Long Summer Break.

I'm taking a long summer  break here. When it's in "Custom Readers mode," It's just my way of going offline, whenever. Might pop in here once in a while and will still be visiting the blog haunts. The plan is to return late August/early September. Gee, I wonder what the price of a gallon of gas will be then under 'da Orange Kang? But, "Man plans. God laughs." Not that I have any reason to believe I wouldn't return but we're not guaranteed tomorrow. Or 5 hours or minutes from now.

* Barron, amazingly and correctly, predicts moves up and down on oil futures with uncanny foresight into when the Strait of Hormuz closed, reopened and again closed, raking in millions. He has the same market prescience of the Pelosi family. SHOOKING! 

* You know one way or the other taxpayers will be paying for some or all of the Ballroom Bunker. The Arc 'd Trump. 

* And all 'da Orange Kangz' vanity projects will be demolished once democrats become the majority again. A waste of time and money, but they'll do it. 

* Where is the remaining two-thirds of the Epstein Files and will they be released? "Two More Weeks."

But hey, I know those suffering from this new TDS variant would be okay with Biden, Obama and Clinton doing the same as OrangeCrayon Face. So there's that.

ProPublica: Trump Administration Aims to Penalize Disabled Adults Who Live With Their Families. 

Now, President Donald Trump’s administration is poised to penalize people like Burton simply for living in the same home as their families, according to four federal officials, internal emails and a federal regulatory listing. The administration is working on a rule change that would deduct the value of a disabled adult’s bedroom from their SSI allotment, even if the family members they live with are poor enough to qualify for food stamps. This would mean slashing the benefits of some of the most low-income SSI recipients by up to a third — about $330 a month in Burton’s case — or ending their support altogether.

(The disability programs are administered by the Social Security Administration but separate from the retirement program for which the agency is named. The Trump administration has promised not to cut Social Security retirement payments.)

The likely SSI cut will affect not just younger adults with disabilities such as Down syndrome and severe autism who are still living at home with their low-income parents, but also older people with health or financial problems who have had to move in with their adult children on tight budgets. All told, as many as 400,000 poor and disabled people and indigent older people across the United States could have their support cut or eliminated, according to a ProPublica analysis of actuarial figures from the Social Security Administration.

If enacted, the change will require intellectually disabled young people like Burton as well as very elderly people to file extensive monthly reports if they want to continue their benefits even at the reduced level. They’ll have to provide details about the property where they live: whether it’s leased or owned, as well as the names of anyone in the home, and whether any of these people has any new income or assets. They’ll also have to include documentation of all household bills and expenses, showing how much they do or don’t contribute personally, as well as financial documents such as bank statements and any pay stubs. 

Burdensome, time-consuming monthly requirements. An idea void of compassion. It's heartless and cruel. I wonder who's behind it?

Despite what Bo Bo says, nothing will happen RE reprimanding the soldier. Bo Bo's nation provides safehaven for pe*ophiles.  What makes anyone think a cowardly so-called soldier smashing a statue of Jesus Christ will face disciplinary consequences?

Any rabbis out there condemning this? Any of the many jewish orgs denouncing this? Any Conservative Christian or Jewish bloggers or other traditional social media platforms even writing about this? Not anywhere I could find. Not even on the non-traditional platforms (teh Chans, Kuhn, others). They're still busy barking at Pope Leo because he replied to Trump's unprovoked rage on his stupid Truth Soooooooooooooshhhhhuuuuuuuuuulllllllllllll. Derp Derp.

On Tuesday, the Iranian embassy in Tajikistan posted a clip that opens with the image that Trump had posted. The glow coming from his hands quickly fades as Jesus descends from heaven, slaps him across the face, and sends him tumbling into a fiery abyss.

Trump, serial liar that he is, initially claimed he didn't know anything about the original "Trump As Jesus" meme posted on his Truth Social Media, instead blaming a staffer. Now we learn that Trump DID know and discussed it prior to publishing.

Before President Trump posted an image of him as a Christ-like healer, he discussed the meme with his controversial housing finance chief Bill Pulte, Axios has learned.

Why it matters: Trump's Truth Social post Sunday night drew such a fierce backlash from Christians that he pulled it down, an extremely rare move for him. But the mystery of who may have helped introduce the meme to him wasn't clear, until now.

    Pulte declined to comment, as did the White House.

Every Mexican with a cell phone has until July to hand over their fingerprints, iris scans, and facial data to a government whose last two attempts at phone registration ended in a data leak and a Supreme Court smackdown.

Mexico’s government wants you to believe that handing over your fingerprints, iris scans, and facial data is voluntary. President Claudia Sheinbaum has said so publicly.

But by July 2026, every one of the country’s roughly 130 million mobile phone lines must be linked to a biometric national ID, and unregistered numbers get suspended on July 1.  

This idea, in Mexico, is a test run for what's coming next in other countries, including us. Why do you think there's such immediate growth of new, under construction and planned data centers in the U.S.?
