In case you missed these headlines.

With added Sarcastic commentary.

Breitbart: Pentagon Reveals It Actually Has 2,000 Troops in Syria, Not 900.

The Pentagon on Thursday admitted there are actually 2,000 American troops in Syria, not the 900 it previously said were in the country.
[.]
Pentagon Press Secretary Brig. Gen. Pat Ryder characterized the higher troop count as a “surprise”without clarifying if Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin or President Joe Biden knew there were 2,000, not 900 U.S. troops in Syria.

Ryder said at a briefing Thursday:

As you know, we have been briefing you regularly that there are approximately 900 U.S. troops deployed to Syria. In light of the situation in Syria and the significant interest, we recently learned that those numbers were higher, and so asked to look into it, I learned today that in fact there are approximately 2,000 U.S. troops in Syria.

"We recently learned..." Yeah. Sure. What else is this administration not telling us? The Pentagon Press Sec is, "surprised" upon learning the number of U.S. troops is higher than he thought, or was told, or he's plain lying. What does Lloyd Autism or Herr Biden have to say about this?

Breitbart: Transgender Drug lord series moves closer to Oscar nomination.

It would be an Oscar cinch had the writers created the character as also being disabled and confined to a wheelchair. (No, I'm not poking fun at the disabled or those in wheelchairs. If that's your take-away, you are terminally sarcasm-impaired.)

BBC: US scraps $10m bounty for arrest of Syria's new leader Sharaa.

The US has scrapped a $10m (£7.9m) reward for the arrest of Syria's de facto leader Ahmed al-Sharaa, following meetings between senior diplomats and representatives from Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS).

Assistant Secretary of State Barbara Leaf said the discussion with Sharaa was "very productive", and he came across as "pragmatic".

Someone considered a terrorist by both U.S. and Israel is now their best Fren. What a cohencidence. What are the odds the U.S and Israel find a terrorist who is,"very productive and pragmatic." It'll all work out for the best, no doubt.

RT: US spent $9 million on ‘anal prints’ and on giving puppies cocaine – DOGE.

Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency has published a list of unusual programs funded by the federal government.
[.]
[...]$6.97 million has been spent on studying ‘smart toilets’ that recognize the user’s ‘anal print,’ while $2.3 million went into studies on injecting dogs with cocaine. Some $118,000 was reportedly dedicated to studying whether a metal replica robot of Marvel Comics’ Thanos could snap his fingers, and $75,000 was given in grants on a Harvard study on lizards being blown off trees with leaf blowers.

Your Smart Toilet: "I recognize that ass."

Why inject cocaine into poor dogs when I'm sure there are plenty of humans who would happily volunteer as lab rats? 🤣

How many posts, searches and uploads occur every second to FB, X, IG, You Tube, Pinterest, Google, Yandex and other social media sites or online Big Media? How many people are calling an Uber or using Skype every second?

This site Tracks that data it in real time: The Internet in Real Time. Check it out. It doesn't include Blooger or WP. Awwwwww...😭  It should, I'd like to see real-time data tracking for posting on both Bloog and WP.

4,155 pages and $1.7 TRILLION Dollars!

FOX Business News: Five eye-popping spending items in the $1.7 trillion omnibus bill.

Federal lawmakers made public a massive $1.7 trillion omnibus spending bill on Tuesday morning.

The release of the bill, which spans 4,155 pages, comes after negotiations between Senate Republicans and House and Senate Democrats.
[.]
Some lawmakers voiced complaints about the turnaround time to read the bill that contains $858 billion in defense spending and $772.5 billion in non-defense discretionary spending. Republican North Carolina Rep. Dan Bishop pointed to certain provisions of the bill in a lengthy Twitter thread in the afternoon, calling them "egregious."

The bill contains $858 billion in defense spending and $772.5 billion in non-defense discretionary spending.
[.]
One earmark included in the spending bill asks for $3.6 million for a project called "Michelle Obama Trail – PATH Trail Project" in Georgia. *

No, Big Mike's Trail isn't one of the "eye-popping" spending items. Big Mike has something else that is eye-popping.

When did Libs begin worshiping at the Altar of The MIC?

