MN Gov DEM Tim Walz bullies Twin City Public Television into deleting embarassing video of his wife, Gwen. Public TV happily agrees, playing the usual accomplice in continuing The Liberal Narrative.

Oh - if it had been a Republican Gov asking Public TV to delete a video, the resignation would be over and the Lieutenant Governor already sworn in.

“It’s taken care of … We talked to TPT.” According to [TPT's Sarah] Walker, [Kristin Beckmann, Deputy Chief of Staff for MN Governor Tim Walz] continued to say that “The TPT president has now apologized and agreed to destroy all of the videotapes that were made of the event.”

Gwen Walz (wife of Minnesota DEM Governor Tim Walz) is promoting programs where inmates can receive education behind bars, including technical certifications and their high school diplomas.
-
...a panel discussion was held, which including Gwen Walz and was taped by [Twin Cities Public Television].
-
[Moderator of this discussion Toussaint] Morrison ran with [questions] about race, and Gwen Walz appeared to be stumped. Some in the crowd felt she was sidestepping the race issue entirely.

Once the event was over, the Walz administration scrambled to get the video of the event deleted.

Kristin Beckmann, deputy chief of staff for Democrat Governor Tim Walz is alleged to have put pressure on TPT President and CEO Jim Pagliarini to delete the tape.

Sarah Walker, a former Department of Corrections (DOC) employee who was pushed out over a lobbying scandal, was also on the panel. Walker seems to suggest that her not properly defending Gwen Walz during that panel led to her eventual exit from the DOC. Walker told MPR that Beckmann, Walz’s deputy chief of staff, told Walker over the phone: “It’s taken care of … We talked to TPT.” According to Walker, Beckmann continued to say that “The TPT president has now apologized and agreed to destroy all of the videotapes that were made of the event.”
MN Gov DEM Tim Walz (he wants to take your guns away, too.)

MPR News: Gov. Walz responds to criticism over deleted video: ‘I value transparency highly’.
Gov. Tim Walz defended his administration’s commitment to transparency Wednesday as well as his wife’s role in seeking changes to education offerings for Minnesota’s prison inmates amid a controversy over a testy forum of which video was later deleted.

“I will stand by that we’re as transparent as any administration, if not the most that Minnesota has ever seen,” Walz told reporters after touring the Minneapolis VA. He added, “I value transparency highly. I believe that I’ve lived that way.
-
Republicans have harshly criticized Walz since the story about the tape deletion was published.
-
Walz struck back.

Is their point that we don’t want to talk about race? Is their point that we don’t want to talk about prison reform? Because I had a bill to do both of those things that was not heard by the Republican Senate,” Walz said.

Walz said others involved in the event also pushed for the video to be discarded. He said the lack of signed releases from participants and attendees made it problematic to retain or broadcast the footage.
Walz feigns he "highly values transparency". Is there a more redundant, trite and worn-out platitude than that? There's no transparency in the Walz Administration. He isn't fooling anyone.

Walz's comment of, "Is their point that we don’t want to talk about race? Is their point that we don’t want to talk about prison reform," doesn't answer the criticism from the Republicans. Instead, Walz deflects to the issue of race. Ah, The Race Card. Well, what can he say? "My wife had no idea what she was talking about or the slightest grasp of the subject matter,"?

The Walz Administration and staff continues proving itself an unfunny comedy of errors, unprepared to govern, overwhelmed by the issues it faces and lacking the talent to successfully resolve anything.

Tim Walz succeeds at one thing: finding a camera and microphone when it's beneficial for him. Which is far too frequent than the exception. We can't really credit him much for getting one video deleted, but who knows? Maybe this is the first of more to come in the incestuous relationship of Public Taxpayer Subsidized Media continuing to carry water for the DEMS. This could Trend in the future.

We have more than three years left to live through the Walz Clown Administration. Hope your income and well-being is up for it.

MN Gov. Timmy "Tub of Lard" Walz walks away, refusing to answer a question from a constituent.

The back story on the above is at Townhall.

The "funny" part about the above video is the person asking the question is a supporter of Walz. A democrat at Farm Fest, and an orgy of liberals congratulating themselves on how they've fucked over others; others who aren't part of their incestuous liberal cabal.

Lardass Tim always has time to talk...always. And he can drone on and on and on...find any of his pressers on You Tube and he's never at a loss for words. But not this time. Nope.

LardAss Tim also brags about his service in the National Guard. Oh, yeah, he's quite the Solder. Not.

He bolted from the NG the moment he learned his unit was scheduled to be deported to Iraq.

Alpha News (Archived): Tim Walz Is Misleading The Public About His Time In Service.

[Thomas Behrends, a retired Command Sergeant Major of the Minnesota National Guard] said, “Tim Walz has embellished and selectively omitted facts and circumstances of his military career for years,” said [Behrends], a retired Command Sergeant Major of the Minnesota National Guard.

Walz, 54, joined the Army National Guard when he was 17 years old, completing 20 years of service. In 2001, just days after the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Walz re-enlisted in the Minnesota Army National Guard. He then retired in 2005 to run for Congress.

Behrends says Walz did serve a “long and honorable career,” but it is Walz’s stories surrounding his service post 9/11 that raises red flags.

