Salting atmosphere test launched quietly.

Scientific American: Geoengineering Test Quietly Launches Salt Crystals into Atmosphere.

A solar geoengineering experiment in San Francisco could lead to brighter clouds that reflect sunlight. The risks are numerous.

The experiment, which organizers didn't widely announce to avoid public backlash, marks the acceleration of a contentious field of research known as solar radiation modification. The concept involves shooting substances such as aerosols into the sky to reflect sunlight away from the Earth.

The move led by researchers at the University of Washington has renewed questions about how to effectively and ethically study promising climate technologies that could also harm communities and ecosystems in unexpected ways. The experiment is spraying microscopic salt particles into the air, and the secrecy surrounding its timing caught even some experts off guard.
[.]
"The idea of interfering with nature is so contentious, organizers of Tuesday's test kept the details tightly held, concerned that critics would try to stop them," the Times reported. The White House also distanced itself from the experiment, which is being conducted with the cooperation of a Smithsonian-affiliated museum.

"The White House distanced itself from this experiment." Shocker! We know if asked about it, Kareem Abdul-Jean Perrier will, "refer to the University of Washington and the Smithsonian for further details."

"The world is our guinea pig!" These kinds of experiments need to stop.

31 Abrams Main Battle Tanks for Ukraine, says Resident Diaper.

Breitbart: President Joe Biden announced Wednesday afternoon he has approved sending 31 Abrams M1 main battle tanks to Ukraine, in an escalation of U.S. support for the war as it nears the one-year mark.

Poland says no evidence to suggest missile was launched by Russia – but Kyiv insists ‘it was not our rocket’.

Never in my life have I seen Democrats displaying such turgid tumescence for a war that the U.S. has no business involving itself in. Of course, this is an important conflict for all the personal grift, enrichment and money-laundering for the families of Biden, Pelosi, Romney and Kerry. AND Mitch McWorthless.

Biden ready to give South Korea nukes.

Newsweek: Joe Biden to 'Enhance' North Korea Deterrence After Kim Jong Un Nuclear Vow.

Biden issued a joint statement with South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol early on Saturday during his first visit to Asia since becoming president in January last year.

Yoon and Biden reiterated their commitment to the South Korea-U.S. Mutual Defense Treaty, while Biden affirmed the U.S. deterrence commitment to its ally "using the full range of U.S. defense capabilities, including nuclear, conventional, and missile defense capabilities."

It's amazing the pretzel-like twists and turns that liberals contort themselves into when the opposite political party is in charge. Remember the John Kerry "we have to talk to our enemies," line of bullshit? It was fine when he met with Syria's Bashar al-Assad. But URRRMUHGAWD - when former President Donald Trump met with Kim Jong Un - - - oh, that's different.

Pelosi, Schiff and other dems make surprise visit to Ukraine.

CBS News: Pelosi meets with Zelenskyy in Kyiv, vowing U.S. support for Ukraine.

A U.S. congressional delegation led by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi praised the courage of the Ukrainian people in remarks during a visit to Poland on Sunday, a day after a surprise trip to Kyiv to meet with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Pelosi and a half-dozen U.S. lawmakers met for three hours late Saturday with Zelenskyy and his top aides to get a first-hand assessment of the war effort to date.

"This is a time we stand up for democracy or we allow autocracy to rule the day," said Rep. Gregory Meeks, a Democrat from New York.

"This is a struggle of freedom against tyranny," said Rep. Adam Schiff, a Democrat from California. "And in that struggle, Ukraine is on the front lines."

Democratic Rep. Jason Crow of Colorado, a veteran and a member of the House intelligence and armed services committee, said he came to Ukraine with three areas of focus: "Weapons, weapons and weapons."

"We have to make sure the Ukrainians have what they need to win. What we have seen in the last two months is their ferocity, their intense pride, their ability to fight and their ability to win if they have the support to do so."

They all should stay there and fight then, if they believe this is so integral to U.S. interests. It's not though, dems are beating the war drums, setting up what I believe will eventually be U.S. Soldiers on the ground in Ukraine.

