Arnold Schwarzenegger offered to swap jobs with President Trump: Job Swap. 

Yes, because Arnold did such a great job in California. His strategy to his governorship was, primarily, that California Governor Gray Davis had but too much debt burden on the people.

Then, Arnold proceeded to triple the debt.
