BREAKING: Clay County Circuit Court Judge Michael McHaney ruled in favor of State Rep. Darren Bailey against Governor Pritzker's extended executive order Monday. McHaney granted a restraining order to temporarily block Pritzker's continuing stay-at-home order set for May 1st. The governor's current order is to remain in place. Governor says Illinois Attorney General is preparing to appeal.And Gov. Pritzker's response:
