Al Franken, Serial Groper. Another new accuser in FrankenGroperGate.

I was just out of college in my first job, working for U.S. senator Patty Murray. Al Franken was the guest speaker at an event in 2006. I was working the photo line, and he pulled me in. Murray said, “Let’s take the picture.” And he puts his hand on my ass. He’s telling the photographer, “Take another one. I think I blinked. Take another one.” And I’m just frozen. It’s so violating. And then he gives me a little squeeze on my buttock, and I am bright red. I don’t say anything at the time, but I felt deeply, deeply uncomfortable.
KSTP News 5New unwanted touching allegation raised against former Senator Al Franken.
An anonymous woman alleged Al Franken groped her buttocks in 2006, while she posed for a picture with him at an event two-years before he was elected to the U.S. Senate in Minnesota, according to an article published Monday in New York Magazine.

5 EYEWITNESS News reached out to Franken’s spokesperson for comment on Monday but have yet to hear back.

“Two years ago, I would have sworn that I’d never done anything to make anyone feel uncomfortable, but it’s clear that I must have been doing something. As I’ve said before, I feel terrible that anyone came away from an interaction with me feeling bad,” Franken said in the New York article about the recent allegation.

In the article, the unnamed woman who now works at a major progressive organization, said 14 years ago, she was just out of college and working for a U.S. senator Patty Murray at an event when the alleged incident took place in a photo line.

This is the ninth woman to come forward alleging unwanted contact by Franken.

The previous allegations led Franken to resign his U.S. Senate seat in 2017
.

Last week, Franken appeared on the Conan O'Brien Show making some of his most public comments to date about resigning from Congress after other unwanted touching allegations surfaced.

"People who know me know I'm not that guy that 36 of my colleagues demanded I go and put pressure on me that in no uncertain terms that I had to go," Franken said.

Carlton College political science professor Steven Schier said the new allegation doesn’t help Franken convince voters for a second chance if he decides to run again.

"I think it's a problem for him," Schier said. “I think Minnesota Democrats who have a strong feminist orientation --many of them---are not going to be happy about Al Franken becoming the public face of the party with these allegations still surfacing."

Franken over the weekend launched a new radio show on SirusXM radio.

"If he truly believes in his own innocence, I'm guessing this latest allegation won't do much to dampen his future ambitions," said Dr. Julie Dolan, Macalester College professor. "But for voters, I think it's a different story, especially for Democratic women. He'll have an uphill battle convincing them that he's the best candidate for the job."

Leeann Tweeden, a journalist who anchors the morning news at TalkRadio 790 KABC in Los Angeles, California, is accusing Sen. Al Franken (D-MN) of fondling her while asleep and shoving his tongue down her throat without her consent.

Al Franken Profits from Tobacco

Minnesota Senator, the Liberal Al Franken thought he'd put on a show during confirmation hearings for the nominee of Department of Health and Human Services, Rep. Tom Price, a Republican from Georgia.
"You personally benefited from tobacco sales," Franken said to Price. "How do you square reaping personal financial gain from the sale of an addictive product that kills millions of Americans every decade?"

Price defended himself from Franken's accusations, noting that his financial holdings are mostly organized through mutual funds[.]  Price then suggested that Franken most likely holds stock in a tobacco company through pension funds or mutual funds.

"I find it very hard to believe that you did not know you had tobacco stocks. I find it a little hard to believe in the questions of your stock portfolio that you did not know things," Franken said, interrupting Price's answer.
Later in the hearing, [Republican Johnny] Isakson used his time for questioning to inform Franken that he owned stocks in tobacco-related companies.

"Any of us could make the mistakes that are being alleged," Isakson said. "I'm sure Sen. Franken had no idea that he owned part of Philip Morris when he made the statement he made about tobacco companies."

Al Franken: "Betsy DeVos is 'Fundamentally Incompetent'."

Betsy DeVos was confirmed as Secretary of Education with the deciding vote cast by Vice President Mike Pence who voted to approve her.

The Libs managed to pull two RINOs onto their side, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska and the "always happy to vote with the Democrats" Susan Collins of Maine. w Collins has often sided with the Dems over many years.  Susan, it's long past time to put a "D" after your name.