This omnibus bill isn't funny. DC is spending money that doesn't exist.

Read Rep. Dan Bishop's Twitter Thread on this bill HERE.

[The bill] "allocates $410 million towards border security for Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Tunisia, and Oman."

Oh, nice that our tax dollars will help border security in Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Tunisia, and Oman. What - are there a lot of illegals from Mexico, Latin America, Argentina and Haiti trying to cross into those countries?

This bill is supported by RINO Mitch McWorthless, who referred to the bill's $45 billion in military and economic aid for Ukraine, as [a], "'Number One Priority’ for Republicans amid Inflation, Border Crisis."

But damn you if you accrue over $600 in your Venmo, PayPal or Cash App and fail to report it. The IRS will subject you to a fiscal colonoscopy.

* The Michelle Obama Trail is noted in Rep. Bishop's Twitter Thread. (not the FOX Business link.) Scroll down about 10 Tweet's, you can't miss it, it's in BIG LETTERS.

I know what I copy and paste and I know it was included in the FOX story. They must have updated it and removed Obama's Trail sentence. Then, it was re-Archived. That's strange. I know what I copy/paste!

Dems propose raising taxes and spending a day before the country is officially in a recession. Manchin on board.

Twitchy: Dems propose raising taxes and spending a day before the country is officially in a recession.

The GDP numbers are due Thursday, and they’re going to show the U.S. economy contracting over two consecutive quarters … in other words, a recession. Don’t worry, though: Sens. Chuck Schumer and Joe Manchin have reached a deal on something called … get this … the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.

We must be honest about the economic reality America now faces. That's why I'm proud to support the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, which will address record inflation by paying down our national debt, and by lowering energy & healthcare costs. MORE: https://t.co/oPZF1gilEh

    — Senator Joe Manchin (@Sen_JoeManchin) July 27, 2022

Lol imagine calling for new taxes the day before we find out we're officially in a recession.

    Insane. https://t.co/FFvvY7jKBQ

    — Matt Whitlock (@mattdizwhitlock) July 27, 2022

Amazing that Dems are proposing raising taxes and spending (what else?) a couple of days before we're likely to hear that we're in a recession. https://t.co/V0ccNFgbuz

    — David Harsanyi (@davidharsanyi) July 27, 2022

These are all long-time Dem agenda items that have absolutely nothing to do with inflation. And throwing another $369B into the economy will not only undercut reliable energy production it's basically asking for more trouble.

    — David Harsanyi (@davidharsanyi) July 27, 2022

Only Democrats would, as inflation hits 40-year-highs, propose a massive tax increase on businesses (that will proceed to raise their prices) so they can fund $800 billion of new spending on green energy grift and call it the "Inflation Reduction Act."

    — Greg Price (@greg_price11) July 27, 2022

This will drive USA towards being Venezuela or Sri Lanka by the end of Bidens term….

Yep, in typical, unexpected treasonous Democrat Manchin bowed to his Master, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schebrew.

Anyone expecting a different outcome was either not paying attention or blinded by their unrepentant adoration of...ugh...The Amish.

Rand Paul just shat on the dems and rinos $40 Billion Ukraine Aid Gibsme.

Daily Caller: Rand Paul Just Hit The Brakes On $40 Billion Ukraine-Aid Package.

Republican Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul stymied efforts by the Senate to pass a $40 billion military and humanitarian aid package for Ukraine.

Paul blocked the votes Thursday, objecting to an amendment vote on his proposal by Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and Republican Leader Mitch McConnell.

The Kentucky senator wants the aid bill’s language to be changed to require an inspector general to oversee spending on Ukraine. Schumer and McConnell’s offer would have required Paul’s provision to get 60 votes in order for the amendment to the bill to occur, according to The Hill.

Under the Senate’s rules, it only takes one senator to object, the outlet reported.
[.]
Schumer blasted Paul, saying the senator was acting as if it was “my way or the highway.”

"Schumer blasted Paul, Schumer blasted Paul." Oh - it's different now, eh, from when Schumer blocked John Cornyn and Richard Blumenthal's bi-partisan Prescription drug bill from passing. Oh, but's different now, huh Chucky. Tough shit. Seethe. Cope.

