It's the same time now as it was before.

And the same time as four years from now.

It's what I call The Jim Jordan Routine. Talk, talk, talk, talk. Write sternly worded letter. Investigate, investigate, investigate. Nothing happens. Talk, talk, talk, talk. Do nothing. Appear on media-friendly political programs. Frown, convey to the public that justice is coming soon. Nothing happens. Move onto Talking about The Current Thing. Talk, talk, talk. Send sternly worded letter. Threaten subpoenas.  Investigate, investigate, investigate. Nothing happens. Wait, wait, wait. "Two More Weeks." Look at calendar. It's 2028.

JUNIOR Senator Romney Supports Vote-by-Mail.

Utah's AssClown JUNIOR Senator Mittens Romney

Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT), one of the Republican Party’s most vocal critics of President Donald Trump, responded to the president’s criticism of recent vote-by-mail initiatives by Democrat governors, claiming the voting system works seamlessly in his home state.

In my state, I’ll bet 90% of us vote by mail. It works very very well and it’s a very Republican state,” Romney told reporters on Capitol Hill when asked about the president’s comments, according to ABC News.
No matter what is said by President Donald Trump, rest assured JUNIOR Senator Mittens will embrace the opposite.
-
President Trump: "Mitt Romney? Mitt is one of the kindest, helpful, sincere, humble and generous person I have ever known."

JUNIOR Senator Mitt Romney: "No! No I am not kind, helpful, sincere, humble or generous! I am none of those things! No one who knows me likes me! No one!"

How's that Utah Recall of JUNIOR Senator Mittens going?

I don't recall where I read it, but Romney hates - just HATES -  being referred to as Utah's JUNIOR Senator. So please, if you're ever writing about him, make sure to call him Utah's JUNIOR Senator.

Mittens makes new friends. Loses others. President Trump Acquitted on both impeachment charges.

Sad Mittens

[FOX] Anchor Chris Wallace asked, “Do you believe that Donald Trump is unfit to serve as president and should be removed from office?”

Romney said, “I do believe he should be removed from office. That’s the vote that I will take in a while.”
Roll Call: Senate votes to acquit Trump on both impeachment charges.
The Senate voted 48-52 to reject the House’s abuse of power charge and 47-53 to reject the obstruction of Congress charge.
[.]
Utah Republican Mitt Romney became the only Republican in Congress to defy Trump during the inquiry and trial, casting a vote to convict the president on the charge of abuse of power.
It's interesting that it was only last week that the JUNIOR Senator from Utah - (I read somewhere Romney hates being referred to as the JUNIOR Senator so let's all plan on using that when we write about him) - said he wanted the Senate to call witnesses because he felt there was more information needed. How quickly he decided today that he didn't need any additional info.

Mittens, you have some new friends with the DEMS. Likely the same as those who were palsy with John McCain.

Enjoy the short-lived attention. What - it's already over? This one's for you, Mittens:

"Everybody's My Friend" from Drastic Measures by Kansas.

EDIT: I used the term "palsy" as in "palsy-walsy", not the medical condition(s). Just to clear up any misperception or misinterpretation.

Romney wets self anticipating John Bolton Senate testimony.

Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) on Monday became the first Republican senator to state that he would like John Bolton, former White House national security advisor, to testify at the Senate impeachment trial if subpoenaed.

I would like to be able to hear from John Bolton. What the process is to make that happen, I don’t have an answer for you,” Romney told reporters on Capitol Hill when asked whether he would be open to hearing from Bolton.

In a posted statement, Bolton said that if called to do so at a Senate trial, “I am prepared to testify.”
You know Mittens is looking ahead to a 2024 presidential run. Probably as a DEM.

Please notify us the moment you act like a Republican anything other than a Liberal whore.

Mittens, stick a D beind your name and be done with it.

"It's time for Republicans to start acting like Republicans," says Mittens:

President Donald Trump on Saturday called U.S. Senator Mitt Romney a “pompous ass” after his sharp critique of the president’s push for other nations to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden, a Democratic political rival.

Mitt Romney never knew how to win. He is a pompous ‘ass’ who has been fighting me from the beginning,” Trump wrote of his fellow Republican on Twitter.

Trump once again defended as “appropriate” a July phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, which has triggered a House of Representatives impeachment inquiry, and said his call for China to investigate Biden and his son Hunter was linked to corruption, not politics.

If Mitt worked this hard on Obama, he could have won. Sadly, he choked!” Trump wrote. “He is so bad for R’s.”

Mitt Goes to Washington

Desert News: Mitt Romney's niece sides with Trump.
GOP Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel issued a statement supporting President Donald Trump and challenging her uncle, Utah Sen.-elect Mitt Romney, on Wednesday morning.

