Washington Examiner: Elon Musk reinstating hard-right commentator Nick Fuentes on X.
In the above linked story, Elon said as long as Fuentes adheres to X TOS (Terms of Service) he will not be censored or removed (again) from X.
If you don't like Fuentes, don't read or listen to him. It's that's simple. But no, he must be silenced because...reasons...

Typical word salad from the ADL. We recognize the right to free speech but ......! This, from the people who lobby to restrict free speech of the U.S. First Amendment that criticizes Israel. The same people who want to ban TikTok because they don't own it and can't control its content.
Name another country that insists it not be subject to any criticism. I'll wait.
If you have a social media account and want to criticize
any religion, race, country, tradition, whatever -
go for it, as long as you adhere to the platform's TOS, which establishes its own standards and guidelines.
Free Speech under the United States First Amendment is designed to protect the most divisive speech. It's the entire point of 1A.
And there's no such thing as, "hate speech."
The Supreme Court of the United States.
1. Only communicated threats are true threats.
Do you know the ruling (vote) of the SCOTUS Justices on "hate speech"? It was 9-0, which means EVEN ULTRA-LIBERAL (and Jewish) Ruth Ginsburg agreed that there's no such thing as, "hate speech."
While we're on the subject of Free Speech, it's okay to say, "white males don't deserve to live. Whites are a cancer."
FACT CHECK: Yes, Ignatiev said these things.
It'd be nice to have found stories where Israeli and Jewish communities and organizations said, "Hey, white men, Ignatiev is the minority, what he said is detestable and we condemn it," but no luck.
The Free Speech of some seems to have more latitude than the Free Speech expressed by others, depending on the subject, I guess.