McConnell doing his usual worthless, spineless performance of a politician. Step aside Mitch and let a real Conservative do your job.

Good for Senator Paul.

I hope this bill dies. It shouldn't have gotten this far, it shouldn't have ever been created.

Trump proposes 21% cut in US foreign aid in budget proposal.

TNT News: Trump proposes 21% cut in US foreign aid in budget proposal.
Trump will seek to make a 21 percent cut in foreign aid in the proposal, which seeks $44.1 billion in the upcoming fiscal year compared with $55.7 billion enacted in the fiscal year 2020, an administration official said.

Aid to Ukraine would remain at its 2020 levels under the new proposal, the official said.
21%. It's a good start. I can't wait to hear the excuses from the DEMS telling us why this is such a bad idea.

Raise the New York beer tax, suggests Brooklyn DEM Harvey Epstein.

It may be one of the few taxes in which New York state’s bite doesn’t rank among the nation’s highest.

Now, some New York City lawmakers want to more than double the state’s beer excise tax to provide more money for the State University of New York system.

The excise tax, paid by beer distributors, is currently 14 cents per gallon. Bills introduced ahead of the upcoming State Legislature session would raise that to 30 cents per gallon (that matches the state’s current excise tax on wine).
[.]
The Assembly sponsor of the bill, Brooklyn Democrat Harvey Epstein, estimates the increased beer tax would boost the state’s revenues from about $45 million to $96 million per year.
[.]
[Said Paul Leone, executive director of the New York State Brewers Association], “It doesn’t make sense to increase the tax on a successful industry that is still growing to support another." [...] “This tax on business will absolutely cost jobs and slow the industry,” he said.

Cory Booker says the government is underfunded, needs more revenue. More taxes! Higher taxes! He even wants to take away our Sunny Afternoon!

SEN. CORY BOOKER (D-NJ) at MSNBC's Democratic presidential primary debate: Well, first of all, I think we all agree that we need to bring in a lot more revenue in this country. We actually have a real problem with the tax rates, tax loopholes, tax cheats. And I don't agree with the wealth tax, the way that Elizabeth Warren puts it, but I agree that we need to raise the estate tax. We need to tax capital gains as ordinary income. Real strategies will increase revenue.

But here's the challenge. We as Democrats need to fight for a just taxation system. But as I travel around the country, we Democrats also have to talk about how to grow wealth, as well.
Yeah, it's not a a spending problem. It's a lack of revenue.

"Grow wealth." Cory needs to consult with Crazy Bernie and Liz Warren on that. He's obviously far behind the 8-ball.

The Kinks - "Sunny Afternoon", DEMS want to take that away from us too.

Vacationing Chicago Mayor asks legislature for power to tax high-end professional services and big-ticket home sales.

Chicago Sun Times: Mayor Lightfoot to ask legislature for power to tax high-end professional services and big-ticket home sales.
[Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot will ask the legislature] to help Chicago dig out of a $1 billion hole — by empowering the city to tax high-end professional services and raise the transfer tax on big-ticket home sales, City Hall sources said Monday.

The vacationing mayor plans to make those requests during a fall veto session, when she also will seek a Chicago-only casino gambling fix.
[.]
Lightfoot wants state authorization to tax high-end professional services and raise the real estate transfer tax on the sale of $1 million-plus homes. The mayor once earmarked that tax for homeless services and affordable housing.

Sources said the mayor is prepared to portray those two local taxes as the only alternative to a dreaded property tax increase she wants desperately to avoid after former Mayor Rahm Emanuel doubled the city’s levy.
[.]
[House Minority Leader Jim Durkin (R-Western Springs) said], "I just don’t see my caucus embracing either of those two concepts[".]
[.]
Kristen Cabanban, a spokesperson for the city’s Office of Budget and Management, had no immediate comment on the mayor’s impending request.

Biden gives out website as joe30330.

In his closing remarks on Wednesday night's DEM Debate "The Sequel", Joe Biden stated his website as, Joe30330. In an admittedly tech-savvy moment by a college student, had joe30330.com - for a while - redirected to a site for the campaign of Pete Whatishisname. USA MacPaper:
Joe30330.com now redirects to a fundraising page for the South Bend, Indiana, mayor.