The discrepancies in Walz’s story starts with how long he re-enlisted for. In 2006, as Walz was amid his first campaign for Congress, questions were raised about the timing of Walz’s retirement. Tom Hagen, a Minnesota military reservist who served in Iraq, sent a letter to the editor of The Winona Daily News questioning Walz’s sudden retirement after learning his unit would be deployed to Iraq.

“But even more disturbing is the fact that Walz quickly retired after learning that his unit —southern Minnesota’s 1-125 FA Battalion — would be sent to Iraq,” Hagen wrote. “For Tim Walz to abandon his fellow soldiers and quit when they needed experienced leadership most is disheartening. It dishonors those brave American men and women who did answer their nation’s call and who continue to serve, fight and unfortunately die in harm’s way for us.

Read the full story at the link. Walz, like any democrat, is lying through his teeth about his "timing" and "reasons" of exiting the NG.

Minnesotans can't afford four more years of Lard Ass Tim as governor. Unfortunately, the "blue" cities and liberal institutions, along with likely thousands of questionable "ballots" will sadly re-elect this gigantic horse's ass.

Remember, out-state Minnesota...remember...to Walz, you are NOTHING but "rocks and cows."

^ This BS ^ ...coming from someone who was born and raised in Nebraska...the King State of Rocks and Cows.

Minnesota can't afford four more years of LardAss Walz. His shenanigans never stop, even getting PBS to yank embarassing video of his FatAss Wife.

How bad is Walz? IMHO, by comparison, he makes former governor Benzo-Head Richie Rich look good.

And here we go. "Drake, you're making fun and shaming the obese." Yes, yes I am.

"Drake, you're making fun of someone who's dependent on Benzos." Yes, yes I am.

If you don't like what I write, start your own blog or site.

More Walz shenanigans

Out-State and rural Minnesota better head to their polling places in droves in November and vote for Dr. Scott Jensen, the Republican running against LardAss Tim.

Just Say "NO" to re-electing this useless blob.

Harris' VP pick Tim Walz. A man without shame.

Alpha News (archived): Walz says anti-parent teacher is ‘welcome in Minnesota’.

Gov. Tim Walz said a Florida teacher who believes parents have no rights in the public education system is “welcome” in Minnesota.
[.]

[Florida teacher Jenna Barbee] is under investigation for violating Florida’s new law that bars teachers in Pre-K through eighth grade from instructing students on "sexual orientation and gender identity."

No matter the level of degeneracy or erasing parental rights, there is no low to which Walz won't sink to pander to the fringe, radical Left Wingnuts.

As an excuse during the "covid crisis", under the guise of "relieving phone calls to 911," Walz, using his "emergency powers act," initiated a "spy on and turn your neighbor in hotline" if too many people were gathering at your house or in your yard. ⏬

Post Bulletin (archived): Reports to 'stay at home' hotline flood in; Walz says it is needed to relieve 911 workers.

Minnesotans are nearly a week into a stay-at-home order aimed at limiting the spread of the coronavirus in Minnesota, and a hotline to report those congregating in large groups or failing to keep a sizable distance between themselves and others is generating hundreds of calls.
[.]
The hotline came under fire this week, and Republican lawmakers over social media and in news releases called on Gov. Tim Walz to take down the hotline and email address used to report suspected violations of the order.

HEY! POST BULLETIN! Why'd you scrub your original story on this? Thank God for Archive. I DL'd the story to HD as well.

Looks like yet another case of interweb scrubberitis going on with all unfavorable stories on this miserable LeftTard.

Twitchy: Walz ran away from the National Guard upon learning deployment to Iraq. Fellow NG doesn't look favorably upon him.

^ Walz also exaggerates blatantly LIES about his leadership and rank in the NG.

⏬ Hey DUI Tim, like the AC/DC song says, "Have a Drink On Me." ⏬

Walz allowed Minneapolis to burn for three days. Some say, I'm not one of them, only what I hear from relatively reliable sources, that Walz's lack of action for three days is because he was too inebriated and incapacitated to reach a decision. Some say that - not me.

And he wasn't a High School Football "Coach." He was an "Assistant" Coach, not that there's anything wrong with that. But he can't even tell the truth about this.

Walz bullied MN Public Television into deleting embarrassing video of his wife, Gwen

And if you're a rural Minnesotan, according to Timmy, you're the land of rocks and cows (VIDEO).

Walz's "stay at home for two weeks," turned into three years of tyranny from him - a hellish experience - and his covid policies resulted in thousands of elder-care residents to die alone

Here's more to read about Crazy Timmy. It's a partial list. The unabridged versions of this guy's lies and pandering would consist of multiple volumes.

Awwwww, Harris-Walz supporters wore bracelets alerting them when to applaud. ⏬ ⏬ That's weird. 🤣  But far more saaaaaaaaaaad than weird.

Harris couldn't have picked a better VP who deserves all the skeletons in his closet to be again dragged out and paraded in pubic.

Walz extends 30 day "state of emergency".

Star Tribune: Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz loosens pandemic stay-at-home restrictions.
Gov. Tim Walz said Wednesday that he will allow stores to reopen and let Minnesotans leave the house more*, while leaving in place for now restrictions for bars, restaurants, theaters, hair salons and other businesses with in-person services.

