Latoya Gladney, a 44-year-old manager in training at a McDonald’s in North Carolina, told police that her employees were “disrespecting” her last night, so she called her husband “to assist her.”

Cops say Dwayne Waden [Gladney's husband], a 57-year-old church pastor walked into the kitchen and began punching Theodore Garlington, a McDonald’s cook, in the face. Waden also allegedly wrapped his hands around Garlington’s neck and began “pushing his head toward the deep fryer,” according to a police report.
Before Garlington, 34, could be dipped in hot oil, several employees interceded, pulling Waden [...] off the victim.
Garlington suffered “a large contusion to the forehead and right eye, along with scratches on his neck.” While EMS workers responded to the scene, Garlington chose to have relatives transport him to the hospital.

Bond was set at $1000 and a January 22 misdemeanor trial was scheduled for Waden.
But...the pastor looks so pious.
Nice knowing bond is only $1,000 and it's a misdemeanor. What's the bond and charge if racial components are factored in and the victim is black and the perp is white? I'm unable to find stories reporting the race of Theodore Garlington.

Gaston Glock, the reclusive engineer and tycoon who developed one of the world's best-selling handguns, died on Wednesday aged 94, Austrian news agency APA said.
The Austrian won loyal followings among police and military across the world with the weapons that bore his name. Forbes estimated his and his family's fortune at $1.1 billion in 2021.
His rise began in the 1980s when the Austrian military was looking for a new, innovative weapon.
Up until then, the Glock company had made military knives and consumer goods including curtain rods. But he assembled a team of firearms experts and came up with the Glock 17, a lightweight semi-automatic gun largely made of plastic.

The Gun Feed: Bear-Spraying Robber Says “Happy Holidays” Before Jewelry Store Owner Shoots Her.
GARDENDALE, AL – A jewelry store owner in Gardendale, Ala. (roughly 10 miles from Birmingham) shot a robber on Dec. 6, stopping the robbery attempt in its tracks.
In an interview with AL.com , store owner Jeff Dennis said that the robber – one Heather Denise Wright, 32 – blocked the door of Jeff Dennis Jewelers after she entered the store, alerting him to an incipient robbery and prompting him to draw his concealed pistol.
After blocking the door, Wright said, “Happy Holidays! I don’t want to hurt y’all, but I am,” and started hosing the inside of the store down with bear spray.
Owner Jeff Dennis feared for his safety and that of his employees. Once she started using the spray, he fired and struck Wright in the shoulder, causing her to drop her purse and scream for him to stop and flee the scene.
Dennis hit the store alarm, alerting authorities, and closed the store.
Wright was found later that day, after which she was arrested and taken into custody as well as to University of Alabama Hospital. Dennis said he found additional weapons in her purse, which was left at the scene.

Lamborghini turned the Revuelto, its new flagship model, into a one-off art car to celebrate its 60th birthday. Unveiled ahead of its public debut at the 2023 Art Basel show in Miami Beach, Florida, the 1,001-horsepower coupe named Opera Unica was designed in-house.
Beyond commemorating 60 years of Lamborghini's V12-powered cars, the Opera Unica showcases what the brand's Ad Personam team is capable of. It was painted entirely by hand. The front end is finished in a color called Viola Pasifae, and the livery gradually fades into a shade of black called Nero Helene. That's just the base layer; Lamborghini then added blue, red, and orange accents to emphasize speed.
Getting it perfect was more difficult than it might sound. Lamborghini notes that the livery required 76 hours of development and testing plus around 435 hours (that's over 18 days!) to apply. The finish touch is a 60th Anniversary logo on the hood that's only visible in the right light.
That's just the exterior; the interior took 220 additional hours to complete.

University of Nevada shooting: Something isn't right.
Understanding that during any crisis the timeline is, "fluid", as the experts tell us, this Las Vegas shooting raises questions that aren't being answered.

The most recent story from The Daily Mail: University of Nevada gunman Anthony Polito, 67, was armed with 9mm handgun and 11 loaded magazines: Shooter had a 'target list' - but none of the three people he killed were on it.
Around 11PM last night I was searching through various online news stories about this. I hit at least 8 different sites from CNN to local Vegas news. This would have been about 10-11 hours after the shooting. All the stories I read were copy/paste of whatever controlling main news disseminator spits out. Every story read the same. All were quick to point out that the name of the shooter hadn't yet been released. Why not? The shooter, we were told, is dead. Why withhold the name?
Who, according to the above video, was taken into custody?
Believe the narrative. It happened just like the news tells us. Shut up! Asking questions means you're a conspiracy theorist. You're not a conspiracy theorist, are you?

The attack came as a surprise to the American Army and Navy and lead to great losses of life and equipment. More than 2000 American citizens were killed and more than 1000 were injured. The Americans also lost a large proportion of their battle ships and nearly 200 aircraft that were stationed in the Pacific region.
The three remaining USS Arizona survivors are Don Stratton, Lou Conter and Ken Potts.
Don Stratton was 19 at the time of the attack.
Lou Conter was 20 during the attack.
Ken Potts was 20 during the surprise attack.

A study by researchers from Columbia University and NYU called "Trading on Terror?" suggests that a trader may have been aware of the coming attack, bet against the Israeli economy and walked away with a profit by short selling on the U.S. and Israeli stock exchanges.

Man shoots {woman} performing oral sex.
KSTP: Man charged for murder in Minneapolis’ Phillips West neighborhood.
Court documents note the victim, 38-year-old Savannah Ryan Williams, was obviously dead from a gunshot wound to the head.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office had identified Williams, a transgender woman, by her birthname of Miguel Reed Stillday.

25-year-old Damarean Kaylon Bible, is now charged with second-degree murder for Williams’ death.
A criminal complaint notes that Bible called his parents from jail and said he’d “just murdered someone” and while he was sorry, he “had to do it.”
Police later found a 9 mm handgun and a rifle in his apartment, as well as the clothing he was seen wearing on surveillance videos at the time of the murder, the complaint states.
While Bible initially claimed he wasn’t involved, he later admitted that he shot Williams, according to court documents. He went on to explain that he walked past Williams, who was in a bus shelter, and Williams asked if he was interested in sex. They walked to the courtyard and, once finished, Bible said Williams was making him feel suspicious and that’s when shot her.
