KOAA News: Semiautomatic Gun Bill Set for First Committee Vote in the House.
COLORADO — Tuesday, a bill that would limit the sale of semiautomatic guns will have its first committee vote in the House.
If the bill passes out of committee today, it will move to the full chamber. The bill passed the state Senate last month after some heavy amendments.
It passed Committee March 11.
Legislature Colorado: Committee Actions.
Refer Senate Bill 25-003, as amended, to the Committee on Finance. The motion passed on a vote of 7-4. (Scroll done above link and click on the "Committees" tab).
If the Bill passes the legislature, no doubt Multi-millionaire CO Gov. Jared Polis will sign it. He loves him his gun bans.
FWIW: Yes, Polis is , as is his husband Marlon Reis.
