NBC: Savannah Guthrie tests positive for Covid during live 'TODAY' broadcast.
Guthrie, who is vaccinated against the virus, previously tested positive for COVID twice—once in Jan. 2022, and for a second time in May of last year.

"By the way, it has been an interesting morning for us," [said Today co-host, Sheinelle] Jones, 44, told viewers. "As we said, Savannah left early, she wasn't feeling great, so she took a Covid test. It came back positive."
The story doesn't say if her symptoms are, "mild." We have to imagine they are. What else could they possible be?
What about the others who were in contact with Savannah? Are they all going to isolate for 8-14 days? Did the other hosts and crew evacuate the studio because Covid lurks in the air waiting to viciously attack its next victim. Masks...they need to re-mask.
Meanwhile, her NBC buddy Hoda Kotb is MIA.