Meanwhile, comedian-cum politician Minnesota Senator Al Franken referred to Ms. DeVos as, "fundamentally incompetent."
Sen. Al Franken of Minnesota called DeVos "fundamentally incompetent" on Monday.
More HERE, Franken saying "most incompetent".
"...she is the most incompetent cabinet-level nominee I have ever seen."
Yeah, Al, like you've been around a long time and have the experience and tenure to make such a declaration as say, a Bob Dole, a Tip O'Neill or a George McGovern.

And from a Franken press release from his office:
[DeVos] is the most incompetent cabinet-level nominee I have ever seen.
Psychological projection is a theory in psychology in which humans defend themselves against their own unconscious impulses or qualities (both positive and negative) by denying their existence in themselves while attributing them to others.

Who will Al Franken endorse?

Disgraced, resigned, ex-Senator Al "The Groper" Franken endorsed Hillary in 2014. I imagine his endorsement is much sought-after by all the DEMS running and that it carries a lot of weight.

Media, especially CNN, Throw Hissy Fit, Scream and Whine and Stomp Their Feet over Trump 2007 WWE Wrestling Parody. Maureen Dowds calls Trump, "A pig."

The holy and pious Fakestream™ Media is aghast at the parody video of President Donald Trump's 2007 WWE footage claiming it incites violence against the Press. Ha! What a riot. How often have I said Liberals have NO sense of humor.

Trump "clocking" to the floor someone with the CNN logo morphed superimposed atop the shoulders.

Video via: I Bleed Red, White and Blue

There are longer versions of the above clip available at You Tube. I used the one above because of its brevity.

CNN has reached a new high in their hyperbole:
Donald Trump's tweet of a doctored video was no joke. It was dangerously irresponsible. In the video -- defended by Trump's supporters as just good fun -- The President of the United States can be seen punching a person with a label digitally superimposed over his face that reads "CNN."
[.]
Trump defenders saying this video was just a joke are missing something: context matters. In 2007, that WWE video was fine; Trump was a private citizen/reality show host putting on an act and everyone involved was in on the joke.
While still president, had this been done by Bill Clinton or Barack Hussein Obama, the media would be extolling the magnitude of humor displayed by Clinton or Obama.

CNN continues:
...the image of him in the doctored video body slamming and repeatedly punching a person in the face who represents a media outlet he has been railing against is so dangerous[.]
"Dangerous." LameStream, very LameStream.

[The Media IS AWARE that wrestling is...scripted and acted, right? The "attack" in the video was planned and rehearsed.]

"Ah-waah! Ah-waah!"  Cue CNN:

From the same CNN link above:
Also, recall that Trump supporters also went ballistic (incorrectly) over the New York City production of Julius Caesar, which featured a Trump-looking Caesar. (Far from celebrating the assassination of Caesar, Shakespeare's play is a warning about the chaos and destruction that results for that misbegotten act.)[sic].
People do get that - - - that the play is about "chaos and destruction that results for that misbegotten act." But this is the same Media that, in 1993, informed us that an episode of Beavis and Butthead is blamed for a fire started by a 5 year old boy that killed his sister.

Well, dear Media - which is it? You can't have it both ways. Remember when politically Conservative-leaning types told us that violent behavior in real life is tied to what the person committing the act sees on television and movies?

On the other side, remember when we had the politically Liberal-leaning crowd campaigning against movie-makers to stop glorifying cigarettes and to stop showing characters in film and television smoking?

And remember Al Gore's former wife, Democrat Tipper Gore lobbying for Parental Warning Labels on records with "explicit lyrics"?

The Reporters Committee said... [about Trump's WWE/CNN video]:
"[journalists shouldn't] be threatened with physical harm for doing their jobs."
Watching the Media twisting and turning in fits of agony, despair and their endless, endless whining about anything that does not fit their narrow, Liberal narrative is just. Too. Funny!

From the same Reporters Committee above:
Bruce Brown, executive director of the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press said, "When the president attacks the press, he attacks the people."
No. The president does not attack "the people" when he "attacks" the press. And choosing the word "attacks' is used in an overtly extreme manner. The press feels that "criticism" directed at them is "attacking" them. It isn't. Bruce Brown seeks to garner sympathy for the press by associating Trump with "attacks". Not even close.

Harry Truman compared the press to prostitutes. Prostitute is a nicer way to say "whore", and calling the press Whores is much more accurate.

Bess Truman...? Well, she HATED the press.

Words do mean something. But who decides what the definitive definition is, especially how the manner of those words are conveyed? It comes down to being a very subjective interpretation based on the individual. Like being told that it's not a Caesar-lookalike-of Trump being stabbed to death in the play, that instead, it's the "chaos and destruction" that is being represented...as art...in a play.