This entire conflict is about one thing: protecting the Ukraine gravy train that feeds the Bidens, the Pelosis (her son Paul), the (John) Kerrys and the Romneys. They're all on the Ukraine payroll.

Dems complained and fought the price of Trump's border wall but there's no limit to the financial and military aid we can provide to Ukraine? What a crock.

Since 1991, officials, members of parliament and businessmen have created complex and highly lucrative schemes to plunder the state budget. The theft has crippled Ukraine. Ordinary Ukrainians have seen their living standards stagnate, while a handful of oligarchs have become billionaires.

John Scott Moretti charged with child sex abuse. He headed security detail for John Kerry as Secretary of State.

The Jeff Bezos Peoples' Republic (WaPo Archived): Former top State Department official arrested on child molestation charges.
J. Scott Moretti, who oversaw diplomatic security training, charged on allegations from 2011 to 2013.

A former deputy assistant secretary of the State Department, who oversaw diplomatic security training until 2018 and previously headed Secretary of State John F. Kerry’s security detail, was arrested Tuesday in Prince William County and charged with molesting a child between 2011 and 2013.

J. Scott Moretti, 58, was the deputy assistant secretary of state for training for the Diplomatic Security Service from 2015 to July 2018, according to his archived State Department biography and his LinkedIn page. He joined the Diplomatic Security Service in 1986 and served in Afghanistan and Iraq while rising up the ranks to deputy assistant secretary of state in 2015.

Prince William County police said they received a complaint in September from a woman who told them she had been sexually assaulted at a residence in the Manassas area sometime between November 2011 and November 2013, when she was between 10 and 11 years old. The woman told police the incidents had happened on more than one occasion. Sgt. Jonathan Perok, a Prince William police spokesman, said the complainant was not a family member of Moretti’s.

The Prince William police special victims unit investigated and then obtained arrest warrants Tuesday for Moretti, who lives in the Manassas area. The warrants charge Moretti with indecent liberties with a minor and forcible sodomy. The Virginia State Police arrested him Tuesday, and he was ordered held without bond. It could not be determined whether a lawyer has been hired or appointed to represent him.

During the period of the alleged assaults, Moretti was stationed in Washington through July 2012 as director of the Office of Mobile Security Deployments, according to his State Department biography. The office is the on-call response force used by the State Department to counter threats against U.S. interests and personnel overseas. He then spent five months in Iraq as the deputy regional security officer for protective operations at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad. From January 2013 to April 2015, he headed Kerry’s protective detail.

Moretti’s LinkedIn page indicates he retired in July 2018 from the State Department and provides no further employment history.
U.S.Department of State (via Archive): John Scott Moretti Biography.
Special Agent Scott Moretti was named Deputy Assistant Secretary and Assistant Director of Training for the U.S. State Department’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security on July 29, 2015.

Under his direction are the Office of Antiterrorism Assistance, the Office of Training and Performance Standards, and the Office of Mobile Security Deployments. The Training Directorate trains Diplomatic Security special agents throughout their careers, prepares U.S. Government personnel to serve at U.S. diplomatic posts in critical- and high-threat countries, administers antiterrorism training to foreign police, and deploys its own agents for training and special protective missions to primarily high-threat overseas posts.

As head of the Training Directorate, Mr. Moretti directs antiterrorism assistance training and delivery of related equipment to security and law-enforcement personnel in partner nations with the goal of deterring and countering terrorism. He is responsible for the formulation and implementation of training programs and policies that promote the professional development of DS personnel.
Mr. Moretti also oversees specialized security training at U.S. diplomatic facilities abroad, as well as the deployment of security-support personnel to overseas U.S. diplomatic posts during periods of high threat, crisis, or natural disasters
.

Prior to his current assignment, he was the special agent in charge of Diplomatic Security’s Washington Field Office. From January 2013 to April 2015, he served as the special agent in charge of U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry’s protective detail. Before heading the Secretary’s protective detail, Mr. Moretti was deputy regional security officer for protective operations at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, where he led a team of 600 security professionals that provided protection to U.S. Embassy staff.

