When he should've come out of the basement, he didn't. When he should stay in the basement, he doesn't.
Let's hope he doesn't go off-script. Only Joe Biden could bring more anguish to a grieving community. His handlers are forcing this trip.
I hope Texas Governor Greg Abbott doesn't meet or greet the Bidens.
