Los Angeles issues high wind gust warning especially for celebrities wearing toupees.

Los Angeles and other parts of southern California are under an advisory warning of wind gusts between 45-65 miles per hour. From the L.A. Daily News:
...metropolitan Los Angeles including the downtown area, and the Hollywood Hills. Northeast winds of between 20 and 30 mph are expected in the wind advisory areas, along with gusts of between 45 and 60 mph. 
A special wind gust warning is in effect until 3AM Sunday, January 29, 2017 and specifically warns such celebrities as toupee-wearing Kevin James, Ben Affleck and others be advised to keep an emergency weather radio nearby at all times should there be an immediate need to seek shelter.

Other celebrities should be aware of the potential damage high wind gusts can do to a person's toupee, said periodic toupee wearer John Travolta, spokesperson for the West Coast Chapter of Celebrities Sporting Road Kill on Their Head, in a statement to TMZ.