From May 2010 through July 2012, he was director for the Office of Mobile Security Deployments (MSD), the on-call response force used by the Department of State to counter threats against official U.S. interests and personnel overseas and to provide specialized security training at U.S. diplomatic posts abroad.

During his first tour in Iraq, Mr. Moretti served as the deputy regional security officer for embassy operations. In this capacity he was responsible for all procedural, technical, and physical security programs at the Embassy. From August 2005 to July 2006, he served as regional security officer at the U.S. Embassy in Kabul.

Mr. Moretti holds the rank of Counselor in the Senior Foreign Service and is a recipient of several Department of State honors and awards including the Superior Honor Award and Meritorious Honor Award.

He is a graduate of the National War College, class of 2007. He also attended Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies.

He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1983-1986 and was an infantry officer assigned to the First Battalion, Eighth Marines at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

This portly, vicious, blood-lusting wide-load chunk of adipose tissue waddles back into the limelight to hawk her latest book.

"What is there for a former secretary of state to do?" That's the question Madeleine Albright asks and answers in her latest memoir Hell and Other Destinations.
Good for her. She has a map. Not sure about how many other destinations ahead of her after that first one, though.

Flashback: The price is worth it when DEMS kill 500,000 Iraqi Children. Just ask Madeleine Albright.

Civilian deaths, especially children, is a specialty of the DEMS. Under the Clinton-Gore-Albright Admininstration 500,000 Iraqi children were killed. The Left didn't care at all.

The AlgemeinerMadeleine Albright’s Other ‘Undiplomatic Moments’
During the 2014 Gaza War, Albright told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer that Israel’s anti-terrorism actions were “disproportionate” and that Israel has lost its “moral authority.”

This is the same Madeleine Albright who was asked on “60 Minutes,” on May 12, 1996, if international sanctions against Iraq were worth the cost, because “we have heard that half a million [Iraqi] children have died.” Albright replied, “We think the price is worth it.”

Another example of Albright's altruism, compassion and humanity was in February 2016, who, while campaigning for Hillary Clinton, said, there's a "special place in hell for women who don't help each other out." There is little doubt she was speaking about women who didn't support, and weren't voting for, Hillary.

Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, feelz marginalized by tweets and social media.

Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman said Tuesday during his testimony in front of the House Intelligence Committee that he feels “marginalized” by attacks in the media and on Twitter.

Vindman testified in an open hearing Tuesday as part of the House Democrats’ impeachment inquiry against President Donald Trump. At one point during the hearing, Ranking Member Devin Nunes mistakenly referred to Vindman as “Mr. Vindman” rather than “Lt. Col. Vindman,” causing Vindman to correct him.

Republican Utah Rep. Chris Stewart, an Air Force veteran, later questioned Vindman as to why he felt the need to correct a congressman for not addressing him by his proper military rank.

Do you always insist on civilians calling you by your rank?” Stewart asked.

“Representative Stewart, I’m in uniform wearing my military rank. I just thought it was appropriate to stick with that,” Vindman started. “The attacks that I’ve had in the press and Twitter have kind of eliminated the fact that — either marginalized me as a military officer or — ”

Stewart interjected that Nunes did not mean to disrespect him by not addressing him by his rank, and Vindman agreed.
Video via al-Reuters, ...that's "LIEUTENANT COLONEL", not 'Mister':

Washington Examiner: Vindman plays The Soldier Card in wearing uniform.
Army Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman chose to wear his military uniform while testifying before the House impeachment proceedings last month, sources said, prompting speculation about his reasons.

"He had a choice of what to wear, and I think he wore the uniform because it lends credibility to what he is saying as an officer," Alex Plitsas, a former Pentagon official, told the Washington Examiner.

