Could be I'm misinterpreting her facial expressions, but U.S. senator, Amy KKKlobuchar (D-MN) seems stoned out of her mind and almost trying to restrain  degrees of glee and expressions of humor over this. Video at KSTP.

The speed at which Biden jumped ahead of the insurance claim and shipping company and saying the "government paying to rebuild" the bridge using federal monies (i.e. the taxpayer) is suspicious. 

I read the name of the insurer of the ship this morning and I didn't save that info and now didn't see it mentioned in a search. Why leap to federal monies to rebuild when there's an insurance claim here? It would also be cheaper if Biden gave those affected by this $700, like he did the families of the Maui Fires, and just walk away, forgetting about them.

I don't know what to believe about anything anymore but I do know this isn't the last "accident" we're going to experience prior to the election.
