports[.] Well, I guess their ethnicity could be Anything.

Breaking news: Nashville shooter's manifesto can't be released because, "copyright", declares judge.

ABC News (July 5, 2024): NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Judge rules Nashville school shooter's writings can't be released and that victims' families have copyright.

Judge rules Nashville school shooter's writings can't be released and that victims' families have copyright.

^ That's it, the entire ABC story.

Times Free Press (July 5, 2024): Judge says Nashville school shooter's writings can't be released as victims' families have copyright.

Chancery Court Judge I'Ashea Myles found that The Covenant School children and parents hold the copyright to any writings or other works created by shooter Audrey Hale, a former student who was killed by police. Hale's parents inherited the works and then transferred ownership to the families.

Myles ruled that "the original writings, journals, art, photos and videos created by Hale" are subject to an exception to the Tennessee Public Records Act created by the federal Copyright Act.

Daily Signal: Trans Nashville Shooter Allegedly Wrote Scathingly About Christians, Fantasized About ‘Imaginary Penis’.

Newly released pages purportedly from the Nashville Covenant School shooter’s manifesto indicate that the shooter was strongly fixated on gender ideology and deeply held anger against Christianity.
[.]
[...] shooter Audrey Hale condemns her parents, harshly criticizes Christians, and fantasizes about her “imaginary penis.” The pages come after months of stonewalling from authorities, who refused to confirm or deny a previous set of manifesto pages commentator Steven Crowder released in November.

I'Ashea L. Myles profile.

This manifesto would've been released and published in a New York second had the shooter been a white male, targeted a different religion or was anti-trans/"transphobic".

Biden Opposes Armed Teachers Because It’s Not Easy to ‘Blow Someone’s Brains Out’.

Breitbart: Biden Opposes Armed Teachers Because It’s Not Easy to ‘Blow Someone’s Brains Out’.

President Biden told attendees at a Democrat fundraiser Friday that one of the reasons he opposes armed teachers is because it is not easy to “blow someone’s brains out,” FOX News reports.

Gee, Joe, as you previously advised all anyone needs to do - including an armed teacher - is shoot them in the leg or fire their double barrel shot gun. What's changed?

Tuesday, May 31, 2022

The ever-changing narrative of the teacher that propped open the door at Robb Elementary, who didn't prop open the door but did but then closed it but it didn't lock.

Here's what we've been told by the media about that propped open door:

The door wasn't propped open. Yahoo (Insider) Archived

The door was propped open. Twitchy Archived

The door was propped open but the teacher closed it before Salvador Ramos entered the building but the door didn't lock. ABC News (Archived)

On that last link, ABC News, if the door didn't lock after the teacher closed it, how would Salvador Ramos know it would or wouldn't lock after closing it, whether it was before or after it was propped open and when he entered? We need answers on how it became locked for the police. I can only presume it was an automatic lock security door. That's the amazing impenetrable door that kept law enforcement agencies from gaining entrance for almost an hour.

The best building security system in the world isn't secure if a door or window is propped open or if a door doesn't lock either automatically or manually.

Teachers teach their student to follow the rule and guidelines. This teacher failed at following the school's security protocol by propping open this door.

We don't blame a campfire on the fire itself when campers fail to extinguish it properly, we blame the campers. We don't blame the liquor companies or the automaker when a drunk driver causes an accident, we blame the driver. We don't blame the scalpel in a medical malpractice lawsuit, we blame the surgeon.

We don't know if Ramos would have found another entry point had this door not been propped open, or closed but not locked. Maybe he would have, maybe not.

The reaction of various law enforcement agencies on the scene took too long to neutralize the shooter but this may have never happened if the door had not been propped open, or if it had been, then closed and locked.

PoliticusUSA is outraged these questions are being asked.

Reminder: PoliticusUSA is a rabidly Far Left Extremist site. Sources: Media Bias and All Sides.

Who is this teacher? Radio Patriot (Archived) is asking the same.

The Libs and the Media have been using the term "Weapons of War" in describing legal U.S. firearms. This is a distraction. There are numerous stories about the online and in-person behavior of Ramos on Social Media. Many red flags were (intentionally?) ignored.