An active-duty Army officer said: "Most of us in the military don't have that option of uniform or civvies. Vindman absolutely had a choice, and he ran with it."
[.]
It’s hard to get much respect like when you’re walking around the White House in a lieutenant colonel uniform,” retired Lt. Gen. Thomas Spoehr told the Washington Examiner. “So that’s why they generally want these guys to wear a coat and tie, because who knows how important this dude is. If you’re running a meeting, it’s hard to get respect as a lieutenant colonel, but if you’re in a coat and tie, nobody knows who the heck you are.”
Speculation why he wore the uniform? Ummmmmm...along the same reasons DEM John Kerry, (who served in Vietnam), reported for duty and why DEM Mikey Dukakis rode in a tank. It makes for good draahma.

Jordan Schachtel @ Twitter:

Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman admitted that he had been offered to serve as minister of defense for Ukraine.

Vindman, 44, explained during his impeachment testimony that he had been offered the position three times but declined the position because of his loyalty to the United States. The lieutenant colonel was born in Ukraine, but his family immigrated to the U.S. when he was a toddler.

Vindman claimed he did not know why he was offered the high ranking position of defense minister.

Every single time, I dismissed it. Upon returning, I notified my chain of command and the appropriate counterintelligence folks about the offer,” said Vindman, later adding, “I think it would be a great honor, and frankly, I’m aware of service members that have left service to help nurture the developing democracies in that part of the world.”
So while he turned down the offers of becoming Ukraine's Defense Minister, he wouldn't see a problem accepting the position. Now that's...interesting.

Man sought guns, grenades for attack on New York's Times Square.

TVNZ News Now: Man sought guns, grenades for attack on New York's Times Square, prosecutors say.
A New York City man accused of plotting a terrorist attack on Times Square spent months trying to stockpile guns and grenades, heaped praise on the Islamic State group and Osama bin Laden, and feared being known as the "Looney Tunes Terrorist" if his glasses fell off and he couldn't shoot straight, federal prosecutors said today.

Ashiqul Alam was arrested yesterday after arranging through an undercover agent to buy a pair of semiautomatic pistols with obliterated serial numbers, prosecutors said. Police Commissioner James O'Neill said that development was "a clear indicator of (Alam's) intent to move his plot forward."

Despite the grave allegations, the 22-year-old Alam is charged only with offences [sic] related to the gun transaction. He did not enter a plea at an arraignment yesterday and was ordered jailed without bail. Prosecutors argued he was a flight risk and a danger to the community.
[.]
Court documents describe months of plotting for an attack Alam told an undercover agent would make them "legends."

Alam spoke of plotting to kill civilians and law enforcement officers in Times Square and targeting a senior government official in Washington, according to the documents.

He talked about wanting to "shoot down" gays, referring to them with a slur; using a "rocket launcher, like a huge one," to cause havoc at the World Trade Centre; and obtaining an enhanced driver's licence so he could walk onto a military base and "blow it up," the documents said.

Alam, born in Bangladesh, moved to the US as a child about 12 years ago and has been living in Queens as a legal permanent resident, prosecutors said.
Unverified and likely inaccurate representation of the suspect, Ashiqul Alam.

Trump Mocked on 6G but the joke is on the TechTards!

The TechTards are out in full force.

Caution: TechTards advised to have paper bag nearby in the event of hyperventilation. Or, a candy dish filled with Benzos.

President Donald Trump was mocked big-time today by the TechTards for his comments about 5G and 6G technology.

Let's jump to the finish line first.

6G was being discussed in January 25, 2018...(there goes the breathing in and out of the paper bag)...at...the University of California...(grabbing at the candy dish)...of...Santa Barbara! ("Jennifer... I need more Benzos!")

UofC - Santa Barbara "Beyond 5G":
...the focus of the newly established ComSenTer, a $27.5 million center for converged terahertz communications and sensing at UC Santa Barbara, led by UC Santa Barbara professor of electrical and computer engineering professor Mark Rodwell.

Our center is simply the next next generation of communication and sensing, something that may become ‘6G’,” said Ali Niknejad, ComSenTer associate director and a UC Berkeley professor of electrical engineering and computer sciences.
How could all the TechTards, who are mocking Trump, be unaware aware of a technology conference, at their beloved Santa Barbara that included a UC Berkeley professor?

CISCO - not to be confused with CRISCO, TechTards - was talking about 6G in JANUARY 2019 at THE CONSUMER ELECTRONICS SHOW IN LAS VEGAS.