The announcement, delivered in a livestreamed address to Minnesotans Wednesday evening, means many small businesses and retailers can open their doors to customers on Monday, as long as they have a plan to keep employees and customers safe with social distancing.

“The stay-at-home order is expiring and the dials are turning, but that doesn’t mean we are carefree and can return to the way things were,” Walz said. “It means we have to stay safe, take care, care for our own health and care for our neighbor.”
[.]
Walz also extended for another 30 days a peacetime state of emergency that was set to expire Wednesday. The emergency powers have enabled him to take sweeping executive action such as the stay-at-home order and closing down schools, bars and restaurants.
* Why, I didn't know that I was required to check with Herr Walz on the number of times I'm allowed to leave the house. I guess I've been breaking quarantine. Meh.

Small businesses, especially in rural and small town Minnesota will continue dying. Walz doesn't care. They're nothing but rocks and cows to him.

Day by day, week by week - just watch - the progression that things will "get a little bit better enough" as we approach the date for the holy grail of Liberal Greed and Politics, The Minnesota State Fair. And Walz grandstanding, declaring how "happy and pleased he is" that the fair isn't canceled due to Covid-19.

But wait, Walz is concerned about all social distancing, isn't he? If Walz is so concerned over the re-opening of schools and businesses as we approach the end of summer/post-Labor Day holiday, why is he so reticent in canceling the Minnesota State Fair right now?

The Ramsey County Fair for 2020 is canceled. It receives a much smaller attendance than the State Fair. But so far, Herr Walz hans't canceled it. Is he willing to accept the responsibility of risking lives to the China Coronavirus by allowing the state fair to occur? What if by canceling the state fair Walz saved just one life? Isnt it worth it, Timmy, to save just one life?

Here's a short clip of Walz's livestream earlier today:

MN Governor Slab-Of-Ham-Head Walz pretends his heart breaks for people.

As COVID-19 deaths jumped and hospitalizations rose, Gov. Tim Walz urged Minnesotans Thursday to stay vigilant to help stem the disease’s spread — and he responded to fresh criticism from a key GOP leader that extending the stay-at-home order through May 4 was not warranted.

I want people back to work as bad as anyone,” but decisions have to be driven by evidence and expert guidance, Walz told reporters minutes after (Republican) Senate Majority Leader Paul Gazelka took to Twitter to rip the extended stay-home order.

“I'm tired of this. I’m frustrated by this. My heart breaks for the people who are worried about their economic well-being,” Walz added.
[.]
...minutes before Walz’s briefing was set to begin on Thursday, Gazelka wrote on Twitter: “I do not approve of the governor’s unilateral decision to continue the order to shelter at home until May 4. We have to get on with our lives.

Gazelka questioned the Walz team’s projections of needing to prepare for as many as 5,000 intensive care cases eventually. “Why shut MN business down for a NY sized surge?” he wrote.
Walz's heart doesn't "break for the people."

He's been in office a little over one year. What's he done for the people of the state? Nothing.

What has Walz done? Two things:

1) He sucks up all the oxygen around every television camera and microphone that exists, endlessly appearing in the media to promote his Liberal agenda with  long-winded, repetitious and redundant nebulous platitudes.

2) Bullied Twin Cities Public Television into destroying incriminating and embarrassing video of his unqualified wife Gwen speaking about issues on which she is completely clueless and uninformed.

Walz actually makes me miss our former inept governor, Richie Rich.

Walz: "Raise taxes, tax and spend, tax and spend, tax and spend." And of course, "Bring in the refugees."

Walz will likely run for re-election in three years and win. Why? Because Minnesota Democrats have less cognitive abilities than sawdust.

Tim Walz: "I'm done!" Whines about not getting gas tax increase.

FOX 9 News: Walz pitches gas tax increase from location he calls a, "dangerous railroad crossing.'
Gov. Tim Walz says he’s fed up with Senate Republicans’ blockade of his proposed 20-cent per gallon gas tax increase, so he’s taking the argument to their districts.
[.]
...the Democratic governor gazed into a giant pothole on Highway 47 in Anoka – a construction flagger held up traffic so he could do it – and said the real problem on that road was one of Minnesota’s most dangerous railroad crossings.
[.]
..."I am done trying to watch somebody jam an ideological peg into what is truly a practical situation that needs to be solved,” Walz said during a news conference in Anoka.

MN Gov: Timmy Walz

Well over a billion dollars, and then some, was allocated in 2018 for existing, ongoing and new road and transportation projects.

I don't know where to begin.

*  What the hell was going on, then, for the past eight years under previous DEM Gov. Richie Rich? He was all "we need to fix our roads" and to repeat, he just finished two, four-year terms. Between having back surgeries, pretending to be an "average guy" who enjoys fishing and passing out "fainting" during a State of the State Address. Dayton Rich didn't get his way with upping the gas tax. He put it behind him and moved on. Walz needs to do the same.