ABC News Radio's Aaron Katersky reports the Uvalde City PD and the Uvalde ISD police are no longer cooperating with the Texas DPS.

Every democrat and RINO is echo-chambering,"we want to get to bottom of this". Then this teacher needs a third degree grilling in all the investigations.

The teacher who propped open the door needs to answer to the people of Uvalde and the entire U.S. for their actions. I hope this person doesn't return to teaching. The person failed and children died because of this.

Most likely, we will never be told the whole story or the truth.

The Bidens scheduled to visit Uvalde on Sunday.

The Guardian (Archived): Too much fear, too much grief’: Biden to visit Uvalde amid scrutiny of police response to shooting.

The US president and first lady, Jill Biden, plan to travel to the small southern Texas city on Sunday.

It's too soon.

When he should've come out of the basement, he didn't. When he should stay in the basement, he doesn't.

Let's hope he doesn't go off-script. Only Joe Biden could bring more anguish to a grieving community. His handlers are forcing this trip.

I hope Texas Governor Greg Abbott doesn't meet or greet the Bidens.

Salvador Ramos: Many red flags all ignored.

Daily Mail: Portrait of a killer: Call of Duty-loving shooter, 18, was bullied at school for being poor, creeped out his Wendy's female co-workers, walked around with boxing gloves on looking for fights and self-harmed.

'[Salvador Ramos] had scars on his face and someone asked him, 'Are you ok?' and he just said with a smile 'I did it myself, I liked how it looked.'
[.]
According to Ramos' neighbor Ruben Flores, 41, the shooter and his mother would often have screaming matches, with police being called to the home on multiple occasions.
[.]
Reportedly Ramos was bullied for a stutter and lisp. Classmates also allegedly called him with gay slurs.  At one point, he uploaded a picture of himself wearing eyeliner.

'He would get bullied hard, like bullied by a lot of people,' Garcia told the Post, 'Over social media, over gaming, over everything.'
[.]
As he morphed into a 'different person' into his later teen years, one local claimed he would ride around at night with a friend firing a BB gun at random passersby. He is also said to have egged people's cars.
[.]
One friend, who wanted to join the Marines, said he cut off Ramos after the killer told him he only wanted to join the force 'so he could kill people.'
[.]
On his since removed Instagram account, Ramos is believed to have shared a photo of two AR15-style rifles just three days before the massacre, while the bio on his TikTok page chillingly read: 'Kids be scared irl' (in real life).

Meanwhile, his Wendy's co-workers told the Daily Beast that he had an 'aggressive streak' and would send inappropriate messages to female employees. They also branded him 'quiet' and 'anti-social'.

One said: 'He would be very rude towards the girls sometimes, and one of the cooks, threatening them by asking, 'Do you know who I am?'

'And he would also send inappropriate texts to the ladies.'
[.]
'What your guns gotta do with me,' [sic] she replied on Friday.

'Just wanted to tag you,' he said back.

Then at 5:43am on Tuesday, @salv8dor_ messaged her and said: 'I'm about to'.

The girl asked 'about to what' to which he answered: 'I'll tell you before 11.'

He said he would text her in an hour and urged her to respond.

'I got a lil secret I wanna tell u,'
he messaged with a smiley face emoji covering its mouth.

'Be grateful I tagged you,' he wrote.

She replied: 'No it's just scary,' adding: 'I barely know you and you tag me in a picture with some guns?'

His last message at 9:16am on Tuesday was 'Ima air out'.

Why, for years, have The Left, the Teacher's Union, School Board members, teachers and liberals fought so hard against having trained, armed security in "Gun Free Zone" schools? They must want shootings like this to happen for their own political agenda.

Is Oregon Live, The Oregonian, painting a sympathetic portrait of Angel Granados Dias, the armed student apprehended at Parkrose High?

I ran across an interesting thread on Reddit:
"The rollout of Angel’s identity on OregonLive will come via a sympathetic puff-piece they are now preparing, focusing on mental health and personal/family adversity, especially if he is from a migrant family. Unlike other trench coat gunmen in schools, the pivot will be away from issues of firearm access and provenance."

