NBC New York Local News: Jeffrey Epstein Found Injured in NYC Jail Cell After Possible Suicide Attempt or Assault.

Accused pedophile and wealthy Manhattan financier Jeffrey Epstein was found injured and in a fetal position inside his cell at a New York City jail, according to sources close to the investigation.

Epstein, who is being held in Metropolitan Correctional Center during his trial for conspiracy and sex trafficking, was found semi-conscious with marks on his neck, two sources told News 4. Investigators are trying to piece together exactly what happened.

Two sources tell News 4 that Epstein may have tried to hang himself, while a third source cautioned that the injuries were not serious and questioned if Epstein might be using it as a way to get a transfer.

A fourth source said an assault has not been ruled out, and that another inmate was questioned. The inmate who investigators have talked to in Lower Manhattan facility has been identified as Nicholas Tartaglione, according to a source. Tartaglione is a former Orange County police officer who was arrested in December 2016 and accused of killing four men in an alleged cocaine distribution conspiracy, then burying their bodies in his yard in Otisville, according to court records.

Sources told News 4 investigators questioned Tartaglione, and the former cop claimed not to have seen anything and didn’t touch Epstein, sources said.

The attorney for Tartaglione denied all the claims that his client attacked the financier, saying his client and Epstein get along well. The attorney added Epstein was seen today and appears to be fine.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton withdrew from the cybersecurity conference where she was scheduled to be the keynote speaker, citing an “unforeseen circumstance,” according to an email from the FireEye Cyber Defense Summit.

Clinton - who infamously transmitted classified information over a homemade server once housed in her bathroom - was the centerpiece of the October 9-10 summit in Washington, where Clinton was to have “engage[d] in a Q&A discussion with FireEye CEO, Kevin Mandia on the geopolitical landscape and its implications for global cyber security today.”

The FireEye “Cyber Defense Summit brings together many of the world’s leading security experts, frontline heroes, government leaders, and executives from various industries to address the challenges of today’s threat landscape,” its website says.

An email from FireEye sent Tuesday said "Due to an unforeseen circumstance, Secretary Clinton will no longer be able to participate in this year’s conference."

Who in the hell knows they're going to have an "unforeseen circumstance" three months ahead of time?

Has anyone seen her recently?  Is she in the Sorosphere Illuminati Healthcare Facility, being infused with sacrificial baby blood and stem cells? Several web sites claim that Hillary is one of the alien, reptilian shape-shifting inhabitants of earth.  Is she?

The image to the left is a screen capture from the below video.  Look at her eyes.  Other than taking the capture from the video and transforming it to a single image, I swear (other than the yellow frame and the arrows), I did NO PHO-SHOPPING of the image.  I did not manipulate it in any way.  To me, they either look satanic or robotic. Or, maybe the Illuminati implant in her head shorted out momentarily?  

 
Then, at 22 seconds into the video, watch the man who enters from the right side of the screen and his hand goes into the inner top pocket of his suit jacket. He begins to remove something from the pocket. 

At the 24 second mark, it certainly looks like the man on the right uses one hand to separate something; the way you'd use one hand to, say, undo removing the cap of a Bic pen from the pen. Within a second or so, if you watch carefully or in slow motion, you can tell he's holding something in his left hand.  The man on the right is dissuaded to do whatever he thought he might do by Hillary's "handler," the black gentleman behind her.

After spacing out for a few more seconds, she starts speaking again.

Her handler has been ID'ed as Secret Service agent Todd Madison.

Why does she need a "handler"? Why WOULD she need one? 

Something is very "off" here.