And we have Maureen Dowd calling Trump, "a pig." I've always considered Dowd a porcine porklette. When she appears on a television program, if the camera catches a glimpse of her full "body-side"...or a full view from behind her...you will see a big, wide ass on her.

No Maureen, it's not the dress that makes your ass look fat. It's your fat ass that makes your ass look big. Think I'm joking? Anyone see her in person want to leave a comment telling me I'm wrong? Because you'd be lying if you did.

"David, that's just too mean...what you wrote about her and the photo-shop of her as a pig is way past pushing the envelope."

No. It isn't. And even if I thought it was, it wouldn't make me reconsider not publishing it. I totally pushed the envelope and walked up to the very edge of "taste" at my old site. But I didn't cross the line into bad "taste." At least I don't think I did.

Many a liberal comic will say that "tragedy plus time equals humor/comedy." And that is a true statement, one in which I fully believe.

Tragedy plus time didn't equal humor, though, when David Letterman joked about raping 14-year old Willow Palin?
Letterman said "an awkward moment" occurred for Palin when, "during the seventh inning, her daughter was knocked up by (Yankee third baseman) Alex Rodriguez."
Without naming her, the joke seemed to refer to Palin's 18-year-old daughter Bristol, an unwed mother.
But it was 14-year-old daughter Willow, not Bristol, who had been at the game.
Todd Palin issued a statement that said "any 'jokes' about raping my 14-year-old are despicable."
Was it "funny" in May, 2008, when Daily KoS ran the below photo-shop of Michelle Obama?

I'm guessing very few people found it funny, because Daily KoS spiked (deleted) the image and the entire post.

Their rationale? The above image was a statement about Republicans and their "Southern Strategy". Well, a big. big swing and a miss by DKoS on that one.

The Daily KoS link to the image and story results in a "404 error, page not found."
The page you were looking for doesn't exist. You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved.
No...I didn't "mistype" the address nor did the page "move". Such a nice way for DKoS to avoid admitting "we really fucked up on this one."

Who makes the ultimate decision of defining "humor"? Al Franken? Jimmy Kimmel? Me? You? (No, not you, definitely not you).

Being offended because your process of interpreting something intended as a joke or humor, that isn't received on the same level as it was intended, doesn't necessarily mean it's "mean" or "violent".

See - your interpretation really doesn't count or matter. It is the intent of the creator that matters and that defines and separates humor from gravity, humor as satire, humor as parody and, pretty much, anything else communicated by one person to another or several others. And the medium of conveyance is irrelevant.

Is the film "Death of a President" humor? Satire? Parody? A mix of all? Would that film be responsible had it incited someone to act on its message? Would Liberals interpret the film differently had it been about Clinton or Obama?

Any good, new, funny JFK shot in the head jokes going around? Any good jokes about Heath Ledger or Chris Cornell? Too soon?

Satire, parody and even "meanness" are not necessarily violent in scope. It is the result, if any, of that scope that has the potential to turn into violent acts. And that can only be formed within the mind of the person who chooses to act upon it.

What was the final straw that drove James T. Hodgkinson  to make it his mission to kill, or attempt to kill, only Republican politicians?

What motivated John W. Hinckley in his attempt to assassinate President Ronald Reagan? He wanted to impress Jodie Foster.
Dear Jodie:
There is definitely a possibility that I will be killed in my attempt to get Reagan. It is for this very reason that I am writing you this letter now.
As you well know by now I love you very much.
[.]
Jodie, I would abandon the idea of getting Reagan in a second if I could only win your heart and live out the rest of my life with you[.]
[.]
I will admit to you that the reason I'm going ahead with this attempt now is because I cannot wait any longer to impress you. I've got to do something now to make you understand, in no uncertain terms, that I'm doing all of this for your sake!
Think of the the above. In his head, he's telling himself that shooting Reagan will impress Jodie Foster. He has convinced himself of that. It is rational for him to think this. He tells himself Jodie Foster will be impressed by me taking this action. I think it's fair to say that Hinckley was, and remains, mentally unbalanced.

Trump hit the Media with a powerful parody with the WWE footage and the CNN logo superimposed onto the person he knocked down. It's funny. It's parody. It's unfortunate that the "inclusive (political) party" isn't inclusive at all, does not want to hear anything that contradicts what they believe and anything that challenges what they view as their territory and only their territory.