"...the Democratic governor gazed into a giant pothole."  I'm attempting to exercise some diplomacy here, but WTF? Walz's Wiki bio says he was born in Nebraska. Married in 1994. Didn't see anything about WHEN he moved to Minnesota. But he's never seen a fucking POT HOLE before? He allegedly lives here, represented Minnesota in the U.S. Congress, claims he's familiar with the Midwest, and he's never seen a pot hole? Nebraska, what did Minnesota do to you that you inflict this guy on us?

I already miss Richie Rich. Walz has been in office for about three months and he's already been in front of a camera more than eight years of Richie. Listening to Rich, on camera or speaking publicly, was at least enjoyable because you didn't really have any idea what he was talking about or saying. That's because he didn't know either. And his slurring manner of speech and deer-in-the-headlights look is always entertaining. Walz? He whines like a little bitch Lib. He told everyone, as a candidate, he'd push for increasing the gas tax. I'll give him a passing grade on honesty on this one item.

MSN: Walz in love with gas tax increase.
Senate Republicans have dismissed the notion of raising the gas tax as a non-starter, especially with a $1.5 billion surplus.
Yeah, MN Repubs, please DON'T FOLD ON THIS! Keep your spines in place and deny Walz his gas tax increase and his other grandiose plans he desires at the expense of taxpayers.

Walz hits the wall; fast.

OOF! Out of the gate, Walz fails.

Walz said his son, Gus, witnessed a shooting. THREE SEARCHES (DDG, Bing, Yandex); ZERO RESULTS on Gus Walz witnessing a shooting. Another Tim Walz tale.

UPDATE, October 2, 2024:

I read news stories online today reporting that Tim Walz's son, Gus, was in the vicinity, but didn't view, a shooting. I was unable to locate a story about this event predating today, October 2, 2024. The  stories are dated today, after Walz made this claim in last night's VP debate.

Reasons given for this not being previously reported cite those involved when it happened were juveniles. This surprised me a bit because other incidents of this nature hit the news cycle regularly when juveniles are involved, their names just aren't released which is understandable.

The verdict I reached, for myself, is what Walz said is rather exaggerated considering he said his son, "witnessed." I don't recall Walz ever mentioning this before and, considering his pro-gun control stance (despite his rhetoric of being a supporter of 2A), it seems odd he never brought it up in the past during his pushes for "reducing crime." Which is the opposite of the usual Liberal Narrative of, "never let a crisis go to waste."

AP reports, the shooting happened outside of a St. Paul recreation center while his son was indoors.

NPR reports: Gus didn’t actually see the shooting itself, but he did witness the aftermath[.]

Not seeing or viewing something doesn't fit my definition of, "witnessing" something.

FWIW, make of it what you will, how Walz spins the story compared to how it happened.

As with many pols, especially Libs and their desire to exploit and bigly embellish their actual personal involvement in any story, take their tales with a grain of salt. And with Walz, make it an Industrial Size Grain of Salt, with extree Added Industrial Size Grain of Salt wrapped in a tablet of Industrial Size Grain of Salt.

Tim Walz unleashes his inner-Mussolini. Extends "Shelter" to May 18; lets children die.

Gov. Tim Walz has confirmed that Minnesota's Stay at Home order will continue for a further two weeks, extending it until May 18.

The governor announced his decision at a Thursday press conference, but with it comes some changes that will allow all Minnesota's retail businesses and other non-critical businesses to operate curbside operations.

Until now, it's has been retailers selling essential items such as food, alcohol and building materials that have been allowed to stay open, a move that has predominantly benefited larger stores.
Alpha News: Walz Covid Response lets children die (my headline interpretation, not Alpha).
In the wake of Minnesota Governor Tim Walz’s ban on elective procedures, doctors have been forced to delay life changing operations for sick children.

Normally, surgeries to fix partially obstructed arteries, remove some kinds of cancerous tumors or excise an infected gallbladder occur on a daily basis in Minnesota’s prestigious hospitals like the Mayo Clinic. However, since Walz banned so-called non essential procedures amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, doctors have been forced to use nonsurgical techniques in lieu of otherwise straightforward operations, says the Star Tribune (ST). This has put some patients at risk of lifelong injury.

Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare in St. Paul works with kids suffering from complex health problems. This one hospital alone has been forced to cancel over 10,000 operations as Walz seeks to trade routine medical care for increased coronavirus testing capacity.

Dr. Tenner Guillaume who works at Gillette told the ST that while some non essential surgeries can be safely delayed, postponing other procedures may have lifelong health impacts on the children under his care.
Walz is just carrying out orders dictated to him by Big Liberal Politburo. Why, during this shutdown, can I buy T-shirts at Wal Mart but not the Indie store on Main Street? WTF difference does it make?

Would Walz like to decide who lives and dies during his continuing "Lockdown"? Hell talk big and loud about how much he cares about "everyone." He's beholden to the academic and political institutions and their whims and attempts at social engineering.

If you're not part of The Walz Club...you're a rock and a cow.

Tim Walz doesn't know when not to say something.

Minnesota's Tubby Tyrant, Tim "DUI" Walz

This Miserable Fat Fuck is one to talk.

- It's been long alleged (and there are people who know), years ago, while hunting and drunk, Walz shot and killed his own dog.