ZD Net: Cisco talks 6G at the LV CES Show:
Cisco is looking to a 6G future, CTO of Service Provider Networking Michael Beesley told ZDNet at CES 2019, and already has a rough idea of what 6G will bring when it comes.

According to Beesley, 6G will take around 15 to 20 years to reach peak scale deployment, as the world has only just passed that tipping point for 4G.
Yes, a fully deployed 6G is several years away. But, to repeat part of the above, 4G peak just passed the tipping point, there's still plenty of shelf life remaining. With Tech, the leap to the next level can be well ahead of plans and expectations.

Recall your tech devices and network reliability of ten years ago, their capabilities and limitations and compare them to networks and the devices you have today. Night and day. We could see 6G Beta by the end of 2020.

April 2018: Engerati told us 5G is upon us.

September 2018: Verizon announces "5G is here."

Brad Reed, writing at Raw Story, got the ball rolling in mocking Trump and 6G:
Headline: Trump hilariously mocked after he writes technologically illiterate tweet
Reed's article appears at The New Civil Rights Movement.com:
Headline: ‘We Also Want Time Machines’: Trump Hilariously Mocked After He Posts Technologically Illiterate Tweet
Tom Nicholson, writing at Esquire (via Yahoo):
Headline: Donald Trump Really Wants (Non-Existent) 6G Technology. He Wants It Here And He Wants It Right Now
Sorry TechTards, 6G exists, is alive and well.

Sputnik News: China 6G Hype Premature.
"China is expected to gear up for its conceptual development and trials of 6G as early as 2020 in a bid to lay out policy brush strokes and its own sets of definitions and standards," Asia Times said in a recent article.
Sure, China may be a little overly-optimistic in their plans, but when have TechTards not been overly-optimistic in anything Tech? Especially Green Tech? How's all those solar panels working out? Are we powering all the country from the sun yet? How are EV batteries holding up in winter temperatures? "Can I get me some ethanol here?" All those things happened overnight, right?

Cali's L.A. to San Fran Train to Nowhere. Image: AP

If the TechTards want to justly mock Trump for 6G, the best, and only, ammo they have is that they're right in saying 6G "won't be here tomorrow." The least they can do is get their own mocking right.

That California bullet train from L.A. to San Fran, the Train to Nowhere, WHEN is THAT going to be completed, TechTards? Tomorrow? This year? May 9, 2065? I'd put down money we'll see 6G before that bullet train is operational.

Thank you, TechTards, for bringing your Tech Illiteracy front and center. Don't do the slightest due diligence. Why bother? Print anything. Anything. People will believe it because....because you write it? Not unlike an actor staging a racist attack on himself and maintaining a belief it factually happened.

ABC's 20/20 on Otto Warmbier FAILS to mention Bill Richardson worked for the Clinton Administration

Bill Richardson, North Korean Enabler

Did you watch ABC's "20/20"  Friday program on Otto Warmbier,  the U.S. Citizen recently released from a North Korean hard labor prison camp? Did  you recognize in the story the man, Bill Richardson ?

Did you catch that he was referred to as "former Governor of New Mexico"?

Did you notice they never once referred to his stint under the Bubba Clinton Administration?

No, that wouldn't sound good, would it?

It wouldn't sound good for ABC to have a "North Korean" expert like Richardson, pontificate about how he worked so hard on the Warmbier case when, that expert, in 2006 said, Kim Jong-Il cheated on the nuclear weapons framework in the Korean Peninsula.

Isn't is amazing how Liberal spin is such a degenerate's degree of faux incredulity when they can only cover their failures by pretending to be aghast when a thug-dictator "cheats" on an "agreement"?

Richardson's support of then pResidential candidate Barack Hussein Obama , and later the Obama presidency, certainly helped usher in another eight years of yet another weak, ineffectual, spineless and wimpy U.S. president. How could North Korea not take advantage of a weakling like Obama and his Admin? Great North Korean Leader Kimmy had nothing to lose and so much to gain.