With blogging, Tweeting, Insta-this-or-that, Facebook, etc, the Press and "The Media" no longer are the Titans of controlling News and Information. The Press and the Media have both lost loads of significance and power. The hierarchy of Media, what is was thirty years ago compared to today, has been stripped down to bare bones.

The punch Trump landed on "CNN"...? Well, "if it bends, it's funny. If it breaks, it's not."

And it did indeed bend, and it is hysterically funny. The Empire of Media continues its rapid meltdown.

And it bends. A lot.

Can Congress work with the President to do ANYTHING that will help those that they represent?

From Brainy Quote:

"Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything." -  George Bernard Shaw.

I ran across the above quotation and began thinking, how are the current elected politicians - all parties - going to agree to actually ACCOMPLISH things that will benefit those of us that they represent?

"Oh, but I didn't vote for Trump. He's not my president."

Well, I'm not particularly pleased with the repeated, multi-tenured re-election winners the likes of Nancy Pelosi and Cluck Schumer either. "They're not my senators." Either is Al Franken; although he is, technically.

But these attempts at playing defense by the minority party, with the only goal being that of blocking and defeating the majority - tell me, what good does it do for the voters? What good does it do for the 60 million odd something that voted for Donald Trump and the other 60 million odd something that voted for Hillary Clinton?

Because what this new Congress and new President accomplish, or what they don't accomplish, affects both groups of the 60 million.

Can the Left work with the Right? Can the Right work with the Left? Will minds be changed that will lead to progress?

Entrenched politicians need to focus on their constituents, not their next re-election. If they can't, they are not doing their job and they should resign. But we know that will never happen.

The "Entrenched" politician is found in both main parties. Dems as Pelosi and Schumer; Repubs as John McCain and  Mitch McConnell - and all the other career politicians in the House and Senate...these people are like a living Wax Museum of Politicians Who Never Disappear.

I never favored term limits placed on the Senate or the House. Perhaps there should be a cap on the number of years one can serve in Congress or the Senate. We have a term limit on the presidency. Why shouldn't the same standard apply to Senators and Congressmen/women? How do you think the next two years will play out?

Democrat Fingerprints on James Hodgkinson's Guns

The full blame and responsibility for the shootings of Republicans, Wednesday morning, at a baseball field in Alexandria, Virginia, can be squarely laid at the feet of every single Democrat. Every Democrat politician, every Democrat party member, every Democrat voter.

If you are a Democrat, and you vote Democrat, but you won't speak out against the Fringe people and Fringe elements that have hijacked your party, your fingerprints are on the guns used by James Hodgkinson.

If you are [a] Democrat who protests policies of which you disagree with, and you cause injury to others or damage property during your protests, your fingerprints are on the guns used by James Hodgkinson.

The Left hides behind the First Amendment and Free Speech in order to diffuse and reduce the severity of what can be termed Hate Art...a violent form of art, no different from the term and definition of Hate Speech. We saw this with the 2006 movie, "Death of A President," a movie about the "fictional assassination" of then-president George W. Bush.

Hate Art is what we saw in the photo of Kathy Griffin holding the decapitated and bloodied head of a prop that was intentionally made to resemble Trump.

Do not allow media or Democrats the opportunity to downplay the seriousness of how unhinged they have become by placing the ballpark shootings under the guise of "political animosity," for the ballpark shootings are far, far, far more dangerous and injurious than "political animosity".

Recall how The Left initially tried to paint Harvard Graduate Theodore "Ted" Kaczynski, the "Unabomber", as a Right Wing kook, living out in a cabin in the middle of nowhere.

Then we learned the truth about Kaczynski, that he is a Democrat who supported Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. We learned that  Kaczynski taught undergraduate courses in geometry and calculus at U of Cal Berkeley. He was no right wing whacko; he was a total, Looney Tunes Liberal.

In his own words, Kaczynski said, " I got involved in political issues because I was driven to it, so to speak."

Driven...in the same manner as James Hodgkinson was driven. Kaczynski used bombs and Hodgkinson used guns.

GQ attempts to justify Shakespeare in the Park, with Julius Caesar intentionally resembling Donald Trump:
Any Shakespearean scholar will tell you that any of his plays can be staged with any number of diverse goals—and look and feel extremely different as a result.
Perhaps, but there is no diverse goal that can be accomplished in a Caesar that is obviously portraying Donald Trump.