- As the leader of MN, (I refuse to call him "Governor"), into his second term, he's had at least two dogs (maybe more), each named "Scout" and no one know what happened to the prior "Scouts." There's never been two Scouts together, so where did the others go?

- His cat ran away from his residence, never to be found again. His cat got sick and tired of his shit and left. 🤣

- His premature exit from the MN NG in 2005 upon learning of deployment to Iraq. He ran away.

- His embellishment of his rank and accomplishments in the MN NG.

- Then there's his daughter, Hope, who once threatened to "beat-up" a MN State Senator. Hope also was tipping off the protesters, providing them inside info in advance of what law enforcement was planning, during the 2020 Minneapolis Summer of Love and Healing.

- It's alleged that his delay in activating the MN NG to counter the rioting and destruction in Minneapolis (and other areas) in 2020 is because he was too inebriated during the first three days of "civil unrest."

- Timmy bullied Twin Cities Public Television into deleting embarrassing video of his wife, Gwen. And TCPT happily obliged, squishy liberal worms they are.

- Here's Timmy's DUI; 96 in a 55 MPH:

How as a teacher, the most important lesson he taught is, "responsibility." (Ahem)...Nice Mug Shot DUI Tim!

- There are alleged claims that when asked to do a field sobriety test, Walz faked he had a hearing problem and couldn't understand the arresting officer's words. Yeah. Sure, Tim.

- Walz and his miserable democrat party have put MN in debt and continue spending. Businesses close, some relocate out of state, people retire and exit ASAP.

- Like Cuomo in New York, many elderly Minnesotans died alone because of his draconian covid restrictions in care homes or hospice.

- While running for reelection, he walked away and refused to answer a question from a voter and he calls rual MN the "land of rocks and cows."

- Running for his second term, Walz PROMISED tax rebates of $2,000 for families and $1,000 to individuals. After winning the election, with democrats the majority in the House and Senate, the amount was revised down to $520 for family and $260 to individuals. You see, the Minnesota Politburo needs the money more than you do.

This isn't anywhere a complete list of what a toady Walz is.

Sources for the allegations are easily searchable. Some are inside info, yet Walz has never denied them or has his family. They're all adult public figures, so short of defamation or libel (which none of this post contains), there's nothing they can do about it. I'll gladly strikeout any accusation that is proven demonstrably false. Good luck! The comment section is open.

While I wouldn't have done what Noem did, and I don't approve of what she did; Walz is the last person to throw stones at anyone else, on any issue.

Like other liberal states ruled by obese liberals, Minnesota is another Land of Fatmanistan.

Flashback 2017: Tim Walz calls rural, conservative Red Minnesota, "rocks and cows."

In a video posted online by Youtube user “DemGovsClips,” [fomer U.S. Congressional Representative (D-MN), now current governor of Minnesota Tim] Walz can be heard describing an election map of Minnesota. Walz references “all that red across there,” presumably referring to outstate Minnesota, calling the Republican-leaning area “mostly rocks and cows.”

You see those maps,” Walz can be heard saying in the video. “Red and blue and there’s all that red across there. And Democrats go into a depression over it. It’s mostly rocks and cows that are in that red area.”

Walz’s comments received quick condemnation from some Republicans. Fellow gubernatorial candidate and State Rep. Matt Dean (R-Dellwood) challenged Walz to “get out of D.C. and visit a dairy farm.”
This, from the same guy who says, "his heart breaks for people."  Presumably - ideally one would hope - his heart breaks for all people, Blue and Red people, but maybe not.

Walz is from Nebraska. Nebraska has a lot of rocks and cows, doesn't it?

Gov Timmy Walz's 1:30AM presser.

I did stay awake long enough watching Timmy Walz's 1:30AM presser earlier this morning.

Newsweek: Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz 'Fully Mobilizes' National Guard for The First Time in State's History.
During a press conference Saturday, Gov. Tim Walz told reporters that the worsening violence in Minneapolis was "no longer in any way about the murder of George Floyd. (It only took him four days to recognize this. He's improving! - Drake)
[.]
...Walz said: "There is no mayor in America that has the resources to push back against an organized attempt to destabilize civil society with no regard for life or property.
Walz basically said "we" .... "we" being his administration and the admins of St. Paul mayor Melbin Carter and Minneapolis mayor Soy Boy Man-Child Jacob Frey ... were unprepared, overwhelmed and didn't respond quickly enough. Isn't this always the pattern of how liberals react during a crisis?

Walz also seemed to finally grasp the concept that rioters and looters - many who traveled here from out of state - have nothing in common with those who are peacefully mourning and protesting the death of George Floyd.

Frey spoke for a few minutes. He was a cheerleader, saying, "we're better than this. This is not what Minneapolis is about." His performance would have been more believable if he'd had some pom-poms shouting, "siss-boom-bah, yay team." He said nothing substantive.

They..."they" being Walz, Frey, Carter and the entire Liberal political establishment in Minnesota ... saw the spark, did nothing, allowing the fire to spread. Then, when it became an inferno, they realized action needs to be taken.

KSTP has continual coverage.

Tim Walz expected to extend Minnesota Stay Home Order for another 30 days. The state fair? It will be held as usual.

[Minnesota DEM] Gov. Tim Walz announced Wednesday morning that he will give an update to Minnesotan’s about the state’s response to COVID-19 during a live address at 6:00 p.m.

