The man who was shot by police has been identified as Elijah Collins III.Advisory: "graphic" video:
Collins had been cited by Captain Brian Dalton, 37, in Tuscarawas County, Ohio for damaging property after driving into area where trucks weren't allowed.
Bodycam footage shows Collins from North Carolina lunging at Dalton who was stabbed in the neck with a screwdriver.
Collins was shot dead by the police officer who has now recovered.