Uber-Liberal Nancy Pelosi, on Wednesday, the day of the ballpark shootings, could not restrain herself from making a joke about the shooting, that it was the first time she ever agreed with Republican Paul Ryan.

When people like Rosie O'Donnell, Whoopi Goldberg, Bill Maher, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Sarah Haines, Steve Colbert and other venomous Liberal celebrities vent their hatred of Trump, what they are really doing is subtly suggesting to their political base that someone take violent action against those who believe in a different political philosophy.

Behar is famous for justifying any violent action towards anyone who does not believe what she believes, or what Liberals believe, by saying, "it's just a joke."

Well, I'd like to kidnap Joy Behar, torture her, murder her husband and children in front of her and bury her alive to die. Oh, I'm just making a joke. It's a joke. Can't she take a joke?

Do you see where the slippery slope begins and then slides so quickly we can no longer get a grasp on it?

If Hate Speech is separate from Free Speech, and if Hate Speech is considered not protected under the First Amendment, does that make Hate Art - and art is definitely and certainly a form of communication - as odious and repulsive as Hate Speech?

Democrats have been on a mission, and are still on that mission, for the sole purpose to divide us. A perfect example is Obama's, "argue with neighbors, get in their face." Argue...get in their face. Not, "have a calm rational discussion with an attempt to persuade the other person." No..."argue [and] get in their face."

MoveOn, Think Progress, Media Matters, David Brock, Democrat Underground, whatever tiny remains exist of Progressive Radio, Al Franken, Pelosi, Obama, Joe Biden, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Tim Kaine, CNN, NBC, ABC, MSNBC, CBS, PBS, BBC, AP, Chuck Schumer, John Kerry...along with every other Democrat and Liberal organization have been fomenting violence against anyone who doesn't believe exactly what they believe.

Linwood Kaine, son of Tim Kaine, the Democrat Vice Presidential candidate of 2016 (Hillary Clinton's running mate), was arrested on suspicion of second degree riot at a rally for President Trump. From the same previous link, the story notes:
Tim Kaine, Hillary Clinton’s running mate in the 2016 election, and his wife, Anne Holton, did not comment on the specifics of their son’s arrest but gave a brief emailed statement to The Washington Post through a spokeswoman.

“We love that our three children have their own views and concerns about current political issues,” they said. “They fully understand the responsibility to express those concerns peacefully.”
No - they don't know how to express those concerns peacefully. At least Linwood doesn't.

Don't forget the antics of the violent Left in St. Paul, MN during the 2008 Republican Presidential Convention:
...the Poor People’s Economic Human Rights Campaign’s March for Our Lives set off. They were carrying bags of urine, feces and bricks and “were identified in crowds as they began to set up to disrupt a peaceful protest down at Mears Park,” Harrington said.
The Left is not peaceful. Democrats love only themselves and their ideology. They do not demonstrate tolerance of opinions that differ from their own. Their faux-Kumbaya posturing on Wednesday due to the shootings will be quickly jettisoned and they will return to their (ab)normal agenda of deceit, trickery, the blame game (blame anyone other than themselves), the Victim Card, the Gender Card, the Race Card...the Anything Card. Whatever helps propel their big government, intrusive agenda where, if you do not fully agree with them, you are the enemy.

The Republicans playing baseball Wednesday morning met the Real Democrat Devil face to face in the personna of a man named James Hodgkinson. His horrific actions are a culmination of years of what the Democrat party represents. It is ugly, very ugly...and this "pause" by Democrats in response to this tragedy is only temporary. Remember that.

Amy Klobuchar, hypocrite and liar. Why is she so dismissive of allegations Joe Biden sexually assaulted Tara Reade?

It's different when the person accused of sexual harassment is a Democrat, isn't it, Amy? Why does Amy support Joe Biden but not Tara Reade? Why was Amy so venomous to go after Brent Kavanaugh but all Joe Biden has to say is, "I dindunuffin," and that's sufficient for Amy?

Why isn't Amy Klobuchar giving Tara Reade the same respect she insisted be given to Dr. Christine Ford? You'd have to ask Amy:

@ MSNBC Twitter

Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) stated that the misconduct allegation against 2020 Democratic presidential candidate former Vice President Joe Biden “has been investigated.”