Walz is expected to extend his peacetime state of emergency order until June 12.

The governor has used his emergency powers to order Minnesotans to stay home, and to close bars, restaurants, schools, and non-essential businesses since the end of March.
[.]
Republican House Minority Leader Kurt Daudt, of Crown, said it’s time to let those powers expire.
Walz is determined to bankrupt the state. Not the state government, mind you, but every one and every business that isn't a government entity.

It's quite interesting and telling that Timmy Walzolini has not yet decided to cancel the Minnesota State Fair. Why wouldn't he, you may ask. Well, there's simply far too much money (greed) and politics involved in the state fair.

This year the state fair is scheduled for August 27 to September 7. At THIS LINK you will find updates on the progress of the state fair. Huh, funny that as of this publishing nothing has been updated since March 16. Other functions and access to the state fairgrounds and its facilities are restricted. But not a word yet on the state fair being canceled.

Who wants to make a friendly wager with me that the state fair will be held? It will be. The DEMS have too much invested in it for it to be canceled. It's a cash cow for the DEMS and all their little goose-stepping Eichmanns.

Consider the following statement from state fair general manager Jerry Hammer, (who's been at the job since the late 1970's) from the Minneapolis Star Tribune: Gov. Tim Walz calls Minnesota State Fair a 'tough lift' this year given the crowds.
Fair General Manager Jerry Hammer said in an interview that for now the annual event is on track to open Aug. 27 and run through Labor Day as scheduled.

We have a duty to present the fair and will continue to do so until it’s absolutely clear we can’t,” Hammer said. (A "DUTY"? SINCE WHEN IS A STATE FAIR CONSIDERED AN "ESSENTIAL BUSINESS"? - Drake)

A decision to cancel the fair won’t be made until it must be, he said. But he added the call would be made well before Aug. 1, though he couldn’t say whether a decision would come in May, June or July.

Hammer was firm, however, in saying that there will either be a full-on State Fair or none at all. No one is going to be scanning temperatures along with tickets at the gates, he said.

“We’re a big celebration,” Hammer said. “If the health of the people is where you need to take these extraordinary precautions, then maybe you shouldn’t be doing the event.”
From the same Star Tribune link above:
Gov. Tim Walz called holding the Minnesota State Fair during the coronavirus pandemic a “tough lift,” heightening concerns that the end-of-summer tradition will be canceled for only the sixth time in history.

I wouldn’t make a definitive call, but I also don’t want to give any false hope on this. I think it will be difficult to see a State Fair operating,” Walz said in response to a question at his daily briefing Thursday.

The governor, who acknowledges he loves the fair, added that one of the greatest parts of the Great Minnesota Get-Together is being “elbow to elbow” in the crowds.

“I don’t know how you social distance in there,” he said.
Places of worship are closed, any public gathering is limited to ten people...and in a little over three months the state fair will be held as usual?

If the state fair is held, it will be all the evidence anyone needs in knowing that these lockdowns and "shelter in place" measures were nothing but a hoax; an attempt to kill businesses, kill the economy, stoke fear and panic, and promote the Liberal narrative of Big and Intrusive government.

Close small businesses. Close places of worship. Make people suffer and feel pain. Oh - - - but let the state fair proceed. It's all politics and greed...for those with political clout and the deranged Liberals that run this state.

MN "Republican" candidate Dr. Scott Jensen already backpedaling. Why not give your concession speech tomorrow, Scott?

Jensen is backpedaling his stand on abortion. Why? Because current MN Dem Gov. Timmy "Tub O Lard" Walz and the libs who worship at the Altar of Abortion are defining Jensen and he's too cowardly to stand by his (previously held) convictions.

This is Round Two of Jensen allowing his political opposition to define him. His first was conceding that he erred in what the libs inaccurately portrayed as Jensen comparing Walz to Nazi Germany

Walz's tyrannic abusive policies during the height of Covid killed countless numbers of people in elder care, assisted living and nursing homes. Walz loved his new role of mini-Dictator. You'd think Jensen could take this issue and run with it, but no, he turns tail and downplays this after false ginned-up hyperbolic criticism.

When one allows their political opposition to define who they are and backpedal, you're losing mojo, and Jensen is.

Depending on the poll, currently Walz is leading Jensen by 4% statewide (Change Research). In the Twin Cities  metro, Walz leads Jensen 50% to 36% (KSTP-TV). Jensen doesn't have a chance unless he can close the gap in the TC area.

Walz waited for a gift and Jensen gave it to him without even considering the optics. Talk about easy bait. Tub O Lard played Jensen like a fiddle.

FFS, Scott, don't you have any Spin Doctors?

Congratulate yourself Scott, you've just handed a second term to Tub O Lard.

This morbidly obese fucktard, originally from Nebraska, is going to be Minnesota's governor once again because Jensen doesn't have a spine or a pair of balls.

"The Inn is closed," says MN DEM Gov. Tim Walz. Ham-Head declares, "shelter in place."

What a difference a bit of time, panic, frenzy, "free" Federal money, pandering to minorities, fear-mongering and hack political partisanship makes, hey Timmy?