Minutes late, it changed again, redirecting joe30330.com to what looked like a website for Gen Z’er who says he’s ‘not joshin’ you’.  But when you click the Donate button on the page, it again redirects to an ActBlue donation page for Buttigieg.

Asking voters to text a custom number is a common way for campaigns to gather donor information.
[.]
But Biden’s flub sent people to a website that didn't exist – at least not as an arm of his campaign.

If you send a text to Joe30330 now, you will get a fundraising pitch from the Biden campaign, asking for support and to donate to his effort.
"Go to my website at...Biden...867-5309/Jenny
three dot something..."

...Says the guy who, in February, 2009, stated, "Do you know the website number?"

California Gas Tax 6 cents more on Monday, July 1.

Mis queridos californianos, rellenen el domingo antes de que los socialistas tomen más de su dinero.

Uh, sorry, I slipped into BOB O'Rourke campaign mode pandering there. I'll try again: My dear Californians, fill-up on Sunday before the Socialists take more of your money.

AP Photo/Rich Pedroncelli
California’s nation-leading gas prices are set to climb even higher Monday, when the state gas tax increases another 5.6 cents a gallon.

It’s the latest increase from a 2017 law designed to raise about $5 billion a year for road and mass transit programs.

A 12 cent-per-gallon boost came that November, and voters last year rejected a Republican-led effort to repeal the law. But Southern California voters did recall one Democratic lawmaker who helped pass the measure.

California motorists were paying an average $3.75 per gallon as of late June, far above the national average of $2.71 calculated by AAA .

The gas tax will increase to 47.3 cents a gallon July 1, according to the state Board of Equalization, and continue to increase indefinitely starting next year to keep up with the California Consumer Price Index.
Fret not, for I am sure, the additional tax revenue will be judiciously spent and the returns and impact from this investment will immediately benefit all of the taxpayers and welcomed immigrants in Cali.

MN Gov Proclaims Diversity Exec Order

KSTP News: MN Gov Tim Walz Canned Ham's Executive Order, Council of Diversity.
Gov. Tim Walz signed his first executive order Wednesday.

The order established the One Minnesota Council on Diversity, Inclusion and Equity.

It reportedly expands upon a council formed by former governor Mark Dayton in an effort to include individuals from different backgrounds throughout the state.

According to a release from Walz's office, the order he has signed is expected to further the council's mission, "expanding its scope to address geographic diversity as well as important considerations around equity in Minnesota."

Gee. Gov. Canned Ham expanded a program begun by his predecessor Richie Rich Mark Dayton. Walz is just another in a long line of Minnesota Big, Expansive, Government politicians. The elected Dems can't wait to start spending. Canned Ham begins his term with a $ 1.5 BILLION SURPLUS. "Surplus" is a misnomer. The state overcharged everyone again. And they act like it's a surplus. If this were a business or company overcharging customers, the state AG would file suit the moment of hearing one, lonely outcry of unjust financial enrichment.

Below are results from a basic image on Tim Walz. See if you can spot all the diversity among his supporters and friends.

I generally and deliberately blur faces of kids under the adult legal age of 18, so that's why some of the pics are that way. Other than that, the pics are, like I said, from a general image search on Tim(my) Walz. The Liberal Illusion of Diversity is what matters.

MN Governor Switcheroo. Out: Mark Dayton Richie Rich; In: Another Tim"my"

Some might call him Tim.

Considering our last Tim, maybe the Minnesota Legislature can pony up a Bill, signed by the new Tim, decreeing no more governors in MN can have the name Tim. Or Timmy. Or any variation thereof.

"No more Tim-mahs?"

The new Dem Governor Timmy Walz Canned Ham is anxious to raise the gas tax. Time will tell, Timmy.

Gov Canned Ham will take the oath of office January 7, 2019.

Mark Dayton Richie Rich can return to frolicking in the vast Dayton family fortune. Good riddance. Go to the cabin. Fish. Read comic books. Do the Soduko. Sign-up and Volunteer for Meals on Wheels. Promise to steer clear of public office, elected and appointed. Be retired.
