Oscar-winning Hollywood producer and convicted sex offender Harvey Weinstein has been sentenced to 16 years in jail in his Los Angeles rape and sexual assault trial, all but guaranteeing that the 70-year-old movie boss will spend the rest of his life behind bars.
-Jessica Mann, an aspiring actress took the stand at Manhattan Criminal Court on Friday (31 January) to detail her allegations that Weinstein forcibly performed oral sex on her in March 2013.

Sharing her alleged memories of his body, Mann said: ‘He had a lot, a lot of blackheads [on his back]. The texture of that was uncomfortable.’

Mann then went on to make the shocking claims that she thought Weinstein does not have any testicles. ‘The first time I saw him naked I thought he was deformed or intersex,’ she revealed. ‘I didn’t know if he was a burn victim but it would make sense. He does not have testicles and it appears like he has a vagina. He does have a penis.’ Mann also claimed: ‘He also peed on me once. It was like being discarded after I served a purpose.’
"It wouldn't require him to admit wrongdoing or pay anything to the accusers himself." Because no one is above the law? Oh...wait...It seems as if Harvey Weinstein might only use his walker when it could win him some valuable sympathy.
A Page Six spy recently spotted the disgraced mogul in Manhattan with his attorneys, shuffling into a meeting with a potentially hostile group and using a walker for support.
So the same source was surprised to spot Weinstein a few days later at a Target in Mount Kisco, NY, near Bedford, with his family — striding around without any support whatsoever.

The timeliness of frailty and the need of some sort of surgery prior to courtroom appearances among alleged sex-offenders, rapists, traffickers and abusers is amazingly coincidental. Or...maybe not. But not all the plaintiffs are on board with the proposed deal, which still hasn’t been approved by judges. Weinstein also faces criminal charges and is still set to stand trial in New York starting Jan. 6 on five rape and sexual assault charges.

But there are signs that the deal is already in jeopardy.
Variety reported that at least four Weinstein plaintiffs are not participating in the settlement, and at least three of them are expected to oppose the deal.
Actress Ashley Judd, who was among the first women to publicly accuse Weinstein of sexual harassment in the initial 2017 Times article, isn’t participating in the proposed settlement.
Attorney Thomas Giuffra, who represents plaintiff Alexandra Canosa, has publicly blasted the proposed settlement, telling Variety that plaintiffs are being pressured to accept the deal by another attorney representing a group of Weinstein accusers.
Giuffra told Variety that under the settlement, insurers will give $500,000 to Weinstein for every plaintiff who does not accept the deal, as a way of washing their hands of him. As a result, Weinstein would stand to reap at least $1 million in the settlement.
“That is so morally wrong,” Giuffra told the trade magazine.

The Oscar-winning producer appeared frail in court and used a walker to move around. His attorney explained that Weinstein will shortly undergo back surgery to treat an injury sustained in a car accident.
Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta has scheduled a press conference for Wednesday afternoon – a day after President Trump said he will look “very closely” at Acosta’s handling of a sex trafficking case involving billionaire financier Jeffrey Epstein.Yes, Acosta was the federal prosecutor in South Florida. But it was Robert Mueller who swooped in and bargained for a light sentence for Epstein. Mueller did the exact same thing in 1999 for child-porn pedo David Asimov, (son of sci-fi writer Isaac Asimov).
A Labor Department spokesman told The Post that the presser is tentatively scheduled for 2:30 p.m.
The rep billed the appearance as a “general press conference,” without elaborating and answering questions about Epstein.
The embattled labor secretary was a federal prosecutor in South Florida when he was involved in a 2008 sweetheart plea deal that allowed Epstein to avoid prosecution on federal charges of molesting teenage girls.
David Asimov, of Living Oak Court, Bennett Ridge, Santa Rosa, the son of the late science fiction writer Isaac Asimov, was sentenced on March 28, 2001 to six months' home detention with electronic monitoring and three years federal probation for possessing child pornography. U.S. District Court Judge Maxine M. Chesney sentenced Asimov after reviewing a series of sealed psychiatric reports, one of which was ordered by the court. Asimov who was charged with four federal counts of possession of child pornography with each count carrying a five year sentence, pled guilty to two counts in a plea bargain deal. There was no forfeiture of any of Asimov's assets in this case, despite his owning a home in Santa Rosa purchased in 1996 for $375,000, and despite his receiving $3,000 per month from his father's estate. How did Asimov, who possessed one of the largest stashes of pornography in California, skate away from federal prison? A look at the players yields the answer.
Asimov's child porn stash was so big many child victims and perpetrators would have taken a fall, had Asimov been zealously prosecuted at trial. Asimov would probably have escaped detection, if he had not taken his personal computer to a store when its scanner and color printer malfunctioned. A technician working on the machine discovered images of children engaged in sexual acts with adults.