2006 is also when Richardson called for, "multi-lateral pressure against North Korea."   Well, how's that working out for the world today, huh Bill? How did that "multi lateral pressure" work out for the Warmbier family?

Yeah...those Liberals and their hardball of "multi-lateral pressure." Nothing scares a tyrant more than words from an effete Liberal, especially "scary consequence" words that are never backed-up with action.

Kim Jong-Il and The Appeaser of North Korea Madeleine Albright (Right)

Prior to being Bubba's Secretary of Energy, 1998-2001, he served as U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, under the Bubba Admin, from 1997-1998.

Preceding him as U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. was (drumroll....) The Butcher of Kosovo, Serbia and Iraq...  the bloodthirsty child murderer  and international appeaser of North Korea,  the one, the only,  Madeleine Albright, Satan's Little Helper.

Unless I missed it, her name wasn't mentioned in the Warmbier "20/20" story either. Yeah, the Media just cannot bring itself to mention or note Liberal failure or the person(s) responsible for it, as with Albright.

Had it not been for Warmbier's father's on-camera comments, which - to my amazement ABC did show - we probably wouldn't have know that Obama's Secretary of State, John "Can I git me a huntin' license here?"  Kerry did absolutely nothing for the Warmbier family. Nothing.

None of this surprises me, nor should it you.

And now we have Richardson, desperately trying to spin his lack of doing anything about Warmbier or North Korea, or as [a former] U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. [throw his weight around] (and really...how hard can that job be?), into somehow rendering assistance or playing a role in the success of anything; in this case, North Korea's release of Warmbier...sadly, too late.

Yes, Richardson spun and pivoted in the "20/20" story, but he didn't fool anyone who is paying attention. Yes, Richardson has some blood on his hands from Warmbier's death. Yes, Albright is covered in the blood of hundreds of thousands of deaths, especially innocent children.

North Korea was appeased because of direct conflict with USA and China relations at the time. This is the timeframe when President Bill Clinton sold missile technology to China.

Gee - from who do you [think] North Korea obtained their missile technology from? Iceland? The Province of Saskatchewan? Cleveland, Ohio? Or...China?

How else could the Clinton's repay all the several thousand dollar donations made to [Hillary's campaign cash] by Chinese dishwashers and busboys? It's no secret that when politicians want to bring in the big donors, the first group they hit for cash are the dishwashers and busboys. Why, they're loaded.

Richardson certainly seemed to have all the right "after the fact" questions to ask:
"North Korea has a lot of explaining to do [about Otto Warmbier]. Why didn't they notify the United States. Why didn't they notify proper medical authorities [on Warmbier's health problems], the Swedish government that represents us."
Hey, Bill - why didn't YOU do something about it when you had a chance? We know the answer from Liberals: "We tried."

Liberals "try." They don't succeed, but they "try", and they hide behind all their failures by saying "they tried."

What if Assad Didn't Gas Anyone?

I'm rethinking the accusation that Bashar al-Assad gassed anyone last week.

I don't think this happened.

Is Syria another excuse for neocons like John McCain to beat the War Machine?

President Donald Trump can't possibly think that the U.S. can have any type of Military confrontations simultaneously with Syria, North Korea and all the other Mideast countries that are a mess due to Barack Obama's failed foreign policy.

I don't believe - at least I don't want to believe - that we are on the precipice of World War III.

Trump, who I supported, explicitly stated we have no business in Syria and then turned a 180 and ushered in U.S. involvement with Syria.

How will his supporters know, from this point on, whether to believe Trump or not?

Trump does not need to poke the bear of North Korea and bring them into play with what so far, looks like a very amateur performance of Trump Foreign Policy.

It is the Bill Clinton presidency that brought us to where we are with North Korea:
Under the final terms of the Agreed Framework approved in October 1994, Clinton agreed to provide the “Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea” (DPRK) with two light water nuclear reactors and a massive allotment of oil.  The U.S. agreed to ship 500,000 metric tons of oil annually in response to the North’s pretense that the energy-starved backwater had developed the nuclear facility to generate power.  These shipments have cost taxpayers more than $800 million to date — a bargain compared with the $6 billion spent on constructing the nuclear reactors, which now empower North Korea to produce 100 nuclear bombs each year.

