Virtually no one wanted to hear the kvetching from the merchant of genocide.

^ "Well this is embarrassing. 80% of the UN walks out during Israel's Netanyahu's speech. Leaving only North Americans, Western Europeans and few Eastern Europeans."

Families of Israeli hostages boycott anniversary of October 7th. Want Netanyahu removed.

CNN: Israeli hostage families to boycott October 7 memorial.

A group representing the families of Israeli hostages held in Gaza plans to boycott the government’s commemoration of the first anniversary of the October 7 attack, frustrated by the slow progress in negotiations to bring back their loved ones.

“The Israeli government’s glaring inability to secure the hostages’ return makes any attempt to conclude this chapter impossible,” the Hostage Families Forum said in a statement on Wednesday. “Since October 7, the situation has remained stagnant.”
[.]
“A year has passed since citizens were abandoned in the greatest disaster in Israel’s history. One-hundred-and-nine hostages have yet to return, and the living have not been brought back for rehabilitation, nor have the bodies of the murdered been returned for burial,” the forum added.
[.]
Hostage families have repeatedly accused Netanyahu of stalling negotiations and abandoning the captives to keep his governing coalition intact. Hardline ministers in his cabinet have threatened to collapse the government if he agrees to end the war.

“Together, we’ll demand the restoration of security, the return of the hostages, the rehabilitation of communities, and an investigation into the failures that led to the terrible disaster of October 7,” the forum said.

Gee, is it permissible for these families of hostages to boycott this and ask these questions, seeking an Israeli regime change, one without Netanyahu? Because when a non-Jew makes statements similar to these, they're quickly labeled as a, "Jew-Hater."

The failures of what led to this ⏩: Netanyahu (deliberately and intentionally) ignoring TWO warnings from the Egyptian government prior to the attack and  ignoring the same intel from his own agencies. Thus, he wanted the attack to happen to justify his genocide of Palestinians. Yes, it's that simple.

Harley-Davidson Receives Bud Light Treatment At Sturgis.

ZeroHedge: Harley-Davidson Receives Bud Light Treatment At Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.

"It's another day at Sturgis Rally and another day of the @harleydavidson tent being a ghost town with very few people walking inside. In a typical year their tent is PACKED," Starbuck wrote on X on Thursday.

Kohl’s Is the Latest Target.

WSJ: Kohl’s Is the Latest Target.

Kohl’s stock is down 5% on Tuesday after a social media blitz called for a boycott of the department store based on its Pride Month merchandise.

The customer backlash follows a similar controversy at Target, where social media users criticized the retailer’s assortment of Pride Month products, including a transgender-friendly swimsuit. Videos tagged with #boycottkohls had about 280,000 views on TikTok as of Tuesday.

Newsweek: Kohl's Faces Boycott Calls Over LGBT+ Baby Clothes.

[ALX on Twitter] wrote: "In case you need clothes for Your Gay or Trans 3 month old, Kohl's has you covered." This message was viewed more than half a million times and received over 1,400 retweets.

The Newsweek story, by  James Bickerton, describes this as, "Right-wingers initiated campaigns against Target over its sale of LGBTQ+ inclusive children's clothes, and Bud Light in response to its partnership with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney."

I've never seen a story where a boycott promoted by Liberals is described as, "Left-wingers initiated a boycott of....", ... whatever.

Heh...The Left, the original proponents of Cancel Culture, gets a taste of its own and they snowflake out.

Liberal Tears of Unfathomable Sadness! Good times!

Target's VP of brand management is treasurer at LGBTQ group that pushes school districts to allow children to secretly change gender.

Daily Mail: REVEALED: Target's VP of brand management is treasurer at LGBTQ group that pushes school districts to allow children to secretly change gender: Company donated $2.1 million to organization.

A marketing executive at Target also serves as the treasurer of a LGBT organization which receives millions of dollars from the retailer and advocates allowing trans and nonbinary school students to keep their gender identity secret from parents.

Carlos Saavedra, 43, is Target's vice president for brand management and also volunteers as a director at GLSEN, which supports LGBTQ youth in schools.

Details of Saavedra's role at GLSEN come as Target's donations to the organization were placed under the spotlight following a backlash to the retailer's Pride month range, which includes 'tuck-friendly' women's swimwear.

Target has reportedly donated $2.1 million to GLSEN, whose policies include ensuring school staff should 'ensure that all personally identifiable and medical information relating to transgender and nonbinary students is kept confidential'.

GLSEN's policy said this should include withholding the information from 'parents or guardians... unless the student has authorized such disclosure'. Critics say the policy 'violates [a parents'] right to parent their own children]'.

 .

No conflict of interest here between Target and Saaverda's organization and no attempts at grooming going on, not at all.

Bud Light can't give away beer!

HITC: Bud Light offering $20 rebates to flog beer after controversy.

Bud Light is practically giving away beer with $20 rebates at certain stores as they try and sell crates following the controversy.
[.]
[... and] backlash for partnering with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney.
[.]
People have seen the notices at Meijer, Kroger, and other stores, and have taken to Twitter to share photos of the rebates.

Here’s one:

I've been sober for almost a decade, so I'm not sure on this, but ain't a case like $20 most places?

Things can't be going great if they're basically giving it away… pic.twitter.com/aeCgHjlnEe

The Bud Light marketing team must still be all women if they think a coupon will get a man’s attention,” she amusingly wrote in the caption.

What’s a coupon?” one man joked in the comments.

Another said: “We hate rebates, too much work.”

Literally never used a coupon in my life, so yeah this checks out,” a third person added.

Muslim Group Sues Maryland over "No Boycott of Israel" Executive Order

Arab News: Maryland’s ban on contracting with businesses that boycott Israel tramples on the First Amendment rights of a software engineer who advocates for Palestinians, a Muslim civil rights group claims.
The Council on American-Islamic Relations’ federal lawsuit seeks to block the state from enforcing an executive order that Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan signed in October 2017.

The order requires contractors to certify in writing that they don’t boycott Israel. The group’s suit claims the order has an unconstitutional chilling effect on First Amendment-protected political advocacy supporting Palestine.

CAIR says 25 other states have enacted measures similar to Maryland’s, through legislation or executive orders. CAIR attorney Gadeir Abbas said other federal lawsuits have challenged measures in Arizona, Arkansas, Kansas and Texas.
[.]
In December, the Arkansas Times weekly newspaper sued to block a similar measure. That state law, which took effect in August 2017, requires contractors to reduce their fees by 20 percent if they don’t sign a pledge not to boycott Israel.

Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge’s office argued that boycotting Israel is not activity protected by the First Amendment.

“It is neither speech, nor is it conduct that is inherently expressive, nor associational activity that is afforded constitutional protection,
” wrote attorneys representing Rutledge’s office.
These suits filed by CAIR (which I refer to as standing for "Can't Antagonize Islamic Radicals") will be interesting to monitor.

I don't have a lot of knowledge of how government-private business contracting works. I do know a government institution can require certain conditions be met for certain employers, like minority and women-owned companies. And, believe it or not, I understand the essence of CAIR's lawsuit. But to claim some type of disadvantage, or discrimination by using the First Amendment to support their basis? I'm not an attorney or a judge, but this issue seems to fall under contractual law. If you dislike the terms of a contract, don't sign it. I don't see the slightest foundation for CAIR's argument based under Freedom of Speech. Governments discriminate every day against every one. CAIR needs to learn this.