Klobuchar said, “He has said, and I agree with this, you’ve got to get to the bottom of every case and all allegations. I think the New York Times — I haven’t read all the stories. I read that one. Your viewers should read that. It was very thorough. They interviewed people. And I have done a lot of work on this. I actually led the effort to change the rules in the U.S. Senate so that it is easier to bring these cases forward and so that we have taxpayers not paying for bad conduct. I think this case has been investigated. I know the vice president as a major leader on domestic abuse, I worked with him on that. And I think that, again, the viewers should read the article. It was very thorough.”
"Viewers should read the article. It was very thorough." A total lie from Klobuchar. They NYT never formed anything conclusive in their story about Tara Reade's allegation that Joe Biden forcibly and sexually assaulted her.

Breitbart: Fact Checking 3 Falsehoods in Biden Campaign’s Tara Reade Talking Points.
CLAIM #1: The New York Times conducted a “thorough review” of Reade’s allegations.

VERDICT: False.
[.]
CLAIM #2: The Times’ reporting “has led to the truth: this incident did not happen.”

VERDICT: False.
[.]
CLAIM #3: There has never even been a “hint” or “rumor” of similar behavior from Biden “ever” in history.

VERDICT: False.
Klobuchar doesn't care about women being abused unless it helps further the Liberal Political Narrative or if it can be used as a smear tactic against any political opponent.

Klobuchar still thinks she's got a shot at being Biden's running mate. She can dream on in her own little snow-globe world. I still maintain Biden won't be the candidate. He'll drop out citing, "health concerns."

Do you know how Klobuchar is pronounced in Minnesota? Mondale.

Conservative Men Are Obsessed With, and are Convulsing in Anxiety, as AOC rises to influence. Yeah, that's the reason.

It's more like fascination with what outrageous AOC act or statement will occur next. While others have different opinions. And science. Can't forget the science.

Laura Bassett, Senior Politics Reporter at the HuffPoPoo states science tells us why Conservative men are "obsessed" with AOC. HuffPoPoo:
Conservative writer Ed Scarry posted a photo of [Cortez's] backside on Twitter, questioning whether her black suit was befitting of a “girl who struggles.”
[.]
A Republican strategist referred to her as “the little girl” on Fox News, which runs segments about her constantly.
[.]
The obvious explanation is that men have literally never seen a woman in her 20s in the halls of Congress before. She’s attractive, telegenic and good at social media. She dances outside her Cannon House office. Conservative men are confused at being drawn to this bright rising star in the Democratic Party while loathing everything she stands for.
[.]
...what you might call “AOC Derangement Syndrome.” Indeed, some experts say conservative men are obsessed with Ocasio-Cortez because they’re threatened by her. (ARFKM? - D.D.)

Conservatives tend to respond to fear more strongly than liberals do, according to Bobby Azarian, a neuroscientist whose expertise in anxiety has led him to examine political behaviors. His research has found that the brains of conservative people are likely to display the same attention biases as the brains of people with anxiety.
"Conservatives tend to respond to fear more strongly than liberals do." Please. Liberals fear everything. Even a border wall. Their entire political ideology is rooted in keeping themselves and their supporters in various states of fear. It's called fear-mongering.

The writer and neuroscientist are mistaking humorous reactions to AOC's real life antics as anxiety. I'll give the prognosis a shot from basic, Psych 101: When an adult acts childish and immature; "correction" (as in pointing out the multitude of factional errors AOC has stated) is how you can expect to be treated. And sometimes parody, satire and making fun of adult buffoonish behavior comes with it. Life is Hard.

I'd think a "telegenic, social media-aware, girl in her 20s" would know this, but maybe not. She turns 30 in October, not that it matters. Although I don't know anyone who refers to an almost-30-year-old as being "in their twenties." Except for the HuffPoPoo writer.

Her media interviews, her Tweets, her disrespect of past, SENIOR members of her own party, all warrant admonition and correction from others. She goes out of her way in calling attention to herself (I think she's attention-starved) and provides multiple daily episodes of her cluelessness. Of course people will react, correct, and yes, parody her.

Let's all pretend that the HuffPooPo story and Bobby the Neuroscientist are infallible. Damn, that sure says A LOT about "us Conservatives and men", huh?

We'll await a future column at the HuffPoPoo with Bobby the Neuroscientist's infallible conclusion analyzing why AOC's fellow Dems are CTSD (Current Traumatic Stress Disorder) and apoplectically anxiety-ridden over her behavior. You know...something more than the already DSM - 5 diagnosis of Biological LiberTardism.

