Obligatory Post on Trump/Jong Un Singapore Summit

Good.

We'll see what happens.

If a Democrat president was doing this, the Libs and Media would be falling and fawning all over themselves and their (political) party in self-adoration.

Trump Backs U.S. out of TPP

More Fantastic News from President Donald Trump removing the U.S. from TPP, the Trans-Pacific Partnership.

Trump's take on TPP regarding trade and commerce is, of course, an important and valid reason to back out of TPP.

But other, lesser known but significant key reasons why being in TPP would have been a terrible idea are intellectual property and copyright and Digital Rights Management, Trade Secrets, "Top Down" control of the internet and the Rights of Bloggers.

Be glad of not participating in TPP.  Be very, very glad.

NY Times: Trump Dumps Bible, Replaces it with Art of The Deal

From The NY Times:
An unnamed source, deep, deep, deep within the Trump organization states that during a late night private meeting consisting of Trump's top advisers, Trump said he didn't want to place his hand on the Bible for the oath. Instead, he said, "I'm going to replace it [the Bible] with 'Art of the Deal.'"
"This had to go public," said the source. "I don't know how I could live with myself not revealing this."

Trumparency (™)

Trumparency () (Trum-pa-ren-cy) - definition:

 - a measurement of degree of the openness and forthrightness between a public official and the public.

- the degree of which an elected official attempts, (or not), to hide, obscure or allow damaging information about oneself to be made public.

 - the state of being Trumparent.

Used in a sentence:

"Barack Obama once said his administration is and was 'the most Trumparent  administration in history.' But it wasn't."

"There is no room for smokescreens or cover-ups when it comes to full and total Trumparency for all elected officeholders.
