Fans who have seen Netflix's hit horror film Birdbox will be aware that you never actually see the nightmare creature which has plunged Earth into apocalyptic times.
But now the special effects sculptor tasked with crafting the nightmarish creature has finally revealed it, sharing pictures of the models he created for the movie.
Andy Bergholtz posted the images of the creature, which was used in a scene later cut from the movie, to Instagram.

I watched "Bird Box". It was okay. Better than the usual fare. A novel idea and concept. But if I experienced a "vision" of the above, no, it wouldn't cause me to kill myself as it did with the characters in the film. "Bird Box" runs about two hours. It could have easily been clipped to ninety minutes and not lost anything. John Malkovich is in it and he always puts in a good performance.