All these measures failed to quell the North’s atom-lust.
Clinton gave in to every one of North Korea's demands.

I'll hold Trump's feet to the fire, and apply the same standards to him that I did with Obama, W. Bush and Bubba Clinton. I'm not cutting any slack for Trump just because he's not Hillary Clinton.

The U.S. needs to disengage from Syria and North Korea immediately.

Assad protected Christians in Syria, search and seek for yourselves:

This should not be - this is not - and I hope not -  a question of who is better for starting World War III; Trump or Clinton.

Syria A Mess? Blame Albright and Clinton. Same for North Korea.

Albright and her "friendly toast" to Tyrant Kimmy.

I can't repeat this often enough. Along with EX president Barack "Big Ears" Obama turning a blind eye to the behavior of Bashar al-Assad, we can place direct blame of both Syria and North Korea on EX president Bill Clinton and EX Secretary of State Madeleine "Butcher of Kosovo" Albright.

From the hardly right-wing NY Times, October 24, 2000:
Secretary of State Madeleine K. Albright plunged into Communist North Korea today, meeting with the nation's mysterious leader, Kim Jong Il, and attending a gargantuan spectacle of about 100,000 performers that celebrated the cult of her host.
[.]
...Dr. Albright, [.] enthusiastically applauded the 90-minute authoritarian display of choreography and chorus.
[.]
Dr. Albright responded to Mr. Kim's hospitality with a friendly toast tonight, saying as he sat next to her at a dinner table in a government guest house: ''America's symbol is the eagle, a bird that soars, and Korea's pride is mountains that scrape the sky. There is no obstacle we cannot overcome if we make the strategic decision to do so together.''
I guess if the strategic decision is the policy of placating and deferring action for the next Administration to deal with, the Butcher of Kosovo is correct.

Pffft! "Doctor" Albright. Whether she has an actual PhD or it's honorary, she's no doctor. "The Doctor of Death in Kosovo," maybe.

Albright: Should be under arrest for War Crimes.

In 1997, Albright met with Syrian President Hafez al-Assad (father of Syria's current Tyrant Bashar al-Assad):
...Ms. Albright is also interested in taking the measure of Mr. Assad, and to attempt to restart suspended peace negotiations between Syria and Israel[.]
[.]
But peace with Syria is key to a comprehensive settlement in the Middle East, and Israeli officials acknowledge that it cannot happen without the help and mediation of the United States. Ms. Albright also wants to discuss the Syrian role in Lebanon and press Mr. Assad to stop support for terrorism in the region.
Well. A lot of good that 1997 trip to Syria did for us, eh "Doctor Butcher"?

Back to North Korea:

I'm sure the letter from Clinton to Kimmy really convinced Kimmy and his generals to adopt a more Kumbaya attitude:
Albright gave Kim a letter from President Bill Clinton dealing with Clinton's expectations of how to further develop relations between the two countries.

He said Kim and Albright were expected to meet again on Tuesday because "they have more to talk about."

During their meeting Monday afternoon, Kim and Albright focused their discussions on issues of how to improve ties between the two countries and Clinton's possible visit to Pyongyang in the near future.
Well - - -  so much for "diplomacy Vis-à-vis a letter". Perhaps Kimmy disliked the font chosen by Bubba. Maybe if Bubba would have drawn a smiley face on the the letter, Kimmy would have been more amenable?

Bubba appeases Kimmy on behalf of Obama in 2009.

And from The Economist, that "globalist, New World Order" publication (who the hell subscribes to it, anyway?), Bill Clinton's 2009 meeting with Kimmy (on the issue of the two American journalists imprisoned in North Korea) carried with it the Democrat Foreign Policy of Appeasement:
Mr Kim is an ace non-smiler.
[.]
Whether the normally affable Mr Clinton managed to stay poker-faced through the three hours and 15 minutes he and Mr Kim spent in each other's company[.]
[.]
North Korea says Mr Clinton apologised [sic] fulsomely for the actions of the two journalists who had strayed across its border from China. American officials deny any such apology was given. They also denied reports as news of the visit broke that Mr Clinton had brought a conciliatory message from President Barack Obama.
I can read Obama's letter to Kimmy, delivered to him by Bubba:

"Dear Kimmy, please wait until after my term is over until you decide to threaten the U.S. and others on the global stage."

