It probably was a kite. The Biden Handlers can't be trusted, at all or on anything, to tell the public the truth.

Except for the first spy balloon that was sent by China (and allowed to gather intel across the USA because Resident Diaper is owned by Xi), the rest of these sighting is, IMO, Psy Ops and distraction. 

 

Roll out the UFOs...again...because we're on the verge of WW3 and everything else is turning to shit at breakneck speed due the manipulation of senile Biden by his handlers and the globalists. They need to deflect, so...Aliens.