If AOC was a Republican, she'd be referred as the term so often applied to the adversaries and targets of Minnesota's disgraced and resigned U.S. Senator, Al Franken, "an Idiot." She dishes it out, she's going to be on the reciprocating side as well. AOC is a public figure and an adult.

And, in what can only be some gross, inadvertent, unawareness and oversight on the part of the HuffPooPo, I could not find a single story on Ed Buck. What has happened to journalism?

UPDATE: January 13, 2019: This is a story at the Huff on Ed Buck.
Good for you, Arianna. Now, just continue keeping clear of plagiarism.

Ted Kennedy 8 Years Sober

Former Democrat U.S. Senator Ted Kennedy received his eight year sobriety pin today, August 25. Congratulations Senator!

More HERE. Read more HERE. And, more HERE.  And HERE. And THIS IS REALLY GOOD!

The New York Daily News

But This? This is historical revisionism.

A gallery of Chappaquiddick Photos HERE.

Some experts concluded that Mary Jo Kopechne was trapped inside the car for four hours, attempting to stay alive breathing small air pockets that slowly filled with water.

And because tragedy plus time equals comedy... (even Al Franken says so)...

* How did people find out Ted was dead?
He didn’t show up to the bar this morning.

* Ted Kennedy never became president because unlike George Washington, he couldn’t cross a river.

* They have named a drink after Ted Kennedy. It’s called the Chappaquiddick. It’s made by mixing Gin and murky water.

*  I’d rather go hunting with Dick Cheney than being in a car with Ted Kennedy driving.

* If Ted Kennedy is to be buried in Martha’s Vineyard, the island will sink below  sea level.

* What's the difference between Ted Kennedy and the Iraqi Army?
The Iraqi Army never killed anyone.

* Why did God create booze?
So Ted Kennedy would never be president.

* What was Ted Kennedy's wedding present to his new wife?
  A life preserver.

Ted Kennedy, cover of LIFE magazine, January 15, 1965.

Ted Kennedy loved Chappaquiddick jokes. That's morbid.

CBS News: Ted Kennedy's memoir; he feels remorse and guilt over Chappaquiddick Yeah - anyone buying another attempt at Ted's Chappaquiddick revision of history?

A very detailed and researched essay on Chappaquiddick.

THIS? Disgusting and in bad taste. I wonder who wrote it?

Why is Jacob Frey still the mayor of Minneapolis?

According to The Left, "the ultimate bearer of responsibility rests with the person at the top". This standard is applied to those who have a political ideology that differs from theirs. They never apply this standard to themselves.

In the case of George Floyd, his death happened in Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey's backyard. How does he remain in office? He's a Democrat.

Off the top of my head, a few DEM individuals and Leftist organizations, none who have called for Frey to resign:

Joe Biden, Amy Klobuchar, Ilhan Omar, MN Gov Tim Walz, Hillary Clinton, DNC Chair Tom Perez, Kamela Harris, Cory Booker, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, Pete Buttigieg, Tina Smith (Minnesota's "unknown other senator"), CAIR Minnesota, St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter, the ACLU, Mike Bloomberg, BOB O'Rourke, John Hickenlooper, Eric Swalwell, Kirsten Gillibrand, Julian Castro, Andrew Yang, Tom Steyer, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters, Sheila Jackson Lee, Ayanna Pressley, Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, Rashida Tlaib, Al Franken, the SLPC, the NAACP, BLM, Barack and Michelle Obama, Rahm Emanuel, Debbie Dingell, The Minneapolis Star Tribune, former MN Gov Mark Dayton,  MN Rep. Betty McGollum, MN Rep Dean Phillips, MN Rep Angie Craig, MN Rep Collin Peterson.   .

No members of the Minneapolis City Council.

No African American Civic leaders in Minneapolis.

No loudmouth celebrities.

No talking heads on MSM/Liberal Media.

No religious leaders.

No liberal-leaning site, blog or - that I could find - social media (Twitter, FB, etc).

I'm thinking if it had been a Republican mayor, all the above voices would be deafening calls for an immediate resignation.

Would a Republican mayor still be in office? One who ran on a platform of reforming excessive police force, who gave a lot of what appeared good performances (acting) and promising improved results, but who instead failed epically?

Frey failed Minneapolis. In two-plus years in office, he's delivered on none of his promises. He'll walk away from the death of George Floyd blemish-free.