Here's the link to the Oregon Live story. It's interesting to note that there are 28 reader comments that, earlier, were viewable, but now, clicking on "View Comments" results to the message of "Comments are not available for this story." Comments at the Reddit link are not kind towards The Oregonian and its coverage on this story.

Angel Granados Dias was arrested on accusations of bringing a loaded shotgun into Parkrose High School on May 17, 2019. He was booked into Multnomah County's jail system just after midnight on Saturday, May 18, 2019. (Multnomah County Sheriff's Office)

Is this a case of "if he'd been wearing a MAGA hat and his name was Nick Sandmann", would we know everything about his entire life by now?

While I haven't checked since earlier this morning, 4 and 8 Chan didn't have much info on the background and life of Dias.

Oregon Public Broadcasting has an event timeline on what occurred at Parkrose High School.

Kendrick Castillo Memorial Service held Wednesday.

TFLcar: Kendrick Castillo services held today.
Last week, 19-year-old Kendrick Castillo lost his life to save his fellow students as a shooting broke out at a STEM school in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, just outside Denver. Castillo was, by all accounts, a bright young student and a hero in the wake of a senseless act of violence. As it turns out, he was also an avid Jeep enthusiast. CBS4 Denver‘s Jamie Leary covered the remarkable event, as fellow Jeepers throughout the state turned out to honor his memory.

Witnesses said Kendrick Castillo, a senior who was within days of graduating from STEM School Highlands Ranch, was among three students who tackled a classmate who opened fire in his classroom. Castillo, a robotics buff and outdoorsman, was the lone fatality in the shooting that wounded eight other students.

The local Knights of Columbus, where Castillo often volunteered with his father, was helping pay funeral expenses. The group also was providing an honor guard for the service.

Multiple sources close to the investigation told Denver7 late Tuesday night that the second suspect, who is a minor, is a transgender male who was in the midst of transitioning from female to male.

The sources said that the motive of the alleged shooters went beyond bullying and involved revenge and anger towards others at the school and that at least one of the suspects was involved in legal and illegal drug use and had been in therapy.
Maya McKinney, the second suspect in the Highlands Ranch school shooting, appeared in court on Wednesday afternoon. McKinney, a juvenile female, identifies as male and prefers to be called “Alec.
Nothing was said about the school being, under Colorado state law, a “gun free” zone, which allowed the shooters to get “deep inside” (the sheriff’s words) the school before they started picking off their fellow students one by one with their handguns.
WFLA News Radio Orlando: One day after the Colorado shootings, Floridians' Gun-Control crowd begs governor to veto school guardian bill.
A day after the deadly Colorado school shooting, gun-control advocates are pleading with Governor Ron DeSantis to veto the expansion of the school guardian bill allowing trained teachers to be armed. University of Central Florida student Trevor Wild with "March For Our Lives" says they've gathered 13-thousand signatures from Floridians who worry this will lead to even more school shootings.
NY Daily News: Classmate gave life to help save others.
Student Nui Giasolli recalled during an interview on the Today show how Kendrick Castillo “lunged” at one of the shooters Tuesday, giving those inside her British literature class time to take cover.

“The next thing I know [the shooter] is pulling a gun and he’s telling nobody to move, and that’s when Kendrick lunged at him,” she said. “And he shot Kendrick, giving all of us enough time to get underneath our desks, to get ourselves safe, and to run across the room and escape.”

Castillo was just three days away from graduating from the STEM School in Highlands Ranch[.]

Parkland School Security Footage on 20 Minute Delay

[Average reading time less links: 3min 30sec]

Why on earth would there be a 20 minute delay...20 minutes!...as police watched surveillance camera footage at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School?

From WTBK, LaCrosse News 8000:
When officers arrived on the scene of the shooting, he said, they wanted to gain access to the security footage to learn what happened and where the perpetrator could be.

But last Wednesday the footage was rewound, [Coral Springs Police Chief Tony] Pustizzi told reporters. At some point, there was a miscommunication and officers believed they were watching real-time footage.

