RVM News: Chuck Schumer Under Investigation for Threats Against Supreme Court Justices. 

In a letter dated January 21, 2025, [Interim D.C. U.S. Attorney Ed] Martin confirmed that a “preliminary inquiry” had been opened into Schumer’s statements.

“We take threats against public officials very seriously. I look forward to your cooperation,” Martin wrote in the letter, which was addressed directly to Schumer.

Schumer has previously made comments suggesting political retribution against opponents.

In 2017, during the early stages of the Russia investigation, he warned that President Donald Trump was making a mistake by challenging U.S. intelligence agencies.

“Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you,” Schumer said in an interview with MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow.

Good. Put everything this traitor has done and said under a microscope. Let him spend the next four years and all his waking hours defending himself in a series of multiple, ongoing investigations. Let's hope Adam Schiff gets the same treatment.

On Dec. 20, 2020, a 21-year-old intelligence analyst went online to search for local Washington, D.C., fishing holes and stumbled upon the blueprint of a plot to storm the Capitol and execute members of Congress and law enforcement officers to prevent the certification of electoral votes to make Joe Biden the next president.

There the analyst “witnessed upwards of 500 pages worth of potential threats to national security,” including people urging others — and discussing how — to smuggle illegal weapons into the nation’s capital and avoid detection by law enforcement. The DHS intelligence analyst also saw “discussion references of overthrowing the US Government by force/sparking a second civil war, and veiled credible threats of violence toward other US persons who were perceived enemies, specifically Members of Congress and other federal employees.”

“Like so many Americans l watched the events of January 6th, 2021 transpire — shocked, scared, and horrified; but for me there was a deeper connection to the event, I was one of the DHS intelligence officials charged with trying to prevent that day’s violence,” the intelligence analyst wrote in a four-page letter provided to inspector general investigators. 

And...none of the people making these allegations have names.

We don't know how much Trump knows after being President for 4 years. There's President Trump's policies and Trump the individual. I get some people may not like his approach or that he called DeSantis, "DeSanctimonious." Trump's anger at RINOs is perfectly understandable. I like DeSantis, but the country needs Trump back for a second term.

Remember, during Trump's tenure he didn't only have to endlessly fight Democrats, he also had to battle RINOs.

August 24, 2022, Joe Biden was questioned about how much notice he had regarding the FBI raid on President Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago in Florida.

Question: “Mr. President, how much advanced notice did you have of the FBI’s plan to search Mar-a-Lago?“

BIDEN: “I didn’t have any advanced notice. None, zero, not one single bit.”

Newsweek just published an exclusive report based on anonymous DOJ sources which claims the FBI had a confidential source at Mar-a-Lago, one who informed them that Trump was hiding documents and even specified where they could be found.

Bombshell documents unsealed late Wednesday revealed that top FBI officials viewed the goal of interviewing former national security adviser Michael Flynn in 2017 as to “get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired.”

A handwritten note included in the documents disclosed that agents wanted to get Flynn to “admit breaking the Logan Act,” which restricts communication between private citizens and foreign governments, and catch him in a lie.

It is not immediately clear who authored the note, but Fox News reported it was written by former FBI general counsel James A. Baker.

Pelosi then sat and signed the articles, one for “abuse of power” and one for “obstruction of Congress.” She applied each pen, paused every few seconds, switched pens, and then continued.

Harvard Law School professor Noah Feldman, who testified as a Democrat witness in the House Judiciary Committee’s public hearings on impeachment, argues President Donald Trump is technically not impeached until the House submits the articles to the Senate.

In a Bloomberg News opinion-editorial published Thursday, Feldman writes the definition of impeachment, according to the framers, “assumed that impeachment was a process, not just a House vote,” and impeachment is official only when the articles are transmitted to the Senate, where lawmakers are “obliged by the Constitution to hold a trial.”

Feldman writes:

If the House does not communicate its impeachment to the Senate, it hasn’t actually impeached the president. If the articles are not transmitted, Trump could legitimately say that he wasn’t truly impeached at all.

That’s because “impeachment” under the Constitution means the House sending its approved articles of to the Senate, with House managers standing up in the Senate and saying the president is impeached.

As for the headlines we saw after the House vote saying, “TRUMP IMPEACHED,” those are a media shorthand, not a technically correct legal statement. So far, the House has voted to impeach (future tense) Trump. He isn’t impeached (past tense) until the articles go to the Senate and the House members deliver the message.