Minneapolis Red Star Tribune (Archived) December 13, 2019: Gov. Tim Walz to Trump on refugees: 'The inn is not full in Minnesota'.
Gov. Tim Walz notified the Trump administration Friday that the state will continue to welcome refugees, pointedly saying that the “inn is not full in Minnesota.”
[.]
“Refugees strengthen our communities. Bringing new cultures and fresh perspectives, they contribute to the social fabric of our state. Opening businesses and supporting existing ones, they are critical to the success of our economy,” [wrote Walz].
Bring Me The News (Archived) March 25, 2020: Gov. Walz announces 'stay at home' order for Minnesota.
[MN Governor Tim Walz] announced Minnesota would become the latest state to impose a stricter "shelter in place" order, starting Friday at 11:59 p.m.

However, the order is only going to be in place for 2 weeks.
This vacuous, media-whore (Walz can't go 24 hours without sticking his head like a canned ham in front of a camera or microphone) governor is now in self-quarantine because he may have been in contact with someone infected with Covid-19.

What happens after Gov. Ham-Head's two week shelter-in-place is up? I guess the Inn re-opens for welcoming back all infectious diseases and invasive species.

Minnesota - how and why TF did you elect this Big-Government, anti 2A/gun control freak,  polarizing, liberal, Trump-hating asshat?

Wait - I know your response: "My parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, great-great grandparents all voted Democrat. So I vote Democrat." You're not doing yourselves or anyone else any favors. Maybe you will learn this if you live long enough. Maybe not. Some learn at a slower rate than others. Some never learn.

Last Call comes early tonight.

And in case you didn't know, Wash your hands...

MN Gov Walz holds hostage small businesses in his rule of tyranny.

H/T: Odyssues.

ST PAUL, Minn. — In what was a largely symbolic move the Minnesota Senate's Republican majority Monday pushed through a bill that would let all Minnesota businesses reopen in spite of any emergency orders from Gov. Tim Walz.

Business owners would be expected to comply with CDC and Minnesota Dept. of Health guidelines on social distancing, masks and other infection control practices.

Under the Senate's legislation, those plans wouldn't have to be reviewed by the government and the state would be barred from stripping business and professional licenses from those businesses.

The DFL-controlled House isn't expected to pass a similar bill, but the debate once again allowed Republicans in the legislature to assert a position that distinct from the governor's measured response.

"The ma and pa shops that are on main street in many of our small towns in my district and throughout Minnesota, they’ve been continuing to call and ask and say we know we can operate safely," Sen. Andrew Mathews, a Republican from Princeton, told colleagues.

"I had a business owner who reached out, contacted me, and he laid out what his safety plan would be, he had already come up with it."
'[.]
"I think if the governor’s using that science the small businesses, the small boxes, ought to be able to use that same science that has currently allowed for the big box stores," Sen. Mary Kiffmeyer, a Big Lake Republican asserted.
A Soft Coup of Timmy Mussolini's draconian Tyranny? I'm all for it.

Upper Midwest Law Center, a Minnesota-based public interest law firm, has filed a lawsuit on behalf of multiple Minnesota churches and small business owners to strike down Gov. Tim Walz's 'stay at home' emergency executive orders as "unconstitutional under the First, Fifth and 14th Amendments to the United States Constitution," a lawsuit states.

The lawsuit was filed on Wednesday in U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. To see a copy of the complaint, click here.

By posing other and different constitutional questions to a federal court, this lawsuit differs from a separate suit filed recently in the state appeals court by the Free Minnesota Small Business Coalition.

The following are named plaintiffs in the case:

Northland Baptist Church of St. Paul, and Pastor John Bruski,
    Living Word Christian Center,
Glow In One Mini Golf LLC in Blaine, and its owner and operator, Aaron Kessler,
Myron's Cards and Gifts, Inc., and its owner and operator Larry Evenson,
Andrew Hulse and Gay Bunch-Halse, owners and operators of 18 | 8 Fine Men's Salons in Maple Grove and Wayzata.

"Governor Walz's scheme of selecting economic winners and losers by wholly shutting down some businesses while allowing others to remain open violates the Plaintiff businesses' 14th Amendment due process and equal protection rights," stated Doug Seaton, Esq., President of the Upper Midwest Law Center. "Governor Walz's actions also constitute a taking under the Fifth Amendment, and his prohibition on worshippers gathering violates churches' and individuals' First Amendment rights. The Constitution requires that the Governor respect the individual rights of all citizens at all times, narrowly tailor any restrictions, and apply the same rules to all. It is clear that his continuing lockdown executive orders fail these constitutional requirements."

MN Gov Proclaims Diversity Exec Order

KSTP News: MN Gov Tim Walz Canned Ham's Executive Order, Council of Diversity.
Gov. Tim Walz signed his first executive order Wednesday.

The order established the One Minnesota Council on Diversity, Inclusion and Equity.

It reportedly expands upon a council formed by former governor Mark Dayton in an effort to include individuals from different backgrounds throughout the state.

According to a release from Walz's office, the order he has signed is expected to further the council's mission, "expanding its scope to address geographic diversity as well as important considerations around equity in Minnesota."