"The issue was more of a communications failure on who was reviewing the tape, letting our guys know that it was a 20-minute delay in what they were reviewing," Pustizzi said.
[.]
The Broward County School district said in a statement that its security system footage could be reviewed in both real-time or be rewound to see events that were previously recorded.

"During the immediate response to the event, the system was being viewed in real-time and the recorded footage was being viewed to retrace the actions of the shooter," the statement said, adding that the district no longer had access to the footage or the server it was stored on because investigating authorities have it.
[.]
[Coral Springs Police Capt. Brad McKeone said,] " I expected to be in a gunbattle. "
While watching the footage, Captain McKeone concludes he expected to be in "a gunbattle" ... and then, at some point, realized the footage they are viewing is delayed by 20 minutes? Am I (we) understanding this correctly? If so, something is very strange here.

"... the district no longer had access to the footage or the server it was stored on because investigating authorities have it." - Well, we'll never know the truth now.

People at Reddit are saying  Broward Sheriff Scott Israel ignored 3 dozen calls to Nikolas Cruz’s home.

Yeah, I know..."Dave, you don't believe stuff on Reddit, do you?" No more or less than I believe anyone knew, or didn't know, that the surveillance footage was delayed by 20 minutes. Or that I know, or don't know - for certain - if there was a second shooter at Mandalay Convention Center.

Besides, it's not only Reddit.

It's unclear if, prior to the shootings, the surveillance footage was on a 20 minute delay, but if so, the is no reasonable explanation for this.

Further, if police viewing the surveillance camera footage thought that they were watching footage in "real time", but the footage they were viewing had been rewound, who rewound it, when and why?

Via: picclick.com

In related news, school resource officer Scot Peterson has resigned and retired. From WPTV - West Palm Beach:
Peterson took a position but "never went in" as the onslaught occurred, citing security footage.
[.]
Peterson was "absolutely on campus" he was armed he was in uniform during the shooting.
[.]
"But what I saw was a deputy arrive at the west side of Building 12, take up a position, and he never went in," the sheriff said.

Asked what Peterson should have done the sheriff said: "Went in, addressed the killer. Killed the killer."
Are we to understand, then, that Officer Peterson was unsure of what action to take because of either or both real-time and/or delayed security footage? Delayed or not, isn't that the task of law enforcement in a situation like this - to confront the active shooter(s)?

Numerous reports abound  about awkward encounters with Mr. Cruz long before February. The FBI admits they failed to investigate Cruz.

The 1990 Crime Control Act, (introduced by Democrat Joe Biden) and yes, I know, signed by President George H.W. Bush (I've made no secret of my dislike of his politics), which designates schools as "Gun Free Zones" has simply identified easy targets for those who want to inflict carnage on defenseless people.

And the First National Bank of Omaha decided to end its relationship of their NRA-affiliated bank cards.

Well, I can think of at least two things that will happen with that last item.

1) Customers of the First National Bank of Omaha who are NRA members will be closing their accounts there and moving to a NRA-friendly bank, and;

2) Legal Gun sales by law-abiding citizens will again be on the upswing. And I fully support that.

The Blame Game here is wide open and I'm not pointing fingers at any specific person(s) or incidents, although I think reasonable people can conclude and agree there was at least one shooter and we know his name. But blaming the NRA is psychological displacement.

Joyless Behar Remains Clueless

Joyless Behar

( Average reading time 5 minutes; less links and video. )

A few words regarding the below clip from "The View".

The "View" excerpts and clip are from the Friday, February 16, 2018 program. In the segment, the subject is the Parkland Florida tragedy and the inevitable conversation on gun-control, mostly from Joyless Behar and Sunny Hostin, who display a fundamental lack of knowledge on what they speak. (You're not surprised by this, though).

They'll never read or be made aware of this post on my limitedly viewed blog, but if Joyless and Sunny think it's easy to legally acquire a handgun or longarm (aka long-gun), then I challenge them to experience the process of legally obtaining one, especially any type of handgun, revolver, semi, or other.  Please Mss's Behar and Hostin - undertake the process of legally purchasing a gun, especially a handgun. Afterwards, let us know if it was EASY.

