FOX Business News: Five eye-popping spending items in the $1.7 trillion omnibus bill.
Federal lawmakers made public a massive $1.7 trillion omnibus spending bill on Tuesday morning.
The release of the bill, which spans 4,155 pages, comes after negotiations between Senate Republicans and House and Senate Democrats.

Some lawmakers voiced complaints about the turnaround time to read the bill that contains $858 billion in defense spending and $772.5 billion in non-defense discretionary spending. There the analyst “witnessed upwards of 500 pages worth of potential threats to national security,” including people urging others — and discussing how — to smuggle illegal weapons into the nation’s capital and avoid detection by law enforcement. The DHS intelligence analyst also saw “discussion references of overthrowing the US Government by force/sparking a second civil war, and veiled credible threats of violence toward other US persons who were perceived enemies, specifically Members of Congress and other federal employees.”

Janitors hired to clean at Twitter headquarters in San Francisco, California, protested after 20 employees were fired, so the social media company bought by Elon Musk fired the rest of them.
Critics of Musk are outraged that he would fire the workers just weeks before Christmas.
“Our cleaning contractor at Twitter was told by Twitter that they are cutting the contract,” said Olga Miranda, union president for the janitors. “So we have about 48 families out of work. And it just so happens that it's three weeks before Christmas.”
The union members didn't realize it was three weeks before Christmas when they went on strike but they did when...they were fired? FAFO! 🤣

Mercury News (via Archive): Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day — just three survivors of the USS Arizona remain.On Sunday morning, December 7, 1941, the American Army and Navy base in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii was attacked by the Imperial Japanese Navy. The attack came as a surprise to the American Army and Navy and lead to great losses of life and equipment. More than 2000 American citizens were killed and more than 1000 were injured. The Americans also lost a large proportion of their battle ships and nearly 200 aircraft that were stationed in the Pacific region.
The three remaining USS Arizona survivors are Don Stratton, Lou Conter and Ken Potts.
Don Stratton was 19 at the time of the attack.
Lou Conter was 20 during the attack.
Ken Potts was 20 during the surprise attack.

Doctor Science "doesn't recall" 174 times.

...throughout the [seven hour] deposition, Fauci feigned ignorance, stating, "I don't recall" 174 times when facing questions about various emails, interviews, or "other important documents," as described by Landry's press release. At one point, for instance, Fauci claimed he was not aware of an EcoHealth Alliance grant, awarded by the NIH[.]
This does NOT include the number of times Fauci said, "I don't know," (101x), "I don't remember," (11x), "I'm not sure," (38x) and, "maybe," (17x).
Fauci said he's not, "always sure what papers come across his desk," because, "thousands of pieces come across my desk each day."
Thousands! Whoa Nelly! That's a lot of paper! Doesn't sound environmentally friendly. Why does he hate trees?