"There were thousands of disks, thousands of videos," said Sonoma County Deputy District Attorney Gary Medvigy, who personally referred to Asimov's home as a "processing center" for child pornography. "Anything imaginable regarding sex between human beings and human beings, or human beings and animals, was there. Whatever your imagination can conjure up, he had it."[.]

The Sonoma County District Attorney J. Michael Mullins covered up the case, let the public believe the feds would prosecute it more thoroughly, and then passed the cover up to U.S. Attorney [Robert] Mueller.

Medvigy tried to convince the public that the reason for the dismissal was that his office was limited in its ability to investigate the sources and possible distribution of the ``enormous'' amount of child pornography found in Asimov's home. Medvigy also cited the fact that much of Asimov's porn came from the internet and involved out-of-state and international sources, which made it more appropriate for federal authorities to take over.

At this point, [Sonoma County District Attorney] J. Michael Mullins apparently wanted the public to believe that the federal government was going to do a much more extensive prosecution of Asimov than Sonoma County authorities were able to do.

Deputy District Attorney Medvigy stated about the dismissal, "We had hoped to show that it was not just for his personal viewing pleasure.'' U.S. Attorney Mueller delivered a sweet plea bargain to Asimov.

In the summer of 1999, U.S. Attorney Mueller engaged in plea deal with Asimov, by dropping two counts. At this point, Asimov and his attorney were close to obtaining a sentence which would not involve state prison or forfeiture of assets.

Mueller dropped the ball on the Asimov case. Because of the sealed grand jury testimony and sealed evidence, the public will never know the details about the one thousand of images of child pornography Asimov used and created and stored. The public is expected to believe that Asimov never distributed any of this pornography. From whom did he obtain this pornography. No public evidentiary hearings were ever held. Mueller did a good job protecting child pornographers in California.
Sure seems like Mueller is the go-to "fixer" for DEM pedos, doesn't it? Mueller, not Acosta, is the person who helped Epstein get a cushy sentence, just as he did for David Asimov.Judge Maxine Chesney let Asimov skate federal prison by using psychiatric evidence as a basis for the sentence.
Ultimately, U.S. District Judge Maxine Mackler Chesney gave Asimov an incredibly light sentence. No prison. The plea bargain limited her sentencing options, yet she still could have sent Asimov to prison for several years. Instead, she took the road laid out for her by various psychiatrists.
Asimov's attorney Andrian hired psychiatrists to examine his client. Then Judge Chesney, herself, appointed a psychiatrist to examine Asimov. Apparently, the psychiatric reports about Asimov and all his problems were somewhat convincing, or at least established a basis in the record for such a light sentence.
The public will never know. These reports are sealed. Judge Chesney was nominated by Senator Diane Feinstein and is the wife of former San Francisco Superior Court Judge Edward Stern.

U.S. Attorney Mueller, District Attorney J. Michael Mullins, the Santa Rosa Police, the FBI and U.S. District Court Judge Maxine Chesney all taught Mr. Asimov his lesson. They also taught a lesson to the children depicted in Asimov's 1000 video tapes, who suffered during the making of these brutal sexual exploitation tapes. These children, unlike Asimov, will not be able to put this matter behind them. Their fate, if they are still alive, makes Asimov's six-month sentence of six months of sitting at his home with an electronic monitoring bracelet on his ankle, look like a day at the beach.

Assistant DA Jennifer Gaffney, then-deputy chief of Cyrus Vance Jr.’s sex-crimes unit, in January 2011 asked a Manhattan judge to downgrade Epstein’s status in the New York sex-offender registry from the most-dangerous Level 3 to least-restrictive Level 1.
The judge was stunned.
“I have never seen the prosecutor’s office do anything like this,” Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Ruth Pickholz told Gaffney. “I have done many [cases] much less troubling than this one where [prosecutors] would never make a downward argument like this.”
A second member of the Harvey Weinstein prosecution team quit the Manhattan DA’s Office last month amid controversy over whether the lead investigator — or lead prosecutor — covered up damaging evidence against an accuser, The Post has learned.What to make of all this? That Comey's daughter is the new version of Jennifer Gaffney. That Comey's daughter will attempt to undermine the case against Epstein or seek a downgrade in the charges against him? That the political incestuousness involving Epstein, Weinstein, Comey, Mueller, the Clintons and other power-players within the DEM party involved in this scandalous and disgusting exploitation of children and sex-trafficking must be brought to justice.
Veteran prosecutor Jennifer Gaffney, deputy chief of the Sex Crimes Unit, was thrown a going-away party on Sept. 20, sources said Monday.