Neither Joyless or Sunny will do this - I fear they would find truths that drastically conflict with their anti-gun rhetoric and incorrect and pre-formulated, sacredly-held beliefs.  Oh, and one big deterrent for Joyless to actually experience the gun-purchasing process is that she'll have to provide her age and date of birth; something she probably avoids at all cost.

And pretending for a moment that the Second Amendment and hunting have anything to do with each other, which they don't, do note (I duplicated it a few times) when Sunny Hostin physically displays a "rat-a-tat-tat" semi-circle firing "spray" approach - implying this firing pattern is adapted or used in hunting. No true, respectable hunter (of which 99.99999% are) hunts in this manner. On a battlefield, armed and fighting for your life, yes, you may indeed fire off a sequence of shots in a pattern she demonstrates. Applying her method to hunting is abhorred by legitimate, respectful hunters.

Yes, I'm sure somewhere, some time, some rogue or inexperienced hunter, or a poacher, fired off a few rounds attempting to kill prey like that, but there is always a tiny fraction in anything that abuse, misuse and/or deliberately ignore the sportsmanship of  [ fill in the blank ]. To be redundant, no respectable hunter would ever hunt, or fire off a series of shots, as "demonstrated" by Ms. Hostin.  It's extremely dangerous to others in your hunting party and to anyone else in the area, hunting or not. Experienced hunters know that, at most - you have two shots to fell your prey. Not "Tommy-Gun-rat-a-tat-tat" style. Ms. Hostin has seen too many gangsta movies.

Regarding Ms. Hostin's comment of why don't hunters use a shotgun; many hunters do use a shotgun. The selection of shotgun or rifle and gauge or caliber depends on what it is one is hunting and its size.  I know deer hunters who use a .12 gauge (with a slug) for deer. Other, more powerful rifles are often preferred because the IDEA IS to fell and kill the prey as quickly and painlessly as possible. No respectable hunter wants to see their prey suffer. A clean "kill" shot is always preferred - always.  Why? If the bullet strikes a larger animal, a deer, or an elk, hitting it in its hind-quarters, it often continues running or limping  along, bleeding out and suffering. A quick kill helps in preserving the flesh from trauma that comes from suffering. The more prolonged the dying process, the more the tissue damage. The more tissue damage, the higher degree of trauma of edible meat, rendering it "tough" as opposed to smooth and "steak"-y.  I don't believe in hunting any animal that you do not plan to eat, or at least have processed and give to others to eat. I don't believe in trophy hunting. Seriously...you need the head of a tiger, elephant or boar hanging on the wall?  Now, if you mount a deer head with a 26-point antler-rack that you killed and consumed, I have no issue with that. Or, the taxidermy of animal or fish, again, as long as it is used as food.

I needed to move on with publishing a couple (rather easy) updates on Tech and one on News after publishing the post about my late brother. I didn't plan on updating anything for a while after the two updates following that one. But I realized that it is exactly one year today that I spent the day with my late brother who had ordered a S&W 9mm which had arrived.  I rode along and we spent that afternoon at a gun shop. His transaction took about twenty minutes, all paperwork previously approved. We spent about three hours looking at other merchandise and my brother spoke with every customer and employee there. Slightly unusual because he was rather reserved. I kept thinking, he doesn't know these people, and he's carrying on lengthy conversations with all of them - when are we going to get out of here? Those moments meant a lot to me at the time, but I wanted to get the heck out, but he kept striking up one new conversation with one person and then another. And then it became fun to watch and see who he would next talk to and about what. So today I hold those moments even more significant and, in a way, appropriate for an update today, on this subject.

Joyless also, knowingly or unknowingly (my money is on "unknowingly") attempts to use the annual amount of U.S. gun sales as the dollar amount of political contributions from the NRA as representing the dollar amount  used as lobbying by the National Rifle Associate (NRA.org). She is, of course, wrong and grossly off-point.  What else have we come to expect from Joyless? Joyless also states, "some of these guys..." [ I'm interpreting her words as "politicians receiving NRA money" ],  "...get $3,000.00."  Somehow, a $3 Grand campaign donation is not that much of an amount considering the large dollars of campaign contributions from other organizations.