McDaniel’s tweet came less than 12 hours after Romney wrote an op-ed for The Washington Post that spoke out against Trump.
[.]
“What is interesting is that [Romney's op/ed] was sent to a national news organization. He was clearly attempting to address the nation and the world in some way. Before his first official day on the job Mitt Romney is already shaping the conversation in Washington,” [said] Jason Perry, director of the Hinckley Institute of Politics at the University of Utah.
Without John McCain and Jeff Flake, someone has to take up the (ahem...) moral compass (cough, cough, hack). Leave it to Mitt.

McCain Shoots Own Party...Again. Kills OCARE Repeal

Who didn't see this coming from Pretend Republican John McCain? The L.A. Times:
Sen. John McCain is usually happy to spar with reporters, but he ducked into an elevator ahead of the Senate healthcare vote late Thursday without saying a word about how he would vote.

Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer, though, already knew the answer.
[.]
The [voting] moment stunned the Senate when McCain stepped up to cast his vote — a single down-turned finger — dooming the healthcare bill. Audible gasps filled the galleries, which were packed with onlookers.
Oh, of course the intellectual Liberal Schumer is a clairvoyant. Can you just picture it; his glasses on the tip of his nose, squinting devilish eyes, head cocked downward with that "we just crucified Christ" sneer, saying, "I knew how he'd vote." Schumer's Svengali hold over McCain for so many years is truly an enigmatic mystery. Or maybe McCain is channeling Ted Kennedy?

And McCain taking refuge in an elevator to avoid the press? This must me a "first".

Also joining McCain in voting against their own party was Maine's Pretend Republican Susan Collins and Alaska's Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski, of which her vote - I think - is a bit surprising. I thought so, did you?

Pretend Republican and McCain lapdog Lindsey Graham...do I have to finish the sentence? YES - I do...he voted FOR repeal. But, the devil in the details tells me he voted this way knowing ahead of time of how the final vote would come down.

McCain did what he did because he's a petty and vindictive individual. His vote and cajoling of fellow Pretend Republicans is no surprise. McCain is jealous and envious that Donald Trump is the President and McCain hasn't healed, nor will he, in knowing he will never be president.

Still, being Emperor of The North Pole has to be rewarding, doesn't it?

I intended to end the post after the above image. But then I thought - what has Schumer accomplished in all his many years in the Senate.

Well, besides being strongly Alt-Left and always the first person in D.C. to find an MSM microphone and a camera to convey his drivel, he's voted with his party line at the expense of being a total hypocrite. And being a hypocrite never bothers Liberals.

In January 2017, prior to the Trump Inauguration, Schumer said infrastructure tax cuts aren't worth considering.

He did vote for OCare, which can be considered the largest tax hike ever. Why did he vote this way? Because at that time, the president was a Democrat Socialist and Schumer goose-steps along with his fellow Marxists.

In 2014, Schumer called OCare a mistake. His comrades came down on him hard.

In 2011, Schumer supported tax credits for Higher Education.

May, 2015, saw Schumer supporting corporate tax credits for "clean energy."

July, 2014, Schumer supports tax credits for bio-gas.

August, 2015, Schumer supports tax credits for solar power.

December, 2013, Schumer supports rail tax credits.

March, 2016, Schumer asked Republicans to join the Dems in their support of Obama Supreme Court nominee Merrick Garland.

March, 2013,  2017 *, Schumer wanted to filibuster Neil Gorsuch, Trump nominee for the Supreme Court.

In 2007, Schumer threatened to block all Supreme Court nominees of then-President George W. Bush.

Enough. Schumer does whatever is politically and personally expedient. Nothing that anyone paying attention doesn't already know.

Losing Presidential Candidate John McCain Still Angry, Still Bitter; Confused, but claims is "still Emperor of The North Pole"

It must be sad being Pretend Republican John McCain. He so desperately wanted to be the president. But not everything in life that is wanted is obtained.

McCain told The Guardian that, America's standing in the world was stronger under Barack Obama than under Donald Trump.

Can anyone say "dementia"?  Here are some songs to sing along with for people with dementia. I think McCain should settle down and sing along with the songs. Who can resist that siren song, "My Darling Clementine"? Certainly not John McCain.

In other news, McCain did reaffirm and re-establish his self appointed role as Emperor of The North Pole.

McCain jumped from one issue to another, telling the Wales newspaper, "No one better try to take the North Pole away from me, damn it, or there will be hell to pay, I kid you not oh my Darling Clementine. Those aren't my boots. When do we leave for our vacation to Mesopotamia?"