Gee. Gov. Canned Ham expanded a program begun by his predecessor Richie Rich Mark Dayton. Walz is just another in a long line of Minnesota Big, Expansive, Government politicians. The elected Dems can't wait to start spending. Canned Ham begins his term with a $ 1.5 BILLION SURPLUS. "Surplus" is a misnomer. The state overcharged everyone again. And they act like it's a surplus. If this were a business or company overcharging customers, the state AG would file suit the moment of hearing one, lonely outcry of unjust financial enrichment.

Below are results from a basic image on Tim Walz. See if you can spot all the diversity among his supporters and friends.

I generally and deliberately blur faces of kids under the adult legal age of 18, so that's why some of the pics are that way. Other than that, the pics are, like I said, from a general image search on Tim(my) Walz. The Liberal Illusion of Diversity is what matters.

William Davis, DEM Deputy Communications Director calls USS Minneapolis-St. Paul Navy ship, "murder boat."

USSA News: Minnesota Democrat Party Deputy Communication Director William Davis [] caused outrage on social media this time by attacking the US Navy, [calling the ship a "Murder Boat" in a now-deleted Tweet].

This seemingly noncontroversial tweet upset [TRIGGERED - DD] William Davis who then tweeted calling the new USS Minneapolis-St. Paul a “murder boat” and objected to the name of the combat ship.
via twitter @WilhelmDavis

Veterans were both confused and offended by the unprovoked attack from a top Minnesota Democrat worker.

Army Veteran Dave Thul, tweeted “So last week did you celebrate the 75th anniversary of a whole fleet of murder boats? Murder planes and murder parachutes?”

Other veterans tried to contact Davis via Twitter but were soon blocked

As a former LCDR in the US Navy and citizen of MN, I find @WilhelmDavis comments greatly offensive. I look forward to the DFLs public apology.

William Davis, below; image from MN DFL Staff, "About" page:

Oh, well then, since his Grandpa and Five Uncles served, that makes what he wrote much less disrespectful and more tolerable, right? I don't recall hearing a peep out of Davis during Obama's Covert Drone Program. That's different.

Davis' Twitter account appears to have vanished (at least at the time of publishing).

Stars And Stripes: MN Governor Tim Walz "appalled" at murder boat tweet.
Gov. Tim Walz said Tuesday he is appalled by a state DFL Party staff member’s tweet referring to the recently launched USS Minneapolis-Saint Paul as a “murder boat.”

“Certainly, the disrespect shown is beyond the pale,” said Walz, who served in the Army National Guard.
[.]
Walz, speaking to reporters Tuesday, added his outrage over Davis’s original tweet, saying “There are those that use the military for political points on this, and this is not the place to express your opinion when it comes to the christening of a ship that will have our naval personnel on it.”

When asked whether Davis should be suspended, Walz declined to comment on a human resources issue. But he added, “Not as governor, but as a veteran and Minnesotan — not acceptable.”

The DFL has removed Davis from the communications role, but he will continue as research director.
CNS News: Davis' October 2018 "Guillotine" Tweet.
Minnesota Democratic staffer William Davis wrote a Facebook comment last week joking that Democrats should bring Republicans “to the guillotines.” Also, in the last seven days, two GOP candidates in Minnesota were attacked, the Washington Free Beacon reported.
[.]
Davis has since deleted the comment. He has also been temporarily suspended without pay by the DFL, according to the Free Beacon.

However, Minnesota Republican Party Chairwoman Jennifer Carnahan is “calling for his immediate firing in the aftermath of separate attacks against Republican candidates,” the Free Beacon wrote.

Some Minnesota Churches to defy Gov Walz and open for services.

Post Bulletin (via Archive): Minnesota restaurants, bars and salons get June 1 date to reopen, churches to hold services against state orders.
Senate Majority Leader Paul Gazelka, R-East Gull Lake, said he was "dumbfounded" at the governor's move to allow restaurants, bars and salons to reopen, but not letting churches reopen.

"I see no reason why churches are any more dangerous a place for coronavirus transmission than Walmart or a mall," Gazelka said. "If you can get a haircut, shop at a mall, or eat at a restaurant, you should be able to go to church.”
[.]
But faith leaders on Wednesday said that wasn't good enough. In a statement, leaders of the Minnesota Catholic Conference and the Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod in Minnesota said they would hold services beginning next week despite state orders restricting gatherings to 10 people or fewer.

“Darkness and despair have taken hold of so many of our fellow Americans in the face of the economic and social hardship of the COVID-19 pandemic,” Archbishop Bernard Hebda said. “Faith has always been a source of comfort and strength and now more than ever it is of the utmost importance that we are able to meet the spiritual needs of our community.”

If businesses and restaurants can reopen at limited capacity, churches ought to be able to as well, faith leaders said.
Walz is really enjoying his newfound tyranny. Any why wouldn't he? He's still getting paid.

Do any image search on Tim Walz, you'll see he hasn't missed any meals. He's not worried about meals next week, let alone tomorrow. He hasn't had to worry about paying the mortgage or rent. His utilities are all paid. His transportation and travel is provided and funded. He doesn't worry about how he'll pay for healthcare and insurance. All of this, paid by taxpayers. Why, it's like he's not living in reality.
