Putin spoke out publicly for the first time about the attack on Saturday, promising to exact "retribution" on anyone involved in it.
Putin did not acknowledge the ISIS claim for the attack, saying Russia was still investigating. But he sought to suggest that Ukraine could bear some responsibility, saying the suspected attackers had been detained while trying to cross the border to Ukraine and claiming they may have received some help from there.
At his point one might think Zelensky should surrender, but he won't. Biden and Company, Neocons and RINOs want a forever war. I guess four years of no major wars or conflicts under Trump was just too painful and unprofitable for the MIC.

Putin invaded Ukraine under flimsy premises.
Putin violated the sovereignty of an independent nation.
Putin has done this several times in the past.
Putin planning retaliation against Ukraine for an attack they likely had nothing to do with after he started an illegal war of aggression against them is like Hitler retaliating against Poland for Operation Valkyrie.
Ukraine should never surrender. They would be justified in invading both Russian and Belarusian territory to kill everyone and burn everything they find.
