-Late Monday night President Donald Trump tweeted that he would be halting immigration to the United States during the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic. He expanded on that decision during Tuesday's White House Coronavirus Task Force briefing, saying immigration will be suspended for the next 60 days.
Failed presidential candidate Beto O'Rourke (D) took to Twitter to criticize the president's decision. Beto made the claim that Trump is "attempt[ing] to distract us from his total mismanagement" of the Wuhan coronavirus.