Sincerely and Best Always,
Barack Hussein Obama, Appeaser-In-Chief.

Kimmy Jong Un. What's with the haircut?

2009: Secretary of State Hillary Clinton warns North Korea on missile launching.

2016: Obama warns North Korea regarding missile launches.

And for yucks and giggles, in 2014 the North Korean government referred to Secretary of State John Kerry not just as a "LANTERN JAW," but as a HIDEOUS Lantern Jaw.

HIDEOUS Lantern Jaw.

We at least know that North Korea has a sense of humor and the ability of conceiving insult humor.

Clearly, none of these "verbal warnings" from the Democrat Appeasers had any impact on North Korea or Syria.

This is the textbook example of Democrat Foreign Policy. It doesn't exist.

Syria; A return to chemical weapons?

March 2011 calls Assad a "reformer."
CNN Reports chemical gas weapon killing dozens in Syria:
At least 70 people, including at least 10 children, have been killed in what is suspected to be one of the deadliest chemical attacks in Syria in years, activist groups say.

In December, 2015, the so very charismatic and charming Secretary of State John Kerry said he saw no reason for regime change in Syria.
"The United States and our partners are not seeking so-called regime change," Kerry said in reference to the US's preferred outcome to the Syrian civil war, according to The Associated Press.
[.]
US officials, including US President Barack Obama, have insisted since August 18, 2011, that embattled Syrian President Bashar al-Assad step down from power.
But the US has also hoped that Assad could be "eased out" as part of a Russian-brokered political transition since mid-2012. And the US has done little to actually affect regime change.
Despots like Assad don't allow themselves to be "eased out." Who did Obama and Kerry think they were fooling? Obama and Company continued the Democrat foreign policy of appeasement. They didn't want to deal with it and ignored it which brings us where we are today. Thank you Messrs Obama and Kerry.

Then, in May of 2016, Kerry said there are several proposals to bring a cease fire and peace to Syria:
[Kerry] did not say what the proposals were...
Did he ever get around to telling us the proposals?

Assad and Kerry discuss Pachinko.

In March, 2011, Hillary Clinton called Bashar al-Assad a "reformer, and that...
... Many of the members of Congress of both parties who have gone to Syria in recent months have said they believe he’s a reformer.”
In October, 2015, Barack Obama and his Administration tossed in the towel and gave up on U.S. efforts to train Syrians against ISIS [and anti-Assad rebels].

The Russians were right about Assad and Syria all along:
"The Russians had a more realistic analysis of the situation than practically anybody else," said Lakhdar Brahimi, the former United Nations Special Envoy to Syria. "Everyone should have listened to the Russians a little bit more than they did."

Brahimi was referring to the Russian offer in 2012 to end the growing civil war in Syria by forcing the country's dictator, Bashar al-Assad, to leave power. The Russian proposal went before the UN Security Council, but the United States, Britain and France were so convinced that Assad was about to fall anyway that they turned it down. Why let the Russians take the credit?
Another incident where Obama's ego was placed ahead of some very astute speculation on the part of Russia. Obama allowing himself to be upstaged by Putin? Not on your life.

And just before the U.S. gave up on efforts to train Syrians, John Kerry came to the realization that "Assad must go...eventually."
Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has to go – but the timing is negotiable, Secretary of State John Kerry said Saturday.
2009 dinner; the Kerrys and the Assads; Kerry: "Please pass the endangered Tree Snails."
Kerry: "...the timing is negotiable." This is a Despot we're talking about, not the golden parachute of a CEO whose time to exit the office is long overdue.

The Democrat Foreign Policy: Placate and Ignore Until Out of Office; Let Next Administration Deal With It.
