Esther Rantzen, promoter and supporter of assisted dying, prefers not dying.

Supporter of assisted death Esther Rantzen, seeks "miracle" treatment for stage 4 cancer.

Euro Weekly - くくOK accepting cookies at Euro Weekly for the story); Dame Esther Rantzen Contemplating Assisted Dying

Story states she's searching for a country that doesn't penalize assisted dying while, mind you, seeking a "miracle" cure.

"But you helped send so many my way, Esther."

It sounds like she'd rather not die. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm not making light of her or her situation. I'll again mention that I take no pleasure in the illness or deaths of anyone. Really, even Soros and Schwab? The exception(s) to the rule!

I wish Ms. Rantzen the very best and that she finds a cure that destroys her cancer and the same for all others.

Acknowledging the dual ideologies of the story aren't mutually exclusive, it doesn't negate the irony that an advocate and a supporter of assisted dying seeks a miracle cure.

Lucira at-home test for "Does I hab TEH COOF or DA FLU" is FDA approved.

Talk about niche target-marketing to hypochondriacs and Teh Coof-obsessesed.

UPI: FDA authorizes first at-home test to detect both flu and COVID-19.

The Lucira test will be sold over-the-counter and it can detect both Influenza A and Influenza B, as well as the SARS-CoV-2 virus - the virus that causes COVID-19, FDA officials announced Friday in a news release.

The announcement marks a breakthrough as the first at-home test for flu, the Washington Post reported. Testing for the flu previously required a visit to a doctor's office or urgent care clinics.

Will a majority of people make a mad-dash, rushing to test themselves the moment they sneeze or have a runny  nose? Probably, based on the number of past, current and "I plan to take all future Coof Boosters" Jab Addicts and Mask-Karens.

Lucira. The FDA approved an at-home test from a company whose stock closed on Friday at .14 cents, whose all-time high of $37/share was two years ago and their  52W high is $5.67? Oh, yeah - full faith and trust, BAYBEE!

It might be a worth a look as a short-term buy-hold-sell when or if it hits "dollars." (This is not presented or intended in any way as financial or investment advice.*)

If I felt energetic, I'd search who the big buyers and investors of Lucira stock are the past 30-90 days. I wonder if Paul "The Hammer" Pelosi, Sr. or other spouses of politicians sank some $$$$$ into this Pharma Company?

With a 52W low of .04 cents, Lucira badly needed a Booster product. I wonder how many palms at the FDA and TPTB were greased? It'd be great if this product failed.

Sorry for the delay in getting to comments.

Usually on Christmas Day I make the rounds to blogs and sites and wish a Merry Christmas to all. I was under the weather yesterday.

Christmas Eve Day, and Eve, I felt fine. We had a busy day. Had dinner. Opened gifts Saturday night. It was all good.

Sunday morning, around 4AM or so, I felt it coming...and puked my guts out. Then, the headache came. Then the chills. Went back to bed. Slept most of the day. No nasal or lung congestion, no sore throat, no body aches, no fever. Just a moderate dry cough that really put a dent into my enjoyment of cigarettes. No one else got sick, so I'm ruling out that it was anything we ate.

Woke up at 6PM Christmas Day. Logged on and planned to update the comments but the stamina wasn't there.  Everyone else spent Christmas Day at the house of a relative for the day, so I was home alone, mostly sleeping except for breaks for GatorAde, getting something in my stomach and dosing multi-vitamins, extra C, D, and Zinc and Emergen-C, which for me, is a miracle cure anytime I'm feeling under the weather.

Checking online for "Covid symptoms" is such a bunch of BS. "Covid may or may not produce a DRY cough." "A headache may or may not precede the onset of covid." What a crock; "may or may not."

I'm now enjoying coffee and cigarettes, so I'm on the rebound, but going to take it easy for the day. It appears my immune system is working as designed! Amen for that!

I plan the music videos out a week or more ahead of time, so that's why they're always there.

I'm so sorry I didn't make the rounds to wish those on my Blog Roll a Merry Christmas on Christmas. I hope everyone had a wonderful day and that this week, and New Year's Eve, is enjoyed by all.

Now, onto publishing and replying to comments that I didn't get to.

"Then the farting started."

Nightmare flight from Sydney to Qatar.

Daily Mail: BELINDA CLEARY was thrilled to be sitting in the A380's top section to Doha - until the male passenger next to her turned it into the flight from hell.

Every cough came with a lovely spray of saliva, and I promptly forgot my own hunger as I watched droplets - yes droplets, land on my meal.

Then the farting started.

As the flatulence continued, I felt like he would surely excuse himself and go to the toilet.

The smell filtered through the entire row, the 'sorry' woman from earlier looked like she was going to throw up.

Wave after wave of the toxic-smelling gas leaked out every 15 minutes or so for the 11 hours we were trapped on the plane.

Cleary is employed by the Daily Mail. The skeptic in me wonders why didn't she take any pictures of this? This would be the first airline incident where multiple people weren't taking pics or filming.

MMS - the same as drinking bleach?

Medical News Today: FDA warn about 'life threatening' side effects of 'miracle' cure.
The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) news briefing concerns a product called Miracle Mineral Solution (MMS), which is widely available on the internet.

The product appears under a number of names, including Master Mineral Solution, Miracle Mineral Supplement, Chlorine Dioxide Protocol, and Water Purification Solution.

Although the FDA have not approved the product, sellers promote it variously as antimicrobial, antiviral, and antibacterial.

Promoters advertise MMS as an effective treatment for a range of conditions, including cancer, HIV, autism, acne, malaria, flu, Lyme disease, and hepatitis, despite no evidence from medical research.
[.]
"[I]ngesting these products is the same as drinking bleach. Consumers should not use these products, and parents should not give these products to their children for any reason."

-- FDA Acting Commissioner Dr. Ned Sharpless

Individuals who have taken MMS have supplied reports to the FDA. The subsequent list of potential side effects includes severe vomiting and diarrhea, life threatening hypotension (low blood pressure), and liver failure.
I understand people seeking out anything as a 'miracle cure' when no other relief can be found, but bleach?
